Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma

Bonjour, Séjour du 11 mai au 15 mai 2026 soit 4 nuits. l'hôtel est très bien placé si vous souhaitez faire une grande partie des visites à pied. Nous avons été très déçu des prestations, hormis le couchage. - La salle de bain n'était pas propre, la baignoire bouchée, la pomme de douche usagée, la porte ne se fermait pas, car gondolée, les joins de baignoire n'en parlons pas. - Le petit déjeuner est pris dans la chambre, avec des produits déjà sur place. Briques de jus de fruits, Lait en brique individuelle, cafés dosette, thés, confitures, beurre, yahourt, croissant en sachet individuel immangeable. Sans dire qu'un soir, en rentrant, la brique de lait a bien été changé, mais déjà ouverte et entamé!!!!! donc suite à une réclamation, la réceptionniste s'est excusée mais nous n'avions pas eu de nouvelle brique pour le lendemain matin. je suis déçu de cet hôtel, car au vu du tarif, les prestations devraient être un peu plus haut de gamme. si je dois retourner sur Rome, je ne choisirais pas ce lieu.

We felt genuinely uncomfortable and unsafe staying here and left as soon as we possibly could. This is NOT about it being a “2-star hotel” - the conditions were unhygienic, poorly maintained and completely unacceptable, especially considering the price. The room was extremely dirty: visible mold on the walls and in the corners, black buildup along edges and surfaces, and a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room. The ceiling and walls were damaged and peeling, especially in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit was poorly installed with visible gaps and dirt. The fridge was dirty, and the bedding had stains and did not appear properly cleaned. Nothing felt hygienic. The overall condition gave a constant feeling of discomfort and lack of safety. When we reported this, the staff response was dismissive and unprofessional. The receptionist refused to inspect the room properly, offered no alternative, and told us “this is 2 stars, not 5” and that we could just leave. Hotels.com was also unable to reach the property afterwards. We were instructed to leave our only room key at reception when going out, which felt highly unsafe, as anyone could access the keys. We stayed one night only because we had no immediate alternative. The next morning we left as soon as possible, and booked another hotel at our own expense. There is absolutely nothing “luxury” about this place - the name is highly misleading. This property should not be listed in its current condition.

Vi hade önskemål om badkar och fick ett jacuzzi. Som vi inte kunde använda för att det kom ut fräscht från rören och bubblorna funkade inte heller. Rummet var litet men ok. Frukost fick vi på rummet. En stol den andra fick sitta sängen och äta. Mycket enkel frukost. Luxyry room - nä inte det minsta. Det enklaste vi har haft i Rom.

This is a small hotel in an excellent location, within walking distance of most major points of interest. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, cappuccino maker, kettle, and a selection of coffee, tea, jam, juice boxes, yogurt, and water. The hotel also provided prepacked cookies and croissants in plastic bags, which made for an easy breakfast before heading out. Christina at the front desk was very helpful and always happy to provide additional supplies. I’m not sure about the air conditioning, as we didn’t use it, so if you’re visiting in warmer months, it’s worth confirming in advance.
