Shopping cart parked outside my room door with trash everywhere, windows broke out of rooms and fixed very badly with duck tape.. looks like a homeless shelter to be honest.. everyone seems to live there.. sink didn’t work nor would I have used it. Cheap. Yes. Safe, well as long as you keep a side piece, you should be ok.. but be careful.

Filthy inside and out. Everything in the room was damaged, smelled like kitty litter and cigarettes. Lighting was poor outside and I slipped on dog feces on the sidewalk late at night.

Clerk forgot to give the guest before me, and myself our drivers licenses back. Cops were there twice in the night. Fire Dept 2nd time like 2am. Refrigerator had a loud mechanical noise every so often that would come on in the night. Bad experience, but a cheap stay too. Get what you pay for.

Do NOT stay here!!! We arrived and noticed that there were broken down cars all over the parking lot. Next we were approached by someone trying to sell drugs, inside the desk clerk was rude and had no clue how to give us a room he had to call someone. He Couldn’t even print a receipt.. we asked for a quiet room away from the lady asking for drug money and puking in the parking lot. Was given a room at the base of the stairs that smelled horrible like smoke. asked for another room and was told there were none. Asked for Lysol also told there was none. We had a very early flight and just needed sleep.. the room was falling apart floors and cupboards sticky. No blankets in the room ant all and shower curtain torn. And to top it off Someone knocked on our door at midnight.. this was by far the most disgusting room I have ever been in and was charged $100 for a night!!! Run!!!! Do NOT put your safety at risk. We left in the middle of the night and went straight to the airport. Awful experience!!!

The room smelled like I don’t know what it was, but it had an odor to it that would not go away. The floor was sticky and dirty. There was still cleaning product on the side of the tub inside of the tub and on the outside of the tub to the floor. It did not work at all like the pictures that was presented on Hotels.com. I felt unsafe and lots of street action was going on in the parking lot through the night.

We showed up after office hours and needed a late check in. We called the number it told us to call for almost 30 minutes and no one ever answered we finally got a hold of someone through customer service booking. This was NOT a smoke free property as advertised. I arrived for a 2 night stay and my room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. I tried to change rooms but was told there were none available and was given some air freshener to spray around. This did not work. The smell was so bad it was embedded in all my clothing and ended up making my rental car smell like stale cigarettes. Further the kitchen and bathroom was not clean. Remnants of old food was visible on the stovetop, refrigerator and microwave. Hairdryers had all been removed from the rooms and none at the front desk either. If I had not arrived on the late side I would have checked out immediately. Even tough I had pre-paid I could not stay a 2nd night, it was that bad. There was no one at the desk the next morning from at least 7:00 until 8:30 to check me out. I ended up needing to call the corporate customer service line in order to get checked out.

This property looks okay from the outside but there are shady and suspect people milling around everywhere and the room was not just untidy, it was downright filthy. The lock on the door was broken so I didn’t feel safe and I was afraid my car was going to get broken into or carjacked. Every single area of this room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets, broken kitchen cabinets, filth in the tub, sticky spots on the floor, an unmade bed with grey sheets, torn and stained fabric on every seating surface. I would NEVER stay here again.

The room smelled like marijuana and it was a non smoking room. Bed sheets were stained, no bath towels in the restroom, and when we went to ask for towels the male receptionists was so rude and said that he didn’t have any to come back tomorrow!!!! We had just driven 4 hours and I was not about to go to bed without showering so we had to go BUY towels at Walmart!!!! So ridiculous

There was a surprise deposit. Once I got settled into my room they came knocking and said they accidentally checked me in to the wrong room and I had to move. The room they put me in was smaller, dirtier and had a really lumpy mattress and pillows. Go to the extended stay further down the street, this one is a dump.

Kaleb was a sweetheart and we really liked interacting with him. He was kind and courteous. The room itself was not nice and the bed was terrible. I hate leaving reviews like this but the bed should definitely be replaced.

Upon check in I found out that they had overbooked and I did not have a room. It happens, I just said OK and walked away because the attendant was screaming back and forth with another couple that was also not getting a room. He yelled at them “I will not call my manager, sleep on the floor if you want” he was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The grounds had a lot of litter and a glimpse I got inside a room looked very dingy. I am glad that hotels.com rebooked me elsewhere. I think I got lucky that I didn’t have to stay there.

No one was available to check me in at 3pm for my reservation. I returned at 8:30pm and was told there were no rooms available. I requested a refund which was given to me and then had to search for another hotel that had available rooms for the night. I will never book a room with this hotel again.

Tried to do an early check out (was okay with not getting a refund) and they wouldn’t even except my key as they said i wasn’t allowed an early check out. Very horrible costumer service, horrible room smells like fresh cigarettes everywhere. Overall a horrible place to stay save your money.

I had booked and paid for this reservation nearly a month in advance and the desk clerk stated that due to other customers extending their stays that their is no availability. I will NEVER use Expedia or Extended Stay America Suites again. Absolutely unprofessional and jokes within their respective industries.

Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in years of traveling for work. Rooms are in shambles, staff is completely incompetent. Immediately when I got there I was put in a room that someone was already in, 20 minutes later after I was moved they tried to put somebody into my room. That happened again a few hours later, and then again in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t know except that I woke up to the door being unlocked and opened up to the end of the slide latch lock. Complained first thing in the morning and checked out to cancel the rest of my stay, never heard back from the manager I was told would contact me and get my refund. Absolutely do not stay at this hotel it’s not even remotely worth it, can’t believe this place is in business.

This place was ridiculous. I called the establishment to make sure it was okay to check in at 1am and they said yes to just call back at midnight to let them know we will be there. I called at 11 and nobody picked up. Called again at 12, nobody picked up. Called at 12:30, no answer. We showed up at 1am like we said we would and nobody was at the desk. There was a number written down to call so we called it and the phone at the front desk rang and rang and rang. We waited an hour until a young guy showed up. He did not speak to us for the first two minutes he was in there and then proceeded to JUMP over the front desk to get behind the counter. It took him forever to even get us checked in and gave me the key. We walked up to the room he gave us and the key didn't work because there were already people staying in that room. I have reserved a room almost 24 hours prior. This place was disgusting and needs to be shut down.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room key to a room that was occupied. We entered someone else’s room while he was asleep. Then we were told to wait 30 minutes for another room to be cleaned. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told housekeeping was gone for the night and were asked if we wanted to clean our own room. Finally we were taking to a handicapped room that was filthy and smelled like pee. There was blood splatter on the walls. Horrible place to stay.

This location was short on rooms due to some scheduling errors with their system. We were relieved to have a room set aside for us when we arrived though (we had just driven 12 hours from Utah in terrible weather and it was quite late when we checked in). However, when I scanned my key card and opened the door to our room, I found a woman sleeping. I quickly closed the door and went to the front desk to tell them what had happened. They gave us keys to another room but they didn’t work so we had to go back again. It wasn’t their finest hour I’m sure. Overall, I just didn’t feel safe in the area due to a large amount of sketchy individuals and the general lack of care and upkeep. Wish I would’ve known all these things before booking.

The area was quiet. There was police presence. Walking distance to the view house. The place was not clean and Couldn't use the tub because it was backed up. But I didn't complain because you get what you pay for.

The location was good - close to my office for a special event. The carpet was stained, cigarette burns on kitchen counter and floor in a non-smoking room. Strange pick and blue stains in shower and bathroom counter. My clothes smelled like the room when I was at my office. No dishes. I did not realize I had to buy dishes when I reserved room.

The room smelled like I don’t know what it was, but it had an odor to it that would not go away. The floor was sticky and dirty. There was still cleaning product on the side of the tub inside of the tub and on the outside of the tub to the floor. It did not work at all like the pictures that was presented on Hotels.com. I felt unsafe and lots of street action was going on in the parking lot through the night.

We had to move the dresser in front of the door because the lock was a joke. People arguing in the middle of the night and breakfast was oatmeal & coffee. Horrible!

Very tired Motel. The motel knew that it was the weekend for Taylor Swift Concert and that the New York Yankees were in town. Why weren't they prepared for the breakfast menu. Out of several items such as oatmeal for the two days we stayed. Bugs in kitchen and bathroom area. Carpets looked soiled and dirty. We waited for clean towels and had to go to front desk 3 times to finally get them.

Good price, but property below average condition, 1 face towel and 1 bath towel in room, no trash bags or trash cans in room, breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars and wrapped pastries. Bed was comfortable.

PLEASE find reviews of this hotel outside of the booking agency. The property was dirty, room had multiple broken items: Mattress had a big hole in it, bed seemed compromised, "couch" was about to break in half. Floors had deep scratches. Upon arrival, we met an individual at the lobby door (it was past 10 PM, and the front office was closed) with a distressed look on her face. We asked what was wrong, and she said, "I'm just trying to get my money back, but nobody is answering the phone" (Referring to the hand written note taped to the inside of the door, stating to call a specific number if the doors are locked) Someone finally came to the office, so her call must have been answered eventually. A family member checked in, then I checked in. As I was finalizing my reservation, my family member came back to the office, distraught. "There is a MAN in our room! He had the chain on the door, so I was not able to open it up, but I saw him on the bed!" After that, and seeing the despicable condition of the room, we both left and found a different hotel. HORRIBLE conditions. Read the reviews on Google. Other things we noticed: One room literally had a red light in the window. We saw a man leaving the room. Make your own assumption there. Other reviews, and the neighboring hotel staffs, confirm that the Police are called almost on a daily basis to this hotel. Patrons of the Extended Stay America walk to other hotels and cause problems, and police are called. DO NOT BOOK THIS!
