While the front desk and staff were friendly and welcoming, the overall property needs significant improvement. Trash bins throughout the property were overflowing, which gave a poor first impression. The environment also felt a bit sketchy, with some questionable individuals around the premises. The room itself was surprisingly clean, but the bedding appeared to be washed in-house and had visible stains, which was concerning. The pool area was in very poor condition—the jacuzzi in particular looked neglected and uninviting. Additionally, the elevator needs serious repairs, especially for older guests who may have difficulty reaching rooms on higher floors like the third floor.” “I should have read the reviews beforehand—that’s on me. The ice machine was broken with 95 degrees outside and only 1 elevator which is not working.

Everything about this hotel is great. My room was up to date, clean, spacious and comfortable. First impression was a bit confusing since the lobby is in a different area, but as soon as I met the receptionist it made it better. He was friendly and very professional, always talking to me with a smile, which I appreciated a lot. I would totally stay here if when I come back to the area.

The room was nice provided soap and conditioner and shampoo it was great area has great things across the street also the check in was smooth and great customer service thank you we appreciate the amazing stay I loved the cleanliness of the place I hardly never do reviews because I don’t like a lot of places
