Checkin took 1 hour. That’s absolutely unacceptable, despite informing them before hand my time of arrival. Upon 3pm arrival, I was given room at 4pm.

Great new hotel in a convenient location. The person at the reception desk (didn’t catch his name) was helpful and welcoming.
