Amazing property, loved the tablet control for lights, blinds, etc. Super clean, friendly staff, beautiful pool area on the rooftop! Would definitely stay there again!

They put me in a room when they knew the air conditioning did not work and it took four calls to get it resolved. Room was trendy and cool but lacked some typical items. No onsite parking, difficult to find parking and extremely expensive.

It’s just better everytime. To me, the best place to stay, brand new, no frills, quiet, plenty of lounge spaces and tons tom do in the area, wished pool open a little longer than 7

Super cute and colorful! Room was cool, small and intimate. We found the technology just a tiny bit irritating, but the lighting aspect was nice. The elevators were annoying, Took forever. Some of the staff was cool as hell and gave free drinks to my boyfriend for his birthday, but a couple of the staff were not personable and downright rude. Overall good stay, especially for price in South beach.

I liked the art around the place! During my stay they had a lot of elevator issues which was very inconvenient.

The water for the shower could be hotter. At times it wasn’t hot enough. Elevators are slow especially when the hotel have so much guest. But overall, very tech-forward and clean.

Great price, great value, great service, great location, comfortable room, convenient location. Longer pool hours (7pm is too early) and a trash room on each floor would be perfect.

I’m not sure how this hotel holds a 9/10 rating. The pool closes at 7 pm, which feels too early for Miami, especially when evenings are cooler and more pleasant. There is no gym at all, which is surprising for a hotel in this price range. I didn’t know that housekeeping had to be requested a day in advance, and if you ask on the same day, they simply don’t come. I asked twice for the room to be cleaned, but no one showed up, and we ended up having to clean the floor ourselves with a towel. The room is very small, and there’s no outlet on both sides of the bed for charging phones or devices. For a beach hotel, there are also very few hangers or places to dry clothes, swimsuits, or towels. While the location is good, the amenities and policies did not match my expectations.

The room could have been a bit cleaner I found hairs that were not mine and a previous visitors bag tag stuck in the sheets. Overall it was cute. I gave it 5 stars because the staff was impeccable. Very nice, accommodating. Would stay here again in the future.

The hotel was good, rooms were clean on day one arrival, I signed up for daily cleaning of the room but noticed they only came in to do the bare minimum, furnitures were accumulating dust and was not properly cleaned. Some of the staff also had I don’t care attitude, I tried letting one of the people cleaning know when I left the room but the response was rude. It was also difficult for cab to come around the hotel as construction was going on around it, my delivery person always had to complain.

Our key card didn’t work the first 2 days had to have staff let us in every time and then we got BED BUGS

There wasn’t any service to clean my room during my 5 day stay. Pretty dissatisfied here

Very small room, clean and futuristic but that bathroom its a joke, same as the sink. You can't have the toilet in a "glass bowl" next to the bed, same with the sink. This type of room setup fits 1 person only

Small room

Rooms are small, but was perfect for my husband and I. The rooms are very high-tech. Staff was very accommodating, and it's close to everything.

Super friendly staff. Room just the right size. Love that everything in the room is controlled by an iPad; lights, tv, room temp, curtains and most importantly....BLACKOUT CURTAINS! Will keep coming back!

Overall property was ok but the rooms are too small, poorly layed out and no coffee makers in the rooms. The iPads made the rooms overly complicated.

Had to switch rooms do to poor ac in 106 Miami heat. Next room was almost as bad. Hallways are cold but rooms are not. Could potentially ruin our stay coming in from a red eye and relying on good sleep especially for a vacation.

Clean, but very small! My boyfriend had to climb over me to get out of the bed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. No coffee, no washcloths. Very high tech!! Shower was a bit small as well. Location was good and very walkable.

Generally a nice room and decent facilities around the hotel. However, the bathroom isnt private at all, and the iPad didnt work correctly so couldn't use it to control the TV. told the staff about this and they did their best to resolve it however, did didnt get fixed by the time we checked out

Perfect sized room, BLACK OUT CURTAINS, whole room controlled by ipad so once im comfy in bed, I dont have to leave it! Bar food is delicious, especially the 4 cheese pizza!

The property was well kept and lovely. Lady checking us in and 2 guy bartenders were extremely nice and helpful. We had one staff member that wasn’t the nicest however the experience at this hotel was overall great & we will be returning.

We arrived super early to the hotel (8am) we were greeted with a very friendly staff. We were able to leave our baggage until check-in. The hotel itself is beautifully curated with amazing art. The lobby/ restaurant looked amazing, open/friendly. We did not eat here but from what I saw, the food looked fresh/good. The rooms are minimal but very comfortable, bed was amazing one of the best sleeps I've had on vacation. the blackout blinds really make a difference. The shower was nice, a little tight. The rooftop pool was really nice, spent a lot of time there. The hotel is a block away from the shopping strip with amazing restaurants. The trolley is around the corner from the entrance, a nice trip to the beach. Lots of accessible shops, restaurants, site seeing near by. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend. Staff overall was fantastic!

First the road the hotel was on was closed off. AND They do not offer parking, when I called to ask where can we park she could not offer me any suggestions. We took a chance around the corner walking through the streets with suitcases. When we arrived she offered us a pass to park - why didn’t she offer that when I called?? Then when we got to our room it was smaller than most college dorms. My husband could reach both walls. I need to get ready for a play I asked where is the iron. Each floor has an iron room - that’s where we would have to to bring our clothes to iron. Then when we return after the play we wanted to relax and watch some tv, tv wasn’t working then ac would not lower. After many calls to fix the ac and just streamed tv on our phones we requested to change to another room at 2am. Not one apology no effort by calling us if things were better - nothing. 2nd room had AC, if it didn’t we were going to just sleep in the car. I would only go to a citizens m again if a hostel was full. And I don’t stay at hostels. Horrific experience

Experience was quick, easy peasy and breezy, staff was nice and efficient, room was clean and able to check in an hour early! the only down was the alarm going off at 7am and unfortunately crew was 'unapologetic', no mention of it at check out or when ushering guests in their night clothes back in the rooms. That was a little dissapointing but not a hugh deal since I paid for.late check out and definitely my go to hotel when on sobe or other cities in the world.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I travel a lot. I had to extend my stay for one more night, so eight hours before checkout, I called the front desk to confirm the process. The receptionist told me to just book another night through Expedia, and she would take care of everything,no need to check out or check back in. I followed the instructions exactly. And yet, the next morning, I was woken up by someone pounding on my door like it was an emergency. I was literally getting out of bed to answer when, out of nowhere, the door suddenly opened. I don’t even know if this person was hotel staff because he just swiped a keycard and let himself in, without announcing himself, nothing. Let me be very clear: I am a woman traveling alone. The way the room was set up, he had a full view of my bed before I even had a chance to grab a cover. I was so shocked and terrified that I immediately screamed at him to stop and told him I had already extended my stay. And then, if that wasn’t bad enough, a little while later, another staff member did the exact same thing—walked in unannounced and told me I had to go downstairs to check in again. Excuse me?? I was specifically told the night before that this wouldn’t be necessary. What’s the point of confirming with the front desk if no one communicates with each other? Honestly, this is beyond bad service—this is a complete violation of guest privacy and basic safety. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is right near a mall and the beach, the perfect vacation combo!

They have construction going on right now, so the roads are closed near the hotel. However everything about the hotel and this trip was upscale and enjoyable. Will definitely be a repeat visitor of this hotel when in Miami.

Rooms are small but it work for us 2. My Uber couldn't go o down the street due to construction so we had to get dropped off at the corner. My overall stay was good.

The property inside was beautiful and well kept. The staff were engaging and helpful. Outside the property is currently construction which was not pretty to look at and caused for the road to be closed. Due to the closure it made it a little difficult for transportation.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet, and safe. The beach is a 20-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool was clean. We had breakfast at the hotel three times - it was amazing, served buffet-style with fresh and varied options. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time and recommend it to our friends!

My husband and I stayed there for four days. We had such a great experience at CitizenM. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are small but very cozy and modern. The rooftop pool was awesome. Staff were readily available and friendly. Also- great location, close to many dining options and a short walk to South Beach. Highly recommend CitizenM for your next stay in Miami!

stayed monday- friday for my birthday. staff was super friendly and accommodating. good breakfast buffet and the food and drinks at the bar were also good. room is kinda small but perfect for a solo trip. loved the blackout blinds and the lighting. would definitely recommend.

I’ve visited South Beach many times, and this was by far my favorite hotel stay. The property is clean, modern, and feels fresh. The breakfast is absolutely worth the $19.95—great value for the quality. The pool area strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation, and there’s even a bar right by the pool, which is a total perk. The hotel restaurant is very good, and there are tons of great dining options just steps away. You're within walking distance of just about everything—and then some. This place is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a stylish, convenient escape. I give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it. From now on, this is the only place I’ll stay when I’m in Miami.

I couldn’t order a bagel at the counter in the restaurant. No w was there a coffee maker in the room.

Excellent stay, at a great property. Great staff. Ideally positioned for Lincoln Road shopping. Bar food menu limited and some of the items they didn't have. I would have eaten out but torrential rain was the reason I decided to stay in and eat. That was the only downside of this remarkable hotel.

Pros: The service was great. I think they live there, because the barista was also the lifeguard and the check in person was also a cook. Cons: The room was so tiny, every time i spun around the door was there. Breakfast was overpriced The pool was nice, but the guests were making out in the pool.
