Staff were fantastic. Andy tried everyday to help with everything. Loved the hotel. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars was the inability to get good tea or coffee in the breakfast room. With breakfast. They had a machine, but…. Not great.

Clean room. They advertise bar in the hotel, and all the time was closed. They advertised minibar in the room, and only water available. No english at all from any employees, one of the employees was rude all the time.

Enjoyed our stay here through and through. Laundry and gym facilities were great and just wanna give a special shout out to to Romeo and Li Jiao for meticulously helping us to check and compare Didi prices for our ride to the airport. Romeo even woke up outside of his shift hours to receive us at the lobby to ensure that we hop on our ride. Excellent service standard.

Had some issues with Meituan delivery and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. Room was extremely spacious and clean as well.

Not as great as we imagined. It’s inside a huge building with 6 or more hotels (that honestly looked way better than this one) The lobby is really small and weird, the breakfast is really bad and the room doesn’t make a lot of sense. Don’t stay here if you have big luggage. The staff is really nice and the location is amazing. But honestly there are way better options around.
