Hotel is being remodeled so lobby was a mess and pool was closed so it will be even nicer when that is done. As far as the room goes, nice clean floors, bed and strong a/c.

Hot tube need to be fixed in the room

I enjoyed this visit. I went swimming in the pool. It was very clean. My only problem was the carpet in the room was a little sticky and old. It desperately needed shampooing or taken out. Definitely have slides on at all times.

There was no bathroom available to use while we waited for him to check us in . We arrived at 830 pm so it wasn’t late and he said lobby was locked up and he couldn’t get it open. He was very slow, one of the three rooms I booked had a dead cockroach under the mattress. They cleaned it up and we stayed there because we are leaving early and have little kids but for 100$ it was horrible with no amenities

The rooms have outside entrances.

I booked a room downstairs queen Smoking and I was only able to receive one upstairs. I also asked for a late check out and was denied that right this staff was rude and inconsiderate. Said I could not have a late check out so I was a regular customer pool was cloudy and nasty and unwearable they would not give me any extra towels. It was just plain horrible. I do not recommend.

This is a great property to stay anytime. the staff was great the breakfast was good. the room was very clean and well kept . I would recommend this place for all your travel stops.

Walking distance to eating places. Popeye on one side and Burger King on the side. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and very nice.

This is an older property. I stayed in the non-smoking section, but it still smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was clean, sheets, linens, etc. but the carpet felt damp. I’m sure it was just because of how old the carpet was. The room was pretty and the bed comfortable, though. The staff were super friendly.

The staff was wonderful. There was a surprise $25 pet fee. That\'s not "pet friendly". The room reeked of cigarette smoke and we had to wash all of our clothes. Breakfast was kiddie cereal and banana. That\'s it. No eggs, yogurt, fruit or muffin/toast/pastry.

The bath tub was dirty

Nicely tucked behind an oil changer business so traffic noise minimal…only the occasional siren. Slept very well!

This was a good stopover place. We stayed 2 nights. The air worked and the shower pressure was awesome. Smoking is actually allowed. 2 complaints the carpet was so old and filthy I had to keep my shoes on and the bed was so hard and lumpy I woke up sore. They shouldn't be allowed to post pictures unless all the rooms look that way. For the great price we'll definitely go back, maybe we'll luck up and get a room with no carpet, this may help them use less of the sickening deodorizer we first encountered when opening the door. Whew but the air conditioner took care of it. Go ahead and stay here, no bugs!lol

Beds are horrible,felt every spring in mattress

the room was spacious. There were no cups or soap in the room. There was coffee in the coffee pot! made me feel like the room was barely touched by housekeeping., was the bedding changed or just tucked in? we were exhausted because we had evacuated from Clearwater the night before,. No rooms available ANYWHERE for that night. We drove through the night and in the morning My 13 year old daughter, my 28 yr old son, my 80 year old mom, slept a couple of hours in the 2 cars when the sun came up. I did not, sleep. I had to keep and eye on our belongings that I emptied out of the cars so they could put their seats back. Anyway i had reserved the room at the super 8 for the following 2 nights.. although i was exhausted you know my family still needed me for EVERYTHING so sleep was rough. i called the front desk in the morning at about 830 to let them know we wouldnt be needing the room for the second night bc i found the extended stay for a few more nights. I also asked for a late check out, at noon. hoping i could get an extra hour of sleep. She said no because they had a reservation?? She ended up saying we could stay til 1130. The houskeeper was right outside the door and let me know she had to leave. I was out by 1120 and i still gave her 10 tip for the iinconvenience. In my rush i left all of our pillows. When i came to pick them up all the cases were gone. They were nice new pillow cases. They gave us some cheap scratchy cases. Not a bad hotel but bad housekeeping

Ac/heat didn't work.......the toilet didn't flush

The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. It just needs some things updated but a very good return for your buck. Thanks

Gross gross gross Carpet in room was dirty and stinky. Beds were lumpy Upon check in with our dog we were told we had to pay $100 cash deposit There was just a handwritten initial on our receipt indicating this After seeing the condition of the room I called the front desk to let them know that there were stains in the carpeting prior to check in so we would not get charged I asked the staff members name so I would have it for my records and he hung up on me Would not recommend this hotel

Terrible service they wouldnt let me check in at all saying I was banned from their location I’ve never even been there before I’ve paid my money and they won’t give me a refund at all the people at the front desk are very rude

Sent a separate email that there was a cash deposit and when check.in it was more and when checking out was told.had to pay additional and wasnt getting the deposit back even tho nothing was wromg with the room guy yelled trash and threw some money at my husband

We didn’t stay. We were kicked off the property. The owner/manager refused to refund our cash deposit. We stayed at the hotel 15-20 minutes. The bathroom door didn’t work either.

Staff was excellent

Night desk clerk was borderline hateful. We had reservations & requested a ground floor room, due to disability , and where denied ground floor, upon arrival. Morning clerk was GREAT ! We have family in the Tampa area, & we've stayed here several times, while visiting them. This was the worse by far and the last. There are numerous options close in the area that we will give our business next time.

Close to Highway I was using, plenty of food places close by.

The staff member that checked us in, was very cordial and accommodating. The room was nice and the location of the hotel was good for us.

For the price, it was worth it. Pretty decent and convenient. Very close to shopping!!!

I searched for a hotel from Montgomery to Dothan. This is the only one that was reasonable in price and got good reviews. The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Conveniently located near food options. The management does require a $50 cash deposit that is promptly refunded the next morning at check out.

This is a great property to stay anytime. the staff was great the breakfast was good. the room was very clean and well kept . I would recommend this place for all your travel stops.

Was in for my niece's wedding and it was convenient. Friendly staff and clean. Continental breakfast was basically only cereal

Very clean. Bed sheets smelled nice and clean. Breakfast was cereal and granola bars only. $100 deposit for a dog plus $20 a night was a bit steep and wasn't in my budget.

The hotel was quiet, I slept well and the room was clean. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced otherwise it was very nice. The breakfast bar was a huge disappointment.

Comfy bed, shower pressure isn't great, room smelled musty probably from ac filter that hasnt been cleaned in a long time. There wasn't much of a breakfast. Non smoking rooms are in the second floor.
