The rooms are adjacent to the Nomi restaurant, the room was comfortable and clean but the hallways of the building are looking tired. The staff were friendly but like to keep you waiting during check in. The restaurant served nice food but it is only Indian dishes for dinner service. I never went to breakfast as they only serve this between 0830 and 0900 which isn't great if you here for work as I was. The breakfast menu did look good though serving full breakfasts and eggs etc. They did say Parking was available but there are only around 8 spots so I found this to misleading. I finished late and every space was taken every time I arrived back. Overall a comfortable stay but too many inconveniences such as the limited parking and breakfast timings.

We enjoyed our three night stay at Nomi Rooms. We stayed in one of the cheaper double rooms, which we found comfortable. The shower and everything in the bathroom and bedroom worked well. This room was in the roof and would probably get quite warm in the summer. Two electric fans were in the room and there was a large, opening roof window. We found the room, bed and en-suite clean although we noticed dust on some ledges. There are a lot of steps up to the building from the restaurant level. The staff is excellent. The food is delicious. The bathroom is tiny, though, and the housekeeping doesn't do anything besides replacing the towels during your stay. And there are a LOT of stairs. If you have a disability or heavy luggage, it's very difficult to manage. The room itself is gorgeous and you can't beat that view

Whole place smells of curry. Shower in room 8 keeps falling off the holder. Shower walls going orange so needed bleaching. Plug hole grubby. Stairs up to room needed a good hoover and very steep - not ideal if elderly. Room wasn’t cleaned on day 2. Definitely not worth the price paid. Parking a bit tight and not many spaces but could park for free on the road by pier. Positives: Lovely view and friendly hosts. Lovely chip shop pub opposite. Pier walk beautiful for 50p. We were lucky with the sunny weather.

Das Einzelzimmer war in Ordnung mit Fenster nach hinten raus - allerdings ein bisschen dunkel wirkend. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Pier gelegen und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Sehr angenehm war der eigene Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

I had feeling that my room wasn't cleaned after previous guest, my concern was dealt with properly but please double check rooms are properly cleaned after every guest. Overall room was nice, view from window was amazing and staff very friendly.

First time I have stayed at Nomi in Bangor and I must say, it won’t be the last. What a beautiful place. The room I had was spotless, huge and with a beautiful view. The family that run the hotel are so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, overlooking the sea and pier and the food was absolutely amazing. I had the lamb rogan Josh, which I would highly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me and would not hesitate to book here again. Thanks you Nomi

We did not have hot water from the shower for the first two days. On the second day we were told that it was working, as if it was our fault, even though the shower was still freezing cold. Room was dirty and not properly cleaned from the previous occupants. No acceptance or accountability from the staff. Very poor and will not return.

The room itself was brill, however the cleanliness wasn't 100%. Me nor my friend used the shower but there were 3 long black hairs and they were visible from where i was using the sink so it's not like i had to go looking for it either. The hotel itself was great and very conveniently situated. The staff were friendly enough, just not the most attentive; when we were checking out we rang the bell so we could hand over the key and thank them in person but no one came - we were waiting for 10 minutes before we gave up. Overall a nice hotel, just some things overlooked.

We were a demanding group of 12 staying 3-4 nights in mid July. From the moment we walked in we realised that we had made the right decision to both stay and eat there. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were cooked to order with popular choices being: granola with fruit and yoghurt, french toast with fruit and avocado smash on seeded toast. All excellent. Dinner is sophisticated Indian fare with interesting and unusual options. We had dinner twice and even with a group of 12 the service was spot on with food arriving at the same times. The rooms are simply furnished but are quiet and comfortable. The shower worked well and there is a ready supply of tea, coffee and milk. The location is very convenient with ample parking. It's a new venture for the owners who are both focused on making your stay a delight.

The staff were sometimes a bit cold, and they didnt open breakfast when they said they would, which was a bit frustrating but things do happen and maybe it was just a bad day. The food when i did get it was incredible!

Lovely staff but we had to wait 10 minutes to have any arrive at reception to sign us in. The woman was so busy she forgot to tell us where to go to find our rooms before rushing off again. And no one came at all when we were signing out when we rang the bell.

Didn’t have the best stay unfortunately. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The shower door was broken (no handle) and the shower itself leaked on the floor into a large puddle so I almost fell. Also there was body lotion and body wash only, no shampoo, but not the end of the world. Then I realized they had double charged me - check in ended at 10pm, I arrived at 10:30pm (with prior notice), was asked to pay at the desk, no problem, then the next morning I saw that they had charged my credit card online at 9pm before check in finished. I had to request and wait for a refund which took a bit of time, and when I told the staff all that had happened her only reaction was “oh this is shocking to me” and walked away. It’s budget and does the job but customer service isn’t great.

The room itself was brill, however the cleanliness wasn't 100%. Me nor my friend used the shower but there were 3 long black hairs and they were visible from where i was using the sink so it's not like i had to go looking for it either. The hotel itself was great and very conveniently situated. The staff were friendly enough, just not the most attentive; when we were checking out we rang the bell so we could hand over the key and thank them in person but no one came - we were waiting for 10 minutes before we gave up. Overall a nice hotel, just some things overlooked.

Das Einzelzimmer war in Ordnung mit Fenster nach hinten raus - allerdings ein bisschen dunkel wirkend. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Pier gelegen und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Sehr angenehm war der eigene Parkplatz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

We were a demanding group of 12 staying 3-4 nights in mid July. From the moment we walked in we realised that we had made the right decision to both stay and eat there. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were cooked to order with popular choices being: granola with fruit and yoghurt, french toast with fruit and avocado smash on seeded toast. All excellent. Dinner is sophisticated Indian fare with interesting and unusual options. We had dinner twice and even with a group of 12 the service was spot on with food arriving at the same times. The rooms are simply furnished but are quiet and comfortable. The shower worked well and there is a ready supply of tea, coffee and milk. The location is very convenient with ample parking. It's a new venture for the owners who are both focused on making your stay a delight.

The rooms are adjacent to the Nomi restaurant, the room was comfortable and clean but the hallways of the building are looking tired. The staff were friendly but like to keep you waiting during check in. The restaurant served nice food but it is only Indian dishes for dinner service. I never went to breakfast as they only serve this between 0830 and 0900 which isn't great if you here for work as I was. The breakfast menu did look good though serving full breakfasts and eggs etc. They did say Parking was available but there are only around 8 spots so I found this to misleading. I finished late and every space was taken every time I arrived back. Overall a comfortable stay but too many inconveniences such as the limited parking and breakfast timings.

First time I have stayed at Nomi in Bangor and I must say, it won’t be the last. What a beautiful place. The room I had was spotless, huge and with a beautiful view. The family that run the hotel are so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, overlooking the sea and pier and the food was absolutely amazing. I had the lamb rogan Josh, which I would highly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me and would not hesitate to book here again. Thanks you Nomi

This recently rebranded hotel under new ownership has seen bedrooms completely revitalised. Our own room had a wonderful view of Bangor Pier and the Menai Straight looking toward Beaumaris. The breakfast menu is fixed with a little flexibility but really does not cater for diabetics or those with dietary needs. In the evening the restaurant serves an Indian based menu again with limited dietary options. There are Italian or Pub options available locally. A great stay with happy, approachable and helpful owners and staff.

Nice and quiet place to stay with a great view. The restaurant (we only had dinner) was really nice. Really cozy sitting with a great view. Was a slight drizzle that evening which made it so much more cozy. Good food - vegetarian options were tasty!

Great hotel with a beautiful view from our room (paid extra for sea view) On a slight hill with a few stairs to access. Ate on site at the Indian restaurant which was delicious. One of the nicest curry’s I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is limited but we always found a space. There is a car park very close by for £2 a day.

Everything was fabulous! I only had one issue but because it was a short stay it really wasn't a huge issue. The water pressure for the hot water was very very low. If I turned it to cold the pressure was perfect. Other than that everything was excellent!

Great reception on arriving at this hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. Room was excellent and perfect for our stay. Had a super dinner in the restaurant, a meal that I could not fault. Will definitely stay here again when visiting this part of Wales.
