The bed had dead flys, towel had stains, dead bee in the toilet the room had a lot damp smell to it upon speaking to the staff all I got was can clean the room again but I checked in few hours late which was informed and still the room was up to standards as it stated, then the staff member said for an extra £20 the room can be changed to which I did but overall experience put me off and I left within 10min after finding another hotel

Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, tivemos um pequeno problema com a água quente mas eles se prontificaram a resolver. O quarto é um pouco menor do que aparece nas fotos, mas da bem pra duas pessoas.

We weren’t expecting much for just over £60 and considering the close proximity to London stadium/Take That concert, they could have charged more. The en suite bathroom was clean but the quilt was yellow and stains on the duvet cover. Also, the doors, walls and skirting boards were dirty. Easy things to rectify with a bit more time factored in to the cleaning of accommodation.
