Hotel is much smaller than it appears in the images. There is no communal space at all, or any facilities beyond the room. Rooms were decent and clean, and the location is excellent. WiFi was a little inconsistent.

I spent 4 nights here by myself and was quite pleased. People at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. Room was nothing special but was a room and it’s better than what you payed for it. Breakfast was ok. Only issue I had was finding it at first. It’s on a building where you have to buzz in and there are no large visible signs. I was confused why they make you turn the key in every time you leave. Overall very nice place and location. Would stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr die Neueste, aber wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Da wir tagsüber nicht im Zimmer waren, hat uns das tiefe Fenster nicht gestört. Rom ist nunmal sehr laut und das kann kein Fenster dämmen. Zimmerschlüssel abzugeben ist nichts unübliches dort. Personal war sehr bemüht.

Okay for what you pay. Only issue is how you have to leave your physical key at the front desk so they can go into your room and clean/ put the basic bread/coffee. Felt a bit odd since anyone can just grab a key and go into a room. We did lock all our stuff in the giant droors. You get what you pay for let’s leave it at that

First of all; nobody there was speaking english, only italian. They said parking available, which was not true. Hotel was impossible to find and no parking in the street. The room was smelling like urine and the bed was broken. It was so bad, i booked another hotel and they refused to give me my money back for the 3 nights i was not staying there (i proposed to pay 1 night even if i was not staying there). You can’t leave with the key, you need to let it on the counter and anyone can take it because the lady at the desk is never there. Worst experience i ever had and i travel every month

La verdad muy decepcionado con el hotel, llegue con unas maletas muy pesadas y no me ayudaron ni siquiera a subir la maleta de mano a la habitación ya que no tenía ascensor, la habitación muy pequeña para una sola persona, cama y colchón muy malas e incómodo. El desayuno incluido NO es desayuno es más un snack. El internet de la habitación NUNCA funcionó ni navego, el baño no es igual al de las fotos no tienen puestas de vidrio si no que es un platico, bueno en general muy mal todo, ahora hora de irme del hotel no me ayudaron tampoco con las maletas ni con un taxi para poder llegar al aeropuerto, MUY MAL SERVICIO EN GENERAL.

For det første var ingen af de billeder på hjemmesiden taget på hotellet. Der var beskidt på værelset og ultra dårlige senge. Badeværelsesdøren kunne ikke åbnes med mindre man fik hjælp udefra. Der var ikke morgenmad så det måtte vi og købe hver dag. Der stod nogle gamle vacuum pakkede boller og i køleskabet, som ikke var tændt da vi ankom, stod yoghurt og juice som man på ingen måde tør spise. Vi kommer aldrig til at bo der igen. Det eneste positive var beliggenheden man kunne gå til næsten alle seværdigheder på 30 min.

The room keys were kept unattended in plain sight which compromises everyones security. We werent allowed to leave the hotel with our key. Room was so dusty it coulnt have been cleaned for weeks. Bathroom was not clean.

The shower had mold, was told the curtain would be replaced but it was just lightly cleaned. The air conditioning was very good. Right around the hotel is dirty and it’s on a steep hill. Close to the tourist attractions. Good place to just sleep and that’s it.

The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and informative. The hotel is in a great location and close to everything. You can walk to almost every major site (if you don’t have small children). I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, but this place needs a deep cleaning, the bathroom is just so disgustingly dirty. There was mold all over the place, the shower curtain was just green and black of mold. The toilet has not been cleaned with any products for a very long time. The bedsheets in the room smelled like they had not been washed! Disaster. I feel bad for the lady at the front desk, because she was really nice, but they need to improve the cleaning.

The bed coverage is not clean and has cigarettes burns. The washroom door does not have a lock and gets stuck when closed with a knob to open it. The lights bulbs are missing and the room is dim. Ich habe auf einem Klappbett geschlafen, wo ein alter Drucker/Faxgeräte drunter gelagert war. Die Wände waren gefühlt aus Papier. Ich habe meine Zimmernachbarn beim Sex gehört und andere die nach dem feiern/saufen gekotzt haben. Das Toilettenpapier war einlagig und kam Sandpapier gleich. Das Frühstück war stark einem EPA/MRE angelehnt, wobei ich ein solches vorgezogen hätte. Allgemein war es nicht ganz so sauber. Der Empfang und Service war ok, außer das ich am letzten Tag kein EPA bekommen habe. Gut war das WLAN, Kühlschrank im Zimmer und die Lage (ca.10-15 min. zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Fußmarsch). Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

部屋に設置されていた仮説ベットは真ん中が陥没していて寝心地が酷い。熟睡するのは不可能。また部屋のシャワーはお湯がほとんど出ず、冷たいシャワーを浴びることになる。部屋の壁も薄すぎて隣の話し声やイビキが筒抜けだった。特にいびきのうるさい客が隣に泊まると全く寝ならない。支払った価格から予想される期待を遥かに下回るクオリティだった。総じて改善点の多いホテル。

The location was very good for some of the popular sites in Rome. The room was a decent size and included a mini fridge. The free breakfast was a disappointment with it being a couple of items left in your room and fridge. The pictures of the courtyard listed in the website were no where to be found. Overall not a bad place as the location was convenient.

Overall. A good stay at this hotel. Booked a single room with a twin bed. The positives include great service from staff who were helpful and friendly. The hotel is also located at a great location that is close to all the must sees in Rome. The negatives would include the mattress being old and should be replaced as it sagged at the centre and made for an uncomfortable sleep. It was a short two night stay for me. I would book again for mainly the great location.

Aussergewöhnlich war wie verwohnt die Unterkunft war. Um aus dem Fenster zu schauen musste man sich bücken. Es war dunkel. Selbst bei Tag musste das Licht an sein. Von Frühstück kann keine Rede sein. Die Kaffeekapseln passten nicht zum Automaten. Es war laut, aber das hatte ich mir gedacht. Dafür war das Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotzdem würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen. Das Hotel macht seinem Namen keine Ehre.

I chose this property because its published check-in time is 9 AM, but when we arrived at round 11 AM, the front desk lady said the room was not cleaned and so not available yet. We were very disappointed because the check-in time is not as what it was promised. Also, there was no safe in the hotel room which we were disappointed too. The hotel was a little bit hard to find too. Other than that, the room was spacious, air conditioner was working very well, and the front desk lady was very nice.

As we arrived we were informed that they did not have a room available for us… so they told us to go to a hotel around the corner and was assured that it was nice. When we looked up the hotel it was a third of the price we paid to stay at Hotel 2000, there was no breakfast included, no bathtub… the list goes on. The staff was very friendly and their English was great, but we feel as if we did not get what we paid for at all. Would not recommend.

Never saw or spoke to anyone at the reception desk multiple times during out short stay of one night. Everytime we went by there was no one there. Then I received an email later that we didn’t check in. Our key was left on the counter instructing us to let ourselves in.

Great location, near Roma Termini and attractions like the Trevi Fountain. Easy Metro access at Barberini within a couple minutes walk bringing attractions like the Colosseum even closer. This is a no frills stay, in a good location, on a quiet street.

l'ebergement de style baroque ,est impossible a trouvé ,car aucune indication exterieur ,n'y hotel marquer sur la façade .rien.il nous a fallu plus d'une demi heure pour le trouvé .Chambre correcte .petit dejeuner tres moyen,1 croissant chacun,1 sucre ,1 thé ,2 biscotte ,lait ,pas de couteau,ont etale le beurre avec la cuillere.ne parle pas un mot de français .dommage .

Overall. A good stay at this hotel. Booked a single room with a twin bed. The positives include great service from staff who were helpful and friendly. The hotel is also located at a great location that is close to all the must sees in Rome. The negatives would include the mattress being old and should be replaced as it sagged at the centre and made for an uncomfortable sleep. It was a short two night stay for me. I would book again for mainly the great location.

For det første var ingen af de billeder på hjemmesiden taget på hotellet. Der var beskidt på værelset og ultra dårlige senge. Badeværelsesdøren kunne ikke åbnes med mindre man fik hjælp udefra. Der var ikke morgenmad så det måtte vi og købe hver dag. Der stod nogle gamle vacuum pakkede boller og i køleskabet, som ikke var tændt da vi ankom, stod yoghurt og juice som man på ingen måde tør spise. Vi kommer aldrig til at bo der igen. Det eneste positive var beliggenheden man kunne gå til næsten alle seværdigheder på 30 min.

Det kan vist ikke kaldes et hotel med morgenmad. Nogle dage manglede tallerkner, en anden dag knive. Håndklæder varierede også om vi fik store eller blot nogle bitte små. Sengene er stenhårde. Alt i alt er dette “hotel” fint til en overnatning eller to, men ikke mere end det.

Localização é boa mas a primeira imagem que aparece do hotel no app não tem nada haver com hotel. Chuveiro pessimo joga mais água pra fora , Box com cortina e água não descia pelo ralo o que fazia cair pra fora Café da manhã no quarto sem variedade alguma. Croissant café e iogurte.

The location was very good for some of the popular sites in Rome. The room was a decent size and included a mini fridge. The free breakfast was a disappointment with it being a couple of items left in your room and fridge. The pictures of the courtyard listed in the website were no where to be found. Overall not a bad place as the location was convenient.

Personal war freundlich. Die Lage vom Hotel war gut. Den Eingang nicht gleich gefunden, aber man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Frühstück auf dem Zimmer: 1 Croissant in Plastik verpackt, Zwieback, kleine Marmelade Butter und 1 Safttütte , Kaffeemaschine mit Taps (war leider nicht sauber). Keine Teller, nur auf Nachfrage und 1 Messer für zwei Personen. An der Sauberkeit im Zimmer kann man noch was tun( Abfall vom Vorgänger). Für die Tage war es OK und wir hatten einen schönen Kurztripp in Rom

Advertising on the hotel was very misleading. The distances to main areas where further. They had advertised breakfast included. You received a prepackaged croissant in a bag and that was it. Drink not included you had to pay per item. I was very disappointed in this hotel.

Camera orribile, con neanche un metro di finestra livello terra e sulla strada. Buia Sporca, con le tappezzerie che si staccano. Un’unica presa di corrente con una prolunga volante dove c’era attaccato di tutto. Tranne la televisione con il cavo sospeso per aria. Bagno orrendo, rubinetteria incrostata, muffa in tutta la doccia. Ventilatore che non funziona e vecchia presa di corrente sul piano del lavandino.. persino il bicchiere dello spazzolino con il dentifricio sul fondo. Unica nota positiva la concierge molto educata e disponibile. Il tutto per quasi 200 euro per una notte! La peggior camera che mi sia capitata a Roma e non solo!

I would not stay here again due to bed bug bites. The hotel is also up a massive hill and to get a pram up multiple steps just to get the room was a hassle. The staff were nice though

Quarto espaçoso, com ar, frigobar e limpo. Somente o banheiro que pode ser melhorado pois a cor tinha de onde fica o chuveiro acaba molhando o chão e a tampa do vaso sanitário não estava bem encaixada, mas são apenas detalhes.

The hotel offered a 7/10 review on the booking site but it was actually a 2/10. The hotel offered modern facilities, laundry service, continental breakfast, shuttle to airport and a 1pm check-out. But none of this and more was true or the offer was poor. The complex and room was tired, worn down, dilapidated and felt unclean. Wallpaper coming off walls, floorboards damaged, bathroom shower moldy and blocked. The bed felt unclean with old furnishings. The continental breakfast was packet croissant and broken hard pre-cooked toast. Also, you had to pay for water… but not the milk or juice. No shuttle or laundry service. Our check-out was meant to be 1pm only to come back at 12pm and our room had already been turned over and cleaned (around our existing luggage which was unpacked). I do not recommend to stay.

I wanted to like this place more than I ended up doing. To be clear, it's not a hotel. It's a sectioned off portion of a appartment building. Rooms are clean, bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "Breakfast" is included but pretend it's not and eat a better breakfast at a restaurant. Location is close to perfect, everything is in walking distance or an easy bus or metro ride away. Downside, staff is just at the reception a portion of the day, that makes it possible for anyone to grab your key at the desk. Doors to the hallway offer zero sound reduction. We got awoken several times by loud discussions in both Indian and Italian. Would I stay again for a solo travel? Very likely depending on what else was available. Would I stay as a couple or with kids? Not likely.
