We checked in late, the property still accommodated us. We hoped to be able to check out later at noon, CSR wanted to charge an extra $25. We don't agree that was applicable. We had to wait for our family members to meet up with us outside in the cold for an hour. Room was dull and empty, there is so much space without any furniture, everything echoed throughput. shower was very impractical, no shelves or counter space.

The room appeared newly updated. Shower with good water pressure and mattress did not cause back pain. Yeah! It wasn’t cold enough to use the heat, but I wish there was another blanket or heavier comforter on the bed. No coffee maker in the room, realized after finding a coffee shop that they provided it at the front desk. Overall, pleasantly surprised!

This is a bare bones hotel but that should be obvious from the property name. The room was sparse but had newer looking laminate flooring (SO much better than icky old carpet) and the room smelled freshly cleaned when I went in. You'll get the usual plastic cups and generic shampoo/soap. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful when I had questions. Easy access to the freeway (101). I didn't spend much time in the immediate area, but felt safe as a solo woman traveler. Great value considering the cost of most hotels in the area. Would stay again.

I took a motorcycle training class at the fairgrounds on a saturday and sunday and needed a place to stay overnight. I have to say i was really impressed. I have stayed at this chain in other cities and wasnt impressed but this property was excellent. The walls were as insulated as a 5 star hotel. I didnt hear my neighbors or the busy street outside once. The matress was fine and the room was clean. Its a basic motel but they do it well. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. Its in the heart of shopping with REI and Costco minites away. I'd definitely come back.

Everything about the Hotel was exelent. I've stayed there before and its amazing. I will continue to come back. Maybe just some coffe and donuts for breakfast.

The room appeared newly updated. Shower with good water pressure and mattress did not cause back pain. Yeah! It wasn’t cold enough to use the heat, but I wish there was another blanket or heavier comforter on the bed. No coffee maker in the room, realized after finding a coffee shop that they provided it at the front desk. Overall, pleasantly surprised!

The only problem was there is “no breakfast” as listed on the site. There was never any food. Glad there was a Denny’s across the street.

The place is good for it's value and over all clean and quite. Close to shops. It's not a fancy new. Coffee was good taste.

Went here as a half way stop to bodega bay for my girl friends Mother’s Day weekend relax, and I firstly understood that as a cheaper hotel and the name “best value inn” I had little expectations, but I was still let down. For the price we got less than average service, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally wake up and give me a key after ringing the door bell and having to call the front desk just to here the phone go off for a while and someone finally coming to answer. The room was less than basic. Real basic commodities like a tiny plastic cup, some soap. Basic cable. That’s Pretty much it. I was packing the room up and getting our 2 kids ready while letting the mother of my child sleep in like she should on Mother’s Day, but after calling the front desk at 11:01am they told me I would automatically be charged another 25 dollars for staying late. For paying over 150$ we did not get anywhere close to the “best value” not even coffee made in the coffee machine after all of that. Won’t be staying or recommending this place to a soul.
