Kelvingrove Hotel - Sauchiehall St

We stayed here for 3 nights, the room was lovely and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. I'd definitely stay again.

A three star hotel means various trade offs, the personality of the staff is a winner and makes up for some of the things lacking.

Staff were great, really friendly. Room was on the small side but we were only staying for one night so not a big deal. Could do with a black-out blind on the large bay window, but outside was quiet, apart from some other residents deciding to hold a meeting on the shared landing at 3am. Great location for SECC and OVO Hydro, fantastic restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, need bigger coffee mugs!

Friendly staff and a good area for restaurants in the west end of Glasgow, lovely park, museums. A bus stop opposite the hotel takes you to and from the airport in an hour saves on costly taxis.
