Estacionamiento muy chico, de valet parking. Pague acotación doble y nos mandataron a una sencilla al fondo del último piso, aún lado de donde estaban remodelando y había mucha suciedad del trabajo de remodelación. La tv sin señal. Cuarto viejo. Antes me gustaba este hotel, ya no. Nos fue mal. Y las muchachas de recepción en el chisme y una carota al atenderte.

Te dicen que la piscina es climatizada y el agua está muy fría todo el día, te dan la opción de pagar media estancia pero no la puedes pagar antes,en recepción te dice que si está disponible solo que tiene que ser el día de tu check out a medio día y cuando lo solicitas el día del check out dicen que solo hay pago de noche completa por qué esta lleno el hotel, pero pues como ofrecen noche completa si se supone que no hay habitaciones disponibles,cuando solo requieres unas horas más. Solo es un engaño para que pagues completo pues estás confiado y no preparas tus maletas y ya te ves muy presionado ósea salirte del hotel o pagar la noche completa solo por unas horas extra.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, el estacionamiento es pequeño, pero es una gran ventaja y tienen muy buen servicio. Las habs están bien en general, pero las almohadas muy mala calidad y viejas, ademas tienen descuidado el tema del Mantto. baño en malas condiciones.

Older but nice hotel. Only one staff person spoke English If you leave the hotel you have to have your door keycard rescanned. Only one card per room so that was unhandy as we were not always together. It would have been way less annoying if they mentioned that when we registered. We made many many trips back to the front desk because the card didn’t work until another guest told us about it. The brunch was plentiful but never changed. We stayed 8 days and a bit of variety would have been nice. The pool area had beautiful views of Guadalajara church and other steeples but was inaccessible to two 75 year old women because the steps in were about 18” deep and the hand rails were very loose and wiggly. Pool was clean but there were no cushions for the lounge chairs. Location was good for walking to numerous squares and historical buildings. Great restaurants close by. Chai and Sandy’s both really good food.

The staff was great except for two, i gave them 5 stars for this but the concierge and parking garage person i had to deal with were horrible. What i liked was that shopping and places to visit were within walking distance. The rooms were nice but the towels were old, the linen was stained. I want to thank the staff that was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

The rooms have no windows, so it was moist. The AC won’t work and the floors are sticky. The bathroom was dirty and rusted. The elderly man at the reception(perhaps the owner) was arrogant, acting overly smart and unaccommodating. I’m unsure who lives in such a place and rates it 5, especially where there’s mold over your head. Also, Expedia shows free breakfast, but there’s none, you’d pay about 160 peso. Room 306

El hotel está en pleno centro, mucho ruido. Desde que se abren las puertas del hotel huele a mugre, a humor de la gente, no esta sucio, las habitaciones están limpias, las toallas muy viejas y apestositas. Los empleados no saben atender al huésped, no son amables; excepto un señor bellboy alto de mediana edad con barba, es atento. El desayuno es bufete pero no esta sabroso. Quedé descontenta de la atención. Y el precio es alto para el tipo de hotel.

No es un hotel para visitar por negocios. La habitación estaba sucia de las paredes. Las señoritas en recepción dejan mucho que desear respecto a la atención, ni siquiera te ven a los ojos, solo te dan tu llave y ya, tuve que preguntar si el desayuno estaba incluido y en donde se servia. Los meseros muy atentos pero en general no volvería a hospedarme aquí

En general todo está muy bien, es nuestra 6ta estancia en éste lugar y por eso lo elegimos, seguridad, limpieza, servicio, amabilidad, y varios aspectos que son buenos. Espero no dejen de dar mantenimiento a los baños de las habitaciones ya que es lugar muy importante conservar.

The good thing about this hotel is the location. It's close to many sites of attraction, shops and restaurants. I didn't really like the breakfast, the room was clean, but the pillows are almost hard as a rock.

The hotel, for what they charge serves its purpose. The hotel staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They warn you about walking around at night. Not too safe so that was nice of them. The TV never worked, which sucked, and i was promised a view but i got a view of the adjacent building. Other than that it was okay.

Great and clean place to stay. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss but I was out and about all day. The area is really pretty and historic. Careful at night tho. Over all I’d come back.

Great location in the historic center. Noise is an issue. There is little or no insulation and there is music playing and every vendor can easily be heard even as we were facing a pedestrian side street.

It was a scary experience. I asked for a taxi and the receptionist said they didn’t have any service like that, which I thought that was just strange, and that we had to ask a male that was standing in front of the hotel. We asked, seemed very friendly and agreed for our pick up. Our flight was at 5am and we need it one at 2am. As we are driving to the airport he stops for 2 min next to a car. Everything is turned off lights and all. It seemed like if he was looking for someone. I asked what was he doing? He wouldn’t answer and didn’t answer. I called my daughter because I got scared. Once he heard I was on the phone with her he started driving. I kept asking him questions and he didn’t respond to any.( I felt he had a plan for me and my granddaughter where he stopped) It was HORRIBLE and TERRIFYING! I will never stay there again. One more thing I received an email saying I had to pay again because they didn’t receive my payment. This hotel is no good! Stay away from it!!!

La habitación me pareció muy cómoda. El hotel incluye desayuno que me parece muy adecuado. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena con respecto al centro de la ciudad ya que se puede caminar alrededor con facilidad.El personal del hotel muy atento y eficiente.

Older but nice hotel. Only one staff person spoke English If you leave the hotel you have to have your door keycard rescanned. Only one card per room so that was unhandy as we were not always together. It would have been way less annoying if they mentioned that when we registered. We made many many trips back to the front desk because the card didn’t work until another guest told us about it. The brunch was plentiful but never changed. We stayed 8 days and a bit of variety would have been nice. The pool area had beautiful views of Guadalajara church and other steeples but was inaccessible to two 75 year old women because the steps in were about 18” deep and the hand rails were very loose and wiggly. Pool was clean but there were no cushions for the lounge chairs. Location was good for walking to numerous squares and historical buildings. Great restaurants close by. Chai and Sandy’s both really good food.

Tuvimos problemas con la habitación originalmente asignada (TV no servía, sillón en muy mal estado), pésima atención de una chica de recepción. Agradecido con el Sr Fernández (Gerente) por solucionara los inconvenientes.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable y siempre con buena disposición para ayudarte! En especial Natali, ya que tuve un problema de mucho ruido en la habitación la primera noche. Por la mañana , inmediatamente , me dio opciones para cambiar a un cuarto que fuera de mi agrado. Reconozco y agradezco su profesionalismo. Es una gran opción el hotel Roma, entre tantos que hay en Guadalajara y que ofrecen las distintas plataformas. Felicidades a todo el personal!

No es un hotel para visitar por negocios. La habitación estaba sucia de las paredes. Las señoritas en recepción dejan mucho que desear respecto a la atención, ni siquiera te ven a los ojos, solo te dan tu llave y ya, tuve que preguntar si el desayuno estaba incluido y en donde se servia. Los meseros muy atentos pero en general no volvería a hospedarme aquí

The hotel, for what they charge serves its purpose. The hotel staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They warn you about walking around at night. Not too safe so that was nice of them. The TV never worked, which sucked, and i was promised a view but i got a view of the adjacent building. Other than that it was okay.

Great and clean place to stay. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss but I was out and about all day. The area is really pretty and historic. Careful at night tho. Over all I’d come back.

Great location in the historic center. Noise is an issue. There is little or no insulation and there is music playing and every vendor can easily be heard even as we were facing a pedestrian side street.

The rooms have no windows, so it was moist. The AC won’t work and the floors are sticky. The bathroom was dirty and rusted. The elderly man at the reception(perhaps the owner) was arrogant, acting overly smart and unaccommodating. I’m unsure who lives in such a place and rates it 5, especially where there’s mold over your head. Also, Expedia shows free breakfast, but there’s none, you’d pay about 160 peso. Room 306

Great location. On a main street but not real noisy. Hotel has very good security. Staff was amazing. Our room was facing another wall so we asked them for a different room and right away they gave us a choice of 3 other rooms. The price includes a daily breakfast and the food and choices were very good, fresh fruit, Mexican food, overall excellent buffet. Their restaurant is open till 3 AM and the prices are very reasonable. The maintenance personnel is excellent and keep all areas very clean. There is a pool on the top floor that has an excellent view of the city center. The gym is very small and older but with so much to see in Guadalajara there was no time to use it. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They change the linen daily! The room was spacious and modern. There are some areas that appear older but are being remodeled. We will return to this hotel again. We were there 9 nights and were glad we picked this hotel. Thank you to all especially Margarita who made our room daily and always made us feel at home.
