The building looks derelict from the outside and the car park is a wasteland. The inside is dirty and poorly-maintained. Smoke alarms beeped continuously. There were no staff on site to my knowledge, and everything seems to be done remotely. I tried to get to sleep but when somebody tried to open the door to my room it was the last straw for me, so I left late at night for the relative comfort of a local Travelodge. I will never return and I urge anyone else to avoid the place.

Hi after a slight. Issue with my booking, got a free up grade with breakfast all good, all staff we’re excellent, good secure parking, would recommend for contractors with a van, .
