My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. The owner of the hotel blamed us for not arriving earlier to make it a smooth experience . The hotel doesn’t have an actual address, phone or a front desk therefore there is no one to reach at the hotel in case of an emergency or to simply be found. Local taxi drivers can’t find it or even my cousin from Greece that is educated and a local . The first night after returning from dinner the key didn’t work that the cleaning lady gave us . Thankfully when the key to the front door didn’t work we texted the husband of the hotel to open the door . He said that it was too far around 35-40 minutes so he would send his wife . Much later his wife showed up to open the door and give a key that worked . The day we were to leave the wife showed up with something to sign . I noticed it showed less than what we paid on the first page She immediately attacked and yelled at me that it was correct . I confronted her with how disrespectful and unprofessional this experience was and how that’s not how to get clients to return . The worst travel experience… never again The breakfast was frozen it reminded my mom of airline food .
