The restaurant advertised on location was permanently closed. The property only had 1 elevator for customers to use for the entire property. Work on the exterior blocked access for driving to your room in some areas. I spoke with front desk personnel and 2 other personnel, and they not exactly friendly.

Great gym space. Pool and hot tub were great. No access from our room to pool area (many other rooms had access but not all). TV remote in room did not work with TV but front desk had others to switch. No EV charging on premise (the one charger that is there should be fixed by now since it's been years according to other reviews--and apparently the front desk has attitude about it). It's a shame when hotels/motels don't help maintain EV chargers/enforce rules for parking in EV spots...it's a lost business opportunity.

Property is fine but room itself run down and not very clean. Tile and surfaces in bathroom and tub area were cracked and stained. Wall area near tub had reddish splatter stains from previous guests that hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets did not smell good. Mattress was clearly old and lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Was on first floor and could hear loud thumps and prolonged thumping from upstairs throughout the night. Sometimes it was large enough to rattle the walls. Will not be staying here again. Staff was very pleasant though.

Looks great on the outside. Room looked nice but found the floors in bathroom weren’t cleaned, mark/stain was on the comforter, and the fan didn’t work. Looks like the bed was missing the boxspring too. Comfortable bed though.

Booked 2 nights, first night I got to the property at 1am tired and went to bed, woke up and found ants on my kids bed and around the countertop, no help was provided or refund, we ended up getting a different hotel and lost the reservation money, I have pictures and videos of the ants in the room, also they never let us know the hotel was under remodeling, maybe that’s were the ants came from !

Very clean. As in walk barefoot on the floor and not get your feet dirty clean. One of the cleanest hotels in that regard. All staff was friendly and helpful including the manager Taysha. I arrived early on my first day and they could accommodate early check in for a small fee, which was great. Wifi was fast. On-site restaurant is a fresh start but food and service were friendly. Several nearby fast food or fast casual options. Nice setup for in-room microwave/fridge. Nicely furnished room and plenty of good towels. Shower is a touch narrow, but I\'d rather that then a clingy curtain. Well lit bathroom and plenty of plugs in the room. Overall an A and on-par with higher-end hotel chains that start with an H and M. An excellent value for the week I was in Denver for a conference. My co-attendees were paying 3x as much for a room at the "resort" which had $33/day parking, $5 sodas and other "amenities." Best Western Premiere was an affordable oasis by comparison.

My shower did not drain. It was almost impossible to get housekeeping to clean. They cleaned poorly or not at all. I had to ask for linens and towels. I had to make the beds and take out the trash. The floors were filthy. One of the ladies at the front desk was just so rude.. unfortunately I will never patronize your establishment again. I would like some kind of credit for my stay there.

The front desk ladies were very friendly and amazing! The hotel looked chic and cool. Unfortunately the doors to the outside in yhe room I was in was not secure at all. The deadbolt needed one good push and it would open! The window in the door was also breaking. Although it looks good, the door was definitely scary.

This was a great newly remodeled property. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, a microwave and kitchenette with full size frig was a huge bonus. The only negative drawback was the shower faucet would only provide super hot water, not warm or even cold. But overall, great room for the money.

The hotel seems nice enough, but it was very confusing how it was set up. So many arms of rooms. When I got to my room, all the lights and tv were on. Bathroom sink was loud and leaked. No counter in bathroom for toiletries. My carpet was very wet by the bathroom. I went to turn on my tv and that didn’t work. I checked all the cords but couldn’t get it to work. Hot tub was not hot and bubbles didn’t work for more than 2 minutes. Bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Booked a king room, and was “upgraded” to a queen poolside room. We asked for the correct room but they said there was none left. So we got a smaller room, with a view and still had to pay the higher cost for what we did book. The “upgrade” came with a noisy pool area after 10p. People screaming and the gate slamming closed every few minutes.

The room itself was nice but there was a terrible smell that came from the bathroom that we just had to deal with the whole time because they claimed they were booked and didnt have anymore tooms available. Our refrigerator didnt work either, so we wated $50 the 1st night we were there becuase our food went bad. They said that they woukd change it out the next day(never happened!) After 5 falied attempts i just stopped complaing and just told myself i would never come back to this location again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This property is simply Perfect!!! I have traveled a lot in my 40 years of life, and stayed at thousands of hotels. I would rather stay at this newly remodeled Best Western Premier in Denver, than Hilton, Marriott or Ritz Carlton. I never liked Best Western because they can be hit or miss. This hotel is a hit, big time…. The management has taken a hotel built in the 70s or 80s and transformed it into an oasis in the middle of a big metropolitan city. The perfect room renovations and immaculate landscape make this my new favorite property in Denver. The staff was incredible… Michell at the front desk was a great ambassador for the hotel…. So kind and friendly!!! She went above and beyond by walking my to my room, When my door wasnt opening. I asked for the email of the GM and Ashley replied with the most gracious response ever, in my history of travel! What a property and what a team…. Even the lady mopping the tile floor was kind. I loooved the pool area, and felt like I was on vacation in the Caribbean. Thank you to everyone! This is a special place.

Only stayed a night but it was good. The room I first received smelled really bad and the bed was really low to the ground. Went to the front desk and asked for my room to be changed. Michelle at the front desk was wonderful! She got me into a different room that was a lot better.

Didn’t even get to stay in my room. They were “overbooked” and sent us over to a different hotel that didn’t even check us in or return our money.

We love this pet friendly hotel. It's convenient, near the airport and the rooms are nice and comfy and feels like a little retreat. Their staff is always kind and the manager on this past trip went above and beyond.

Staff were wonderful - daughter was traveling on her own and needed a late check-in. Staff were kind and gave her the option of having a late check-out since she arrived so late.

This was a comfortable stay in a clean hotel. However, I did make some observations while there. The manager on duty was training two people at the front desk, his abrasiveness towards his staff was uncomfortable to watch. I unfortunately had a long night and had to make several trips through the lobby and it was the only time I felt unwelcome. The staff was very friendly, but you can tell they walk in egg shells because of management.

This whole place seemed sketchy, would not recommend it. The fire alarm went off at 5am and to say it was loud would be an understatement. It went off for about twenty minutes, someone had pulled the alarm for fun. The hotel staff didn’t care and acted like this was just usual activity. Didn’t feel my car was safe outside, worried about it being broken into.

Really good pool area, clean and quiet room, overall safety of the property was good. The breakfast was not provided at the time of my stay - that was a bit inconvenient as the little cafeteria had pretty limited list of options.

The restaurant advertised on location was permanently closed. The property only had 1 elevator for customers to use for the entire property. Work on the exterior blocked access for driving to your room in some areas. I spoke with front desk personnel and 2 other personnel, and they not exactly friendly.

Well this was the first Best Western I've ever stayed at that didn't have any breakfast. In fact they didn't even offer coffee.. The room was fine and service was good too.. Nothing against the people working there.. But the no breakfast for this type of hotel and not even any coffee in the lobby is ridiculous.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was helpful for the most part. The room had been remodeled, and the shower had glass doors before; now, it has a curtain hanging on a rod. That wasn't a problem, but the metal track where the glass had rested before being removed had a sharp piece that could cause someone a problem. Also, the hours of their restaurant are confusing. The sign said open 24/7, but when we tried to get coffee at 11:30 we were told they were only open till 10.

Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable. Hotel has circular shape, so linitially confusing to navigate. Breakfast was not free, very few selections to choose from, not classic breakfast fare. Large pool has soaking lounges, waterfalls, cabanas, & a very large jacuzzi. Friendly staff, free parking

Only bad thing was the breakfast. $12, no complimentary breakfast which is ridiculous for a room prices so high. In addition the food wasn't served at temperature which would fail a health inspection. Other than that everything was excellent.

A bunch of flights were cancelled and when I arrived there were at least 15 ppl on front of me. The frisky desk agent was amazing and so fast while making sure she was through each check in. Room was modern and clean and hotel is top notch. Why stay at a more expensive hotel when this is so modern and clean and overall a perfect hotel for business family or couples. Great hot breakfast too.

Amazing! I was quite surprised how ‘NEW’ (-ly Renovated) the entire property. We plan on making them our hotel for every Rockies Homestand in 2027!

The property is I-70 Freeway adjacent. Lots of fast food and other restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was far above average and overall very well done. Free parking but no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. I had a handicapped room. Handicapped Bars were good but toilet was not ADA higher seat. Sink had no counterspace. Tub with shower but only the shower function worked. AC was good and not too noisy. Small square pillows on the bed were TERRIBLE, Hard and gave me a neckache after a few hours. Brought my own in from the car. Best Western often uses impossible small print plastic bottles with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Impossible to read with glasses. Hard to use, microscopic quantities and don't last 3 days. Bottles on wall work much better in the shower and have larger type.

I always enjoy this hotel. It’s in a convenient location, the breakfast is always great, very clean. We got to use the pool and hot tub although it wasn’t super warm so that was a bummer. The gym was excellent!
