Fitness center had 4 items, wight machine was broken, treadmill was broken and there was never any towels or cleaner in it the whole time i was there. The pool was in desperate need of cleaning. Sand/dirt/gravel in the bottom and it had a green tint to the super cloudy water. The breakfast was ok at best. Typical make your own waffle, cereal, toast. They did have egg and sausage patties. Didnt try the egg but the sausage messed up both my wife and I’s stomach. (Great way to start your day on vacation) Should have just ate at the McDonalds across the parking lot. The staff were very nice though and the property was clean. Overall, we will not stay here again or recommend this place. Spend the extra $30 and get somewhere nicer. We will from now on.

Rooms were big and nice. Soft white fluffy towels!! I would give a 5 star, but the pool was closed and i really wanted to get it a swim. Also there was NO ICE maker, you had to ask the front desk and they gave you an ice bucket full. Breakfast was great!!

This is an older Baymont so we were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms had recently been redecorated with new carpet and furniture, aswell as fresh paint. The room was spotless and the house keeper was extremely pleasant.

I booked & paid for a room that listed sofa bed in description only to be told that I’d have to pay additional charges when I checked in. When I showed the employee the listing on Expedia he said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Then the room was dirty. Food in refrigerator and shower dirty (hair & grime). I had to ask for sheets, pillow & blanket for sofa bed & was given a hard time with that. The shower didn’t work right either. Horrible stay & waste of money

They didnt have the king room we reserved. But the did put us in a two queen room , but the first one the door did not lock. Which concerned me . Please check your doors when leaveing the make sure your door locks before leaving. The room was clean . But it took a while for the water to get hot.

We arrived early and told too we were early to check in but for a 20.00 fee could have a room early. At 8:00 AM fire alarms went off woke us up. Then at 8:15 they went off again. Guest slammed doors all morning. Not sure why people can’t leave quietly. The Smart TV wasn’t programmed to work had to get someone from the desk to come to room to set. Just not a good experience.

The ice machine was broken, which was only an issue because we were there for a lacrosse tournament so really wanted ice to add to my son's water bottles. They did allow you to get one fill at the desk with the room ice bucket. Our room was on the 1st floor next to the car wash so it was pretty noisy from that. Staff were nice and breakfast was convenient.

Great hotel, very clean and very friendly staff. Had issues with the TV but the gentleman from the front desk came up and got it working for us, thank you for taking the time to help greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good. Would use this hotel again if ever in the area.

When we got to our room and turned on the TV, we didn't have any connection. A phone call to the front desk had the attendant up to our room within a couple of minutes. He quickly fixed the TV and was on his way. Great and friendly service!

So the room we were in wasn’t the best the first night but the manager totally went over and beyond and gave us a better one he wasn’t suppose to give us so want to say Mr Patel from Baymont was absolutely great and appreciate him and the staff that informed him of my concerns and actually took my concerns to him instead of me! Seems like a very managed and staff that have things in place just ah ever get the hotel back in newness and they will be perfect! And that’s not theirs fault place needs a facelift but staff is absolutely amazing even the clean up crew ! Make sure the owner rehabs place and the manager there will make it the best he is great and staff !

We had a really bad experience the night before at another previously scheduled hotel. We arrived early to Baymont to find another room for our second night. The customer service was great, room very clean and cozy and they even allowed us to do an early check-in!

The manager and staff (especially Sam) were so helpful and caring about my husband and I and our needs. The room was clean and convenient as my husband does not walk very well and uses an electric chair. We had only booked for two nights and decided at the last to ask for an extra night and the manager went to a great deal to make sure we could keep the room we had, even though it was booked. The room was the most useful for my husbands needs and the manager contacted the people who had booked the room and asked if they would be willing to take another room and we were able to keep the handy cap room. Every morning we were asked if every thing in the room was okay and if there was anything we needed.

Woke up around midnight with a strong smell of Marijuana in our room. Tried to ignore it but it was too strong and was making my wife sick. I went to the desk and was told that it's a smoke free building and alarms would be going off if anyone was smoking. We packed up and checked out and went out to our vehicle. They didn’t offer us a refund. We tried to sleep in our vehicle until morning so we could go to our destination.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Our main frustration was that they seem to be owned/operated by someone who is cheap to an extreme. I'm sensitive to the general waste in hotels and would prefer there was less... but this was obnoxious. We didnt have any more soap in the room and had to ask for it and got small disposable ones. If you asked for more towels they wanted you to bring your dirty ones to the desk. The breakfast was good but they would put out just enough of certain items for who they saw and you had to ask for more. You have to get ice from the front desk but they told they couldn't fill a small soft cooler. Its fine to try to conserve more than most but it became annoying and frustrating.

Breakfast was barely some pancakes or waffles and a few options of bread. There was no milk for the cereal. It seemed to be "very inconvenient" for them to have a little pride in the breakfast options. bed was very hard, back has not hurt in many years and now i have a sore back o deal with. Was clean, but for that price it should take a little more pride in the ownership of a "nice hotel".
