Good stay here, more in Brixton than Tulse Hill where our daughter lives. Room adequate and very close to Brockwell Park which was great for a swim! Kettle in room for teas and coffees. We thought we may get breakfast as classed as a b&b but this is not supplied.

We had a great time, the hosts are so so lovely and the room is so spacious and comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding and it was a fab room to get ready in. The hosts even had an iron to help us with our suit and dress.

Very nice place, the only downside is there were no blackout curtains. So in June, we were woken up very early by the light. Also from the children going to the school right next door. Other than that bed was comfy, very clean and had a very nice welcoming.
