Blaby Westfield Hotel

The room was absolutely substandard and I would be horrified to let my children sleep in the family room. I have seen mattresses at the tip in better condition. Bedding is not clean, full of hair and it didn’t get much better in the other rooms we got moved too.

This is the second time in 2mths we’ve stopped at this hotel the first time fantastic, this time not so good, I wanted to speak to someone about our issues when checking out but there was no one around we did wait but no one came, The room was lovely although the plug didn’t fit the bath, But what really annoyed us was the shouting, swearing and fighting outside under our widow at silly o’clock in the morning, coming from the landlord of the pub that has recently opened as part of the hotel and what I can only presume other members of staff, and another occasion silly o’clock in the morning again somebody shouting swearing on the phone again under our bedroom window This has made us think twice about returning

Great welcome from reception, clarified free parking for residents, easy access to room which was bright and clean

A lovely big room which was clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked a bit tired, but was clean and functional. Due to our plans for the day, we were able to check in early and collect our key to take away, even though our room wasn’t ready. Staff were very helpful.

Very respectful staffs and well organised the manager was very nice and very helpful
