Das Familienzimmer war geräumig- ein Babybett kostet jedoch 15€ Aufpreis. Zudem roch es im ganzen Hotel nach kaltem Rauch. Das Frühstück war ein typisches kontinentales 3*-Frühstück und in Ordnung. Lage super zentral zur Altstadt. Für den Preis bekommt man sicherlich etwas besseres und konfortableres Hotel.

The Top Hotel Krämer was the perfect place to stay between Frankfurt and Nürburgring. Parking was easy just down the street. Family room had nice set up with washroom between two sections. Staff was polite and efficient. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel punches above it's 3 star rating. Clean, no scent on the linens or towels(MCS). We had a nice room with a great looking, accessible bathroom. The restaurant they recommended was nothing short of excellent. You can walk there from the Bahnhoff, it'll take about 15 minutes.

One of my favorite hotels ever! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, including the beds - I sleep badly at most hotels but slept peacefully here. Bathrooms also five star. The staff was very helpful and sorted out a reservation issue (my fault) with no hassles. Nice location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. Plus there is a bus station right outside and the hpf (trains) are a block away. Amazing value for the price.

Expedia sells it as a family room with queen sofabed. On the website the family room has a queen sofabed or a french sofabed. Our 13 year old child slept on the floor. The french sofabed was a poor quality and to small and short.

The only thing with the breakfast is that I wish there was a fish option such as smoked salmon, etc. otherwise excellent day

Sehr freundlicher und ausgesprochen zuvorkommender Empfang, obwohl offiziell Checkin erst ab 15:00 Uhr möglich, konnte ich bereits morgens um 8:00 mein Zimmer beziehen; Service immer sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr schön und bequem. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich. Mein einziger (nur sehr kleiner) Vorschlag für eine Verbesserung wurde sehr freundlich und mit echtem Interesse entgegengenommen. Ich bin hoch zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience.

The room was very nice especially it was very convenient as it was about 5 mins walk to station and 10 mins walk to city center. There was a lot of halal options of restaurants which was great! Would definitely recommend others to come to this hotel.

A 4-star hotel (despite rating). Pulls out all the stops to upscale from lovely little entrance with red velvet ropes to well-designed rooms and elegant breakfast room and personal service. The location may be a bit pedestrian but it's a block from main shopping promenade and easy walk to the confluence of the Rhein and Mosel which is a gorgeous promenade and must do. Loved this hotel. A real gem.
