George's house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! It was spacious and a great place to hang out. We loved the basement area and the nice backyard and patio. It was a quick walk to the beach. We loved the beach because it felt a lot more private and was hardly crowded. 10/10 stay.

We could not have been happier with this house as well as working with George. From start to finish the communication was seamless and the house was beautiful, clean and perfect for a girls weekend. It was fully furnished and had everything and anything we could’ve needed. The game room downstairs was an added bonus! I give our overall experience a 10/10 and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Spacious clean house in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the attractions. One block to beach where you can watch beautiful sunset. Kids loved the game room in the basement. Host George was communicative and made everything easy.

The house and location were perfect for us. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The Bay was a short walk and perfect for our granddaughter. The games in the basement were lots of fun…. Ping pong, pool, air hockey, foos ball and more. The outdoor shower was awesome. We look forward to coming back next summer! Thanks George.

What an amazing house and amazing host! Very spacious and comfortable, loaded with games & entertainment, nicely decorated and great location. Quiet neighborhood, only a block walk to the beach, winery down the road and short ride to downtown. Had everything we could want and more. George was very responsive and helpful and we look forward to coming back again!!

The house was spotless and had many items that you would not see in the average rental. Soap, shampoo, spices, detergent, and a coffee station to name a few. Seven members of our family flew in and would have needed to purchase all those items when we arrived. My grandson adored the air hockey table and lights in the basement. Beautiful house. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a couple more pots and pans. Extra fridge a plus. Great game room.Owner very nice and easy to work with. The only negative comment is that the house sleeps 19, yet I had to pay an extra 50/night for every guest over 10.

The house was lovely, clean bright and beachy. The fun room on the lower level was good for relaxing when arriving back from the days at the beach. The backyard with a grill was great for a family cookout. The house had everything we needed for a stress free getaway.

The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The rooms were perfect and spacious. There were 9 girls and we were able to hang out in the kitchen area and the island was a perfect place to set up food, have a few cocktails and just hangout. Deck off kitchen was a bonus. Would highly recommend!

The house was great. My suggestions for a better stay would be to add mirrors into some of the bedrooms as we had lots of guest sharing the bathroom spaces. Second, an earlier check in would be more appealing. Most rentals and hotels have a 4:00 check in while this was 5:00. Lastly the water dispenser in the fridge has black specs so the cleaning could have been a bit better. Overall we loved staying at this property and would rent it again. The host communication was great. The house is just a block from the bay side beaches which made for a great location.

We came to Cape May for our annual girls get together and could not have had a better time. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, plenty of room for the 5 of us. George was very attentive and friendly, and gave us an early check in which was great since we did arrive a little earlier than the usual check in time. The game room was a nice perk and we had tons of fun playing air hockey, pool and foosball. I agree with another reviewer that there could be more mirrors with so many of us getting ready at the same time. We did buy a full length mirror at Dollar General along with some extra hangers which we left for future guests! Thank you for a wonderful time and we hope to be back in the future!

We’ve done over 10 years of our family vacations all over the East Coast. I have to say this beach house is one of the overall best stays we’ve enjoyed. First of all, George was excellent and fast in communicating with us. Every time we had a question he responded fast. We can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the whole property. It’s a nice walk to the beach which is not crowded. We were a short drive to the boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. This is a great vacation destination with a great host!

What an amazing house and amazing host! Very spacious and comfortable, loaded with games & entertainment, nicely decorated and great location. Quiet neighborhood, only a block walk to the beach, winery down the road and short ride to downtown. Had everything we could want and more. George was very responsive and helpful and we look forward to coming back again!!

The house exceeded our expectations and provided tons of space and plenty of dishes/utensils for our group of eight. We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck and some of us read out front on the porch. The short 5 minutes walk to the beach was fantastic. House was extremely clean and loved that the linens were included. The ride into the main part of town is 15 minutes which was not bad at all. Thank you George for paying attention to all the details to make our time there effortless. We would highly recommend!

Our friends and us had an excellent stay at this property. Loved hanging in the basement at night taking advantage of the pool table and other games. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Easy walk to the bay to watch the awesome sunset and and easy bike ride to the Cold Spring Bike trail. Kitchen was well equipped for meals. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a great weekend.

The house was lovely. It was the perfect amount of space we needed. Communication was great. Everything was clean. The location was wonderful being a block and a half from the beach. I would recommend this house for your stay.

This home was ideal for our family reunion visit to Town Bank. We were 7 adults, one teen, and two girls. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, plenty of bathrooms and room to spread out! We didn't prepare any meals, except coffee and light breakfast, but the kitchen was fully stocked. The owner stopped by and was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend his home if you find yourself in Town Bank for any reason!

The house was perfect and clean! Very nice and lots of space! The basement game room area was a huge bonus! George was a fantastic host and went above and beyond! Would definitely stay again!
