Quality Inn Gulf Shores Airport

Didn't really interact much with staff, walked in and got looked up and down by front staff, not very welcoming, was there almost week room was not cleaned had to ask for towels and toilet paper. NO HOT TUB, found out after was already there that the hot tub had been filled in with concrete. Walked around room after shower and feet were nasty.

This is an old and not very clean hotel. I booked a king bed roon non-smoking, the room smelled strongly of smoke and frontdesk assured me it was a non- smoking room, but someone had been somking in the room. The service desk agave me another room but it smeller very veru musky and it was a double bed room. I told the front desk i paid for a king bed but front deskb said they didn't have another king bed room but there was only 5 vehicles in the parking lot at this time and the next morning so they were not book up with five vehicles. Last and third room was a double room and smelled stringly if peep. I got tried of trying to find a good room and just slep in the peep peep room:) Do not stay here unless you don't mind dirty. I will not stay here evvveeerrryyy again!

Not so good. Bathroom area was disgustingly dirty. The bath mat had a huge, black foot stain on it. The bathroom sink was cracked and the faucet was not securely fastened to the sink. There was a huge stain on the ceiling above one of the queen beds in our room. The room was heavily scented with cleaning agents. We will not recommend this hotel.

The room was not as clean as I would have hoped. There were questionable spots on the wall in the bathroom so I bought cleaning wipes. It was still an okay place to sleep for the trip. We did not use the pool area.

Three was no closet in my suite no way to hang up clothes. The floor tilt was cracked in one place. when i attempted to dry my hair with the hair dryer the entire thing pulled out of the wall. other than that it was nice. great staff. location. comfortable beds. breakfast not so hot
