Once again the hotel was accommodating for what we needed. This is our go to hotel when we are popping up to Leeds.

Parking easy, room good

Small room with a tiny bed for 2 persons. Breakfast in a smelly restaurant very industrial food , minimalist for 8 pounds.

The receptionist was very friendly and even insisted on carrying my bag to the room. He showed me the room and asked if I needed else. The room was small and comfortable, just what I needed for an overnight stay in Leeds. Plenty of parking spaces and a variety of places to eat and drink near by. My second time of staying here, would definitely come back again. Thank you.
