Cuando leí los comentario sobre el alejamiento me quede preocupada pensando qué iba a encontrar. Sin embargo ha sido una sorpresa lo cómodo que ha sido y lo bien que nos hemos sentido. El alojamiento es un bed and breakfast con 6 habitaciones. Llegamos por la mañana y pudimos entrar sin problemas. Si llegas por la tarde te mandan el día anterior una clave de acceso. Habían preparado la habitación con 2 camas individuales como pedimos. La habitación era muy bonita, con vistas y decoración estilo vintage. Las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas maravillosa. El cuarto de baño está reformado y el agua caliente de la ducha sale con presión y temperatura adecuada. El desayuno se sirve en la recepción y es suficiente. Café o té, pan, croissants, mantequilla mermelada fiambre… de todo. Giovanni fue súper atento y nos facilitó dejar las maletas el día que nos íbamos en el hotel, consignadas, para recogerlas por la tarde. Todo facilidades. Yo lo recomiendo y volveré. Muchas gracias Giovanni

Absolute amazing place in a wonderful location. Staff is amazing and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Starts at 8.30am which was a bit late for me, but there is also a coffee shop with fresh pastry and amazing coffee in the same building and they open at 7.00am.

La vue sur la lagune, magique, si possible préférer les chambres sur le front de mer ! Salle de petit déjeuner avec vue sur la lagune superbe; bon petit déjeuner Hôtel tout près de la station de vaporetto et des centres d’intérêt La gentillesse et les bons conseils de Giovanni Nous y reviendrons !!!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Super Blick auf die Lagune, während man das Frühstück genießt. Der Dusche hat ein bisschen der Wasserdruck gefehlt, aber es sei dem 300-jahre altem Haus verziehen ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder

Accoglienza e struttura sono davvero piacevoli. La persona che ci ha accolti gentilissima ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nel frattempo che giravano ancora un po’. Posizione centrale e fermata del traghetto a due passi. La vista del dal Terrazzo unica. Consiglio davvero questa struttura. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene

Provided the fact that the city of Venice is completely walkable, this location has the advantage of staying a bit off the crowd and still gives us easy access to almost everything, including beautiful waterfront view from the breakfast room and our unit. The owner Giovanni was extremely helpful and provided us with many information about the local community and resources.

Lovely breakfast in am. View was beautiful. Building is charming and old. Problems with old locks to our room and B&B entry door. No lift, so be prepared to carry luggage 4 sets of stairs.

Just a warning about the stairs (2 floors up) and the limited reception hours. Keys were left in the mailbox downstairs. Room was amazing and there is a nice cafe right downstairs.

We arrived late for our checkin however we received clear instructions as to how we can get into our room, which was clean and tidy. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast and had a lovely chat with the owner, he gave us great advice and it was such a warm welcome. Only thing that could be improved was the shower, but everything else was lovely.

We really appreciated the complimentary bottled water, canned soft drinks, tea and cookies. Our room was spacious but the bathroom needed a little maintenance. Located on the Grand Canal with beautiful view and close to a water bus stop.

Wir waren bei unserem Aufenthalt im Studiozimmer mit 4 Personen im August 2024 sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Freundlichkeit der netten Hausdame und Nachts absolut ruhig. Perfekte Lage um die Bienale zu besuchen. Einzig das Badezimmer benötigt mal wieder eine Renovierung aber es war alles sauber und wir kommen hier gerne wieder.

Affacciato sulla laguna, l’edificio, che ospita diversi b&b, è in condizioni discrete ma può anche migliorare. La ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è molto carina e disponibile. La stanza - piuttosto piccola e affacciata su una corte interna - era pulita e gradevole. Torneremo scegliendo però una delle stanze con vista laguna 😊

We had a great stay at La Rosa dei Venti. Giovanni was nice and really helpful. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The view is also fantastic, especially at sunset. Everything is easily accessible by foot from the accommodation.

I highly recommend this place. It was clean and the staff were super friendly. Loved waking up to the beautiful view from my bedroom. The shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance. Truly enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

Siamo arrivati il giorno previsto per il soggiorno e ci è stato comunicato che la camera non era disponibile. Avevano prenotato tramite Expedia ed il proprietario probabilmente ha avuto la possibilità di collocarla ad un prezzo superiore, per fortuna siamo arrivati al mattino e non alla sera come volevamo fare. Avevano scelto quel posto per la vicinanza sll'Arsenale divendo recarci alla Biennale. Expedia ha provato a contattarci con un numero estero al quale non abbiamo risposto pensando a telefonate inutili, ci hanno mandato una mail dicendo che il propietario ci offriva una soluzione alternativa ma da tutt'altra parte rispetto all'Arsenale, cosa che siamo stati costretti ad accettare visto la quantità di persone presenti in città e la scarsità di alloggi a prezzi decenti (volendo soendere anche oltre 500 euro s notte ce ne sarebbero stati a volontà, poi non so se ci avrebbero rimborsato rifiutando la loro offerta). Nella mail era indicato un numero verde che non era contattabile da cellulare. Alla fine il proprietario che non è mai stato raggiungibile telefonicamente, tramite la signora delle pulizie ci ha inviato un altro recapito a cui contattare Expedia.. Era la prima volta che mi rivolgevo ad Expedia e visto come sono andate le cose anche l'ultima, cime sempre fatto mi rivolgerò al concorrente più famoso. Per la struttura purtroppo non avendo soggiornato lí non posso valutarla, la valutazione è per la serietà dimostrata, lasciandoci in difficoltà all'ultimo minuto
Siamo arrivati il giorno previsto per il soggiorno e ci è stato comunicato che la camera non era disponibile. Avevano prenotato tramite Expedia ed il proprietario probabilmente ha avuto la possibilità di collocarla ad un prezzo superiore, per fortuna siamo arrivati al mattino e non alla sera come volevamo fare. Provided the fact that the city of Venice is completely walkable, this location has the advantage of staying a bit off the crowd and still gives us easy access to almost everything, including beautiful waterfront view from the breakfast room and our unit. La struttura è situata in una posizione ottima, il personale è gentile e accogliente, specie Giulia che è un vero tesoro. Le camere sono confortevoli e ben arredate, complete dei servizi principali. L'unica pecca è che non rispondono mai al telefono e nemmeno via mail, quindi quando siamo arrivati non avevamo le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento, ci siamo dovuti affidare ai consigli del proprietario del bar accanto. Per il resto consigliatissimo.

Check-in was challenging, and the first room we got was little more than a closet, and the AC did not work. However Giovani was VERY kind and gracious, and moved us to another slightly larger room for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpfuls and friendly. FANTASTIC LOCATION!

Es un pequeño hotel mas que bonito ,10 min de la plaza caminando pero con la tranquilidad de alejarte de las masas , con una parada a 3 minutos del vaporetto , con llegada autónoma , con restaurantes a una cuadra en una calle hermosa y muy tranquila , es mucho más lindo que lo que ves en las fotos .

Location perfetta per chi visita la Biennale, Giardini e Arsenale e come noi ama soggiornare nel quartiere Castello. Affacciato sulla laguna, l’edificio, che ospita diversi b&b, è in condizioni discrete ma può anche migliorare. La ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi è molto carina e disponibile. La stanza - piuttosto piccola e affacciata su una corte interna - era pulita e gradevole. Torneremo scegliendo però una delle stanze con vista laguna 😊

Cuando leí los comentario sobre el alejamiento me quede preocupada pensando qué iba a encontrar. Sin embargo ha sido una sorpresa lo cómodo que ha sido y lo bien que nos hemos sentido. El alojamiento es un bed and breakfast con 6 habitaciones. Llegamos por la mañana y pudimos entrar sin problemas. Si llegas por la tarde te mandan el día anterior una clave de acceso. Habían preparado la habitación con 2 camas individuales como pedimos. La habitación era muy bonita, con vistas y decoración estilo vintage. Las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas maravillosa. El cuarto de baño está reformado y el agua caliente de la ducha sale con presión y temperatura adecuada. El desayuno se sirve en la recepción y es suficiente. Café o té, pan, croissants, mantequilla mermelada fiambre… de todo. Giovanni fue súper atento y nos facilitó dejar las maletas el día que nos íbamos en el hotel, consignadas, para recogerlas por la tarde. Todo facilidades. Yo lo recomiendo y volveré. Muchas gracias Giovanni

Absolute amazing place in a wonderful location. Staff is amazing and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Starts at 8.30am which was a bit late for me, but there is also a coffee shop with fresh pastry and amazing coffee in the same building and they open at 7.00am.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Super Blick auf die Lagune, während man das Frühstück genießt. Der Dusche hat ein bisschen der Wasserdruck gefehlt, aber es sei dem 300-jahre altem Haus verziehen ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder

Our room had a fantastic view over the lagoon with a small balcony in a wonderful authentic neighborhood with less tourists and more locals. Nearby restaurants and bars and walking distance to the Biennale Arsenale and Giardini. Improvements could be made in the area of WiFi and the functioning of the outlets. We loved the old world charm. Bring a mosquito spray.
