It was a cheap 50$ hotel. Pool is closed for reconstruction even though we were not informed in advance and didn't disclose on website. Breakfast they had nothing we were the first people there when they opened the breakfast room they had cereal and only cereal with (no milk) no drinks either except for coffee in their coffee machine. They were out of everything else. So my kids ate dry cereal before we headed out for something better. Room smelt like smoke even though they said it was a non smoker room. however behind the picture frames the paint was white and the rest of the wall yellow. Stained blinds. As well as stained bedding. Luckily we brought our own. I wouldn't recommend it we literally just slept and left first thing after the dry cereal fiasco. If you're expectations are low then go for it.

Phones didn't work, room carpet was sticky, nightstand was horribly sticky on the sides, only 1 lamp worked, tv only had 1 channel. I had to ask for new pillow cases because ours was dirty. The sheets were fine. The handle on our room door was messed up. Went to the pool, it was fun, went into the hot tub and the jets didn't work, all kinds of bugs in the water and twigs. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is the FIRST TIME I have ever canceled a booking after arriving. The pool was "under construction" --it appeared to be prepped for construction but also had a seat from a car and some broken glass in the pool area...? Definitely not a safe working environment! We arrived on a Thursday, so not sure why no crew working on the pool. The Fitness Center was inaccessible for an unknown reason. The ice machine did not work. The OJ machine was OOS (I see it's been that way for months from reading other reviews). The carpet was dirty; there was a wet spot over by the window. The a/c unit was dirty. The room smelled as though it had been sprayed down with "Febreze." Drawers were dirty inside. Only a 1/2 roll of TP with no extras. Only two bath towels set out; had to request hand towels and washcloths. One of the lamps didn't even have a bulb! We didn't stay long enough to find out about breakfast. I would not have trusted it based on the condition of the room. The rooms were cheap, but it costs NOTHING to clean items properly. The fitted sheets were put on each bed inside-out...which made me wonder if they had been laundered at all. FYI: The adjacent Super 8 is under same mgmt; their pool was also 'under construction.' Luckily, we were able to find accommodations nearby elsewhere. The desk clerk was understanding; seems she is used to guests canceling. She was the bright spot; but I feel bad that she has to work there.

When we checked in no one was at the desk and it took about 5/6 mins to get someone there. The bed was clean and comfortable but there were holes and tears in the sheets and bedding. The water dripped constantly. Had to walk to the super 8 next door to get ice. The breakfast was a gallon of milk and box of cereal that everyone handled. The floor of the room was stained and squeaky.

I will not stay here again. I had to wait 15 minutes for check in and no one around for 30 minutes at check out. There was not a receptionist was not on duty. Breakfast was yogurt and cereal and coffee. No fridge or microwave in the room. No working ice machine. Clean towels on the second day but no additional until check out four days later. And the place was filthy. One positive, the exercise room was clean and new.

No breakfast as advertised. Hot tub closed and drained. Paint coming off bottom of pool. Screen in window pops right out. Fridge was on the floor. Table no chairs. Had to ask for washcloths 2 poeple in room. They bring one. Had no towels for the pool. Furniture is falling apart. Asked about breakfast said will have tomorrow amd never did. There was no hot water for a shower. The tiles around the toilet and shower were all loose and it looked as though there was black mold everywhere. There are no waste baskets for garbage. The outlets don't keep a plug in. The pool and fitness center are both unavailable. This is the worst hotel I've ever been in!

I’ve never checked out of a hotel so fast in my life. There were blood stains on the curtains and fecal stains on the shower curtain. The bed was broken and the bedding was torn. The chairs looked like they had been used often for “visits” as the staining was extremely evident. The carpet was dirty. Cars in the parking lot had busted windows. It was horrendous. Do not stay here!

Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived to a bed with no blanket, two disgusting pillows, no wash cloths or hand towels, no ice bucket, a desk that was torn up, a desk chair full of holes, a loveseat full of stains, and a tv that I couldn’t get to turn on. The AC did work. I feel like I need to get bloodwork done to be sure I didn’t catch anything. Never again.

Bed bugs, only cereal for breakfast, didnt have proper sheets for king bed. Room was dirty. Used condom behind the bed. No towels in my room. Cleaning people came 1 time during my 5 day trip and didnt leave toilet paper or towels, just made the bed with the same sheets, with no fitted sheets. I dont complain. But this stay was horrible. They changed my rate because i found bed bugs and still hasnt refunded the difference.

This was by far the dirtiest / poorly maintained hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room dirty, stains on floor, bathroom floor sticky, no washcloths, 3 of 5 lights were broken & stains on the wall. The check-in was a joke. Broken glass in the parking lot. Would never stay there again.

Rooms are terribly dirty. We had a yellow ring in the shower went down to tell front desk and we were told that’s just how it was. The tile in the bathroom was broken and the grout was black/green. The carpets were black but they were supposed to be red.

Opened the door to our room and gagged. The worst smelling run done disgusting place I have ever been in. Walked back out and went to my vehicle and booked rooms elsewhere not caring that I was just out the money for the 3 rooms that I booked there for two nights each. I honestly did not care that I was out over $800. This place should be shut down that is how disgusting it is. Gal at the front desk could not have been ruder when we were checking in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The bed had nothing more than a sheet and an empty duvet cover on it-- in the middle of winter in Colorado. On top of that the duvet had half a dozen holes in it. Half of the outlets were missing covers. There were holes in the walls. The tile in the bathroom was missing almost all of the grout and many of the tiles were broken and dislodged. Terrible property.

Had 3 people in the room. They only gave 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towel. Dresser was broken. Bed and curtain very worn. The door handle to the room was broken. Had to get the key card rekeyed every day. The smoke detector was beeping when we got there. Asked them to fix it and they just took the smoke detector out of the room. Staff was nice when I asked for things.

You get what you pay for right? I can see why this property is so cheap. What kind of hotel has cable with no sports, news or crime channels? This one! The rooms are severely lacking. No microwave, no mini-fridge, what the hell is going on? Not to mention, I stayed at the other Wyndham property that's right across from this one and it was just as horrible. I can't EVER see me staying at either one of these properties again.

It was a pretty good place to stay. Bed was really comfortable, the only thing I did not like was there were no hairdryer or microwave in the room. First night I had trouble sleeping because of people next door were too loud. But other than that it was a decent place to stay.
It was a pretty good place to stay. Bed was really comfortable, the only thing I did not like was there were no hairdryer or microwave in the room. First night I had trouble sleeping because of people next door were too loud. But other than that it was a decent place to stay.

Our room was on the 2nd floor-no elevator. The room was without a phone, tv remote, smoke detector was ripped out, hair dryer was ripped off of the wall, fan was out in the bathroom, actually taken apart with a hole in the ceiling. Staff was friendly but the property was poorly taken care of.

Lighting in room was sub-par--no lights in the center of the room where it was needed. Only sheets and a bed spread, no blanket. Typical motel mattress--really hard to sleep on. Wyndham rewards member, have stayed at this hotel 10+ times over the last couple months and 10+ stays at other Wyndham hotels. I had one issue during another stay, other than that our stays have been fine. Until this one! We checked in late, my purse was stolen so I only had a photo of my ID. This has never been an issue in the past , this time i was not told a photo was unacceptable. I understand but feel an exception should have been made having been given no notice not to mention the they know us due to our frequent stays, have my id on file. Initially I was given no other options, the girl was going to turn us away at 12:30 am in the cold. Finally she said she could transfer the reservation to my boyfriend as he has an id. Unortunately this cane after 20 minutes of arguing, and me advising I was not going to be turned away but would call corporate. Room was TERRIBLE!! Furniture looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. Lights and TV did not work no fridge no microwave and I don't believe bathroom or bedding has been cleaned. Oh, NO towels in the room. When my boyfriend l asked ye was told there were no clean towels and was offered dirty towels, disgusting!! I took a shower and stood there and froze my a*@ off drip drying. When we arrived the air conditioner was on full blast. I turned off immediately with heat on it was still freezing in the morning. Leticia at the front desk was horrible. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and we did not arrive in Colo Spgs until 2am. I called the property twice. First time we were supposed to arrive at midnight and they said that was fine. Second time I called to tell them the flight had been delayed and we would arrive after 2am. They again said it was fine. Leticia said I was a no show and she couldn’t check me in. I asked to pay for a new reservation and she said no because the hotel was full….yet they had my room empty or they sold it. She didn’t apologize or show any empathy, didn’t offer any solutions and we had to leave and find new accommodations. Based on the service with her I will never select this hotel.

I had the confirmation email in my phone and showed the front desk employee but he still would not let me check in because I did not have a photo ID. I also had a paper copy of my current drivers license with me. That may be policy but I could have cancelled my reservation, got a refund, and had the other adult with me book a room with his ID and they would have let me stay!! Bad service!

Staff was friendly, but overall, the Hotel is "run down" in many areas. Property area around the Hotel wasn't clean; there were people "hanging out" in the parking lot at all hours. The room was clean, but curtains were ripped, bathroom trim was falling apart. Water for showering was lukewarm at best. I was not pleased with having to provide an additional $100 damage deposit. I would not stay here again.

I knew that i wasn't going to be staying at a Hilton, etc, but the room smelled stale, the curtains & blinds had holes in them, the screen on the window had apparently been pried off at some point, the ice machine wasn't working. The continental breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, cold cereal &/or yogurt, nothing for dairy intolerant and no protein. When i got to my room, the door was ajar, because it wouldn't close on its own unless you pushed or pulled it closed. The outside door, right outside my room was also ajar the whole time i was there. I also had no hot water for the two days I stayed - they're supposed to be giving a discount on the room, so we'll see.

We had a very difficult time to find this hotel which was near the airport at Colorado Springs. I was almost in tears...we booked it late in the evening and were dis-oriented and probably spent more than 20 minutes driving around...called the hotel and she told us some of the information we needed but still couldn't find it...THE SIGN IS WAY TOO SMALL and if we weren't for the fact that we couldn't cancel the reservation, we would have left. I think this was the place that the breakfast buffet had almost nothing...they were out of everything and about a half cup of coffee was all that I got. This is crap! Yours is a well-known hotel and yet, you can't supply your guests with what we should be able to expect. I used to work for Marriott and they would never treat their guests in such a way. Oh I know, yours is not a Marriott hotel but it's fairly comparable to a Fairfield Inn price-range but you don't come close in supplying your guests with a comparable experience.

The staff are very sweet and helpful. The place is old and could use an update but everyone was so nice that I didn’t care. Check your window when you get there and make sure that it can be secured. There was a couple of low life’s there that we’re looking to steal from people.

For at least the 3rd time in a row the TV didn't work. The front desk clerk came to my room and tried, but, just like all the other times, couldn't get it to work. Later, I noticed while walking through the halls that there was no TV noise coming from any room. I'm now thinking they are not hooked up with any cable TV service and just pretend it's a problem for the room of whomever complains. The breakfast, if you can call it that, consisted of only corn flakes and milk. There were no juices, yogurts, waffles or anything except coffee - which was empty at 8 a.m. when I went for breakfast. I told the front desk clerk and she came into the dining area she pushed the coffee pump and it sprayed a bit of coffee, so, she said it wasn't empty. I had to demonstrate to her how it was just a spray of liquid that didn't even accumulate in my cup. She then took the coffee carafe into the room attached to the dining area and apparently just waited a few minutes without doing anything. Then she brought the carafe back out to the breakfast counter and placed it with the other carafe, which was also empty. When she left, I took my cup up expecting to get coffee. Nope. It was bone dry empty. The last time I stayed there, they had waffle dough ready for guests to cook their own waffles. However, there were no plates to put your cooked waffles on. The desk clerk and housekeepers were all outside the dining area when I asked if I could get a plate. There were none.

me and my family stayed for four days we didn’t receive towels till the day before check out we kept having to change rooms because of the lock the keys kept demagnetizing the pool was freezing cold the breakfast by 6:30 there was no breakfast i don’t if they were letting the homeless come in and get it or it was the people there checked in and you go back down in a hour and they don’t even refill it is crazy the stay was bad i wish i could get my money back
