Were the cockroaches for everyone or just me? Dripping faucets, hair on walls, blood spots on bed, phone off hook in another room. Some weird loud squealing noise off and on all night, smelled like cigarette smoke coverd up with cheap cologne. Elevator was broken and not mentioned on website. (My bad knee would of like to have known about that!) Definitely will not ever go backnor stay at another location of this chain.

The only negative was the system was down and it tooks us almost 2 hours to be able to get checked in. The guy working the front desk was waiting on manger to call so he can give us keys. Other than that the hotel itself was great. Nice clean room. Oh and the elevator didn't work so that kind of sucked. But the room was nice, big and clean.

This property did not have a working elevator. The rooms had dirty carpets and the hotel was very noisy which led to an inability to sleep. Overall, I felt unsafe. This property should not be on Expedia.

The place was very clean. It was newly painted, and there was maintenance going on while I was there. They have a pool, and a small gym (though, I did not visit either).

The hotel staff was amazing. The pool and hot tub was closed. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The location is perfect walk to great restaurants etc.

The pool is closed. Total bait and switch. They don’t advertise that the pool is closed and we stayed here so our children could swim. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America after this. No discount was offered, no refund. The corporate leaders need to be forced to stay in a hotel room after their kids go down to swim and it’s 110 degrees. Staff is awesome. Clean hotel. Not forgiving the bait and switch.

Needs to be redone. The elevator wasn't working. I changed rooms because the sink's drain stopper was broken and they didn't want to fix it. The second room had a bad A/C unit-I was hot all night. Both rooms need new carpet, new paint, floors cleaned, etc. It looks nice from the outside, but inside it is a dive.

Booked on Expedia, arrived to find lobby taped off, rug ripped up, main door blocked, yhen gound that they (Expedia hotel) had overbooked, so no room available. Spent hours (repeatedly made to wait, then fialog box closed) before I was granted a refund. Worst ever

The room had dirty/damaged carpet, furniture & cabinets. The bed was and linens were clean & comfortable, but there was such a bad odor we needed to ask for an alternate room which the lady at the desk helped arrange after 2 nights into our stay. The stairwell was usually strong with cigarette smoke.

We spent 1 night of our trip in your hotel. The hallways were perfumed with the odor of marijuana. There were cigarette butts all over the ground outside. The room was clean and the shower was a roll-in which was fantastic. Hot water was hot cold water was cold. Beds were comfy. Our dogs were accepted and staff were very friendly for the most part. You do need more luggage carts.

The first room we were given reeked of animal urine and the bed was not made. The second room smelled better but the pullout bed was filled with pet hair, and dirt. There were no blankets on the beds and the room was not very clean. The hallways smelled badly ofurine and cigarette smoke

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, crowded, what looked like many homeless living in it. Drug paraphernalia in the courtyard. Guests straight up burning the crack pipe with lighters. I felt unsafe coming and going at night. The room was stained, abused, and noisy with broken down AC and fridge. NO utensils/plates/cookware was provided. Overall a gross experience.

The hotel was fine. The bed was as hard as a rock so we both woke up with aching backs. I was not thrilled with no housekeeping service. After paying almost $700 for a 4 night stay, I do expect clean towels and a freshly made bed. I was told if I wanted clean sheets, I had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and they would exchange them for clean ones. There are no ice machines, and the vending machine with drinks was empty. The room had a kitchen but no dishes or silverware. The staff were friendly.

It was terrible, very dirty in the rooms. It was disgusting I found a roach the morning we were leaving. It smelt gross. So disappointed in our stay. My daughter had a cheer comp in Phoenix for the weekend as we are out of state. Wish I would of stayed somewhere else. The couch bed was literally springs so she got terrible sleep.

Note -you do need to ask for some of the supplies like silverware, toaster, plates, pans, and hair dryer. Cons: Breakfast (packaged muffins and Nutrigrain bars) behind the front desk; they didn't put coffee out until 6:00 a.m. and if you are from the Eastern time zone, you want your coffee earlier; only soap and shampoo in the bathroom; you hear everything in your room - hallway, upstairs, etc. so if you want a quiet place, this may not be a good option. This is a lower cost option for the area so if you don't need the frills, it is a good economic choice. Overall my stay was good but there were the few things I would change.

The bathroom smelled like urine. The walls were so thin that you could easily hear people in the hall, outside, upstairs. There was never any milk or creamer for the coffee and I had to ask for sugar. There were crickets in the room every day.

Comfortable mattress and pillows. Everything worked as expected; service was polite and efficient. Zero complaints! This was a spring stay, so I cannot comment as to the adequacy of air conditioning in the summer, but the thermostat worked perfectly for me.

Felt like I was walking into a detention center when entering the “lobby”. The room smelled weird, microwave wreaked of something burnt, no stopper for the bathtub, Luke warm shower water at best, rock hard bed, no signal on the TV the first night. Spend more and stay elsewhere.

The carpet had multiple stains and sticky spots, it was even torn and ripped in places. The pedestal beds felt unstable and shook every time someone moved on it. The hotel had a weird musky smell throughout it.

The cabinets in the kitchenette were in terrible condition, the bathroom vanity as well. The mattress was lumpy. The linens seemed clean, so that was good. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, that wasn’t in the hallway. The offered breakfast was meager, there was coffee, but the prepackaged muffins appeared to be kept behind the front desk which often was vacant, the staff seemed to stay in a back room most of the time. Glad we were not really there for an “extended” stay, felt bad for the people who were.

I had a reservation at this property. It was fully paid for. When I showed up, they informed me at the front desk that the night audit had started so they could not get me a room. My choice is worth me to wait two hours or go to a different property. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and acted as if I was being reasonable saying that I should be allowed to go to a room that I had paid for. Never, ever stay at this property.

This hotel was understaffed and took forever. There was always a line to talk to the front desk. The room phone didn’t work had to use my cell to contact them. Front desk was friendly but at one point one of the housekeepers came up to tell us to be quite cause the downstairs people complained but we were no where being loud. And the housekeeper was extremely rude when telling us! Also at some point the staff came up to tell us that our shower was leaking to the downstairs room! They told us they may have to change us rooms but they never came back and told us anything. They also say they have kitchen items that could be delivered to your room but when I called they said they didn’t have any available. I waited for maybe over 5 hours and called so many times to ask if they had any yet and they never got any. Floors were also so dirty could tell they had not been mopped! Over all bad experience!

I had a very poor experience with this hotel. I was flying into Phoenix late on a Friday to pick up a vehicle first thing on Saturday morning, with a 1200 mile drive to be split over the next 2 days. I had a reservation, but as sometimes happens, my flight was delayed. I called the hotel to inform them that I’d be arriving late, only to be told they don’t allow check-ins after midnight. So, rather than me being able to get a somewhat shorter night of sleep, I had to settle for what little sleep I could get between the plane and a chair in the airport since I had no place to stay. Do not book if there’s any chance you may arrive late!

It was what we needed for little money. We did understand we get what we paid for but when what we paid for wasn't what we got it is a bit concerning. We paid for 6 adults. The room reserved was a 2 queen with a pull out bed. We were ok with this. When we got there, the 2 queens were fine although the pull out bed was very small. Once we pulled it out it was more the size of a twin bed as opposed to a full bed. 2 grown adults would not be able to sleep comfortably on the pull out. It would fine for 2 children though if we had 2 kids. Aside from that the pullout bed was also broken. It would not hold even 1 adult due to the support bar being broken. We did end up asking for a rollaway bed, which turned out to be bigger than the the pull out bed. We took the mattress out of the pullout bed and one adult slept on the floor with it. While the other slept on the rollaway. Other than that everything else was ok. There were a few interesting people living there full time, and the parking lot seemed to be oddly active. It was safe enough for our family to stay the 2 nights but as a solo traveler I wouldn't recommend it. The location was a great location and not far for many big box stores and had plenty of food places within a mile.

This property is very conveniently located near my bank and the places I prefer to shop and dine. I like the kitchenette and appreciate the cooking utensils and dishes. Staff are generally very helpful and quick to respond to requests for extra toiletries, etc. I was disappointed in the grab-and-go breakfast, only muffins and granola bars were available, no fruit or instant oatmeal, and for one whole week there was nothing at all.
