This VRBO was perfect for a working retreat for our very large group. Everyone had a bed, and there were several workspaces, ample seating for meals, and lots of opportunities for entertainment during downtime. Communication was quick and easy, and check-in/out procedures were clear. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Loved staying here. The kitchen was well stocked which was a nice surprise. We loved having large rooms to gather in as we spent a lot of time together. The view from the deck at sunset is phenominal. We also enjoyed seeing the stars while sitting in the hot tub.

House was perfect for a large group of friends for an annual ski week. 13 friends in total. Plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. House is huge and has everything you would need - from big kitchen with more than enough pots, pans, service wear etc, ping pong and pool table, hot tub etc etc. The movie room was an added bonus! This house has it all. Easy check-in and out, communication very easy, prompt and helpful with owner. Perfect location for skiing Powder Mountain and Snow Basin, and striking distance to Park City and other resorts. Highly recommend this house! We will be back.

This home was perfect for our family with more space than we needed. The view from the back deck is beautiful. This was the second time we stayed here, and we would love to visit again!! This is the second time we have stayed here. The house is big enough to accommodate our family with each family able to have their own bedroom(s) and bathroom. We utilized the ping pong table and pool table a lot. We also enjoyed having access to the clubhouse for swimming. We forgot to bring our basketball but we did use the pickleball court. Great place to stay and we'll likely stay here again.

This property is fantastic and probably better than advertised. There was plenty of room for our whole party. The space allowed us to be able to get small children to bed and still have a game night with adults. The media room is unparalleled! We were able to watch Frozen more times than I care to count with little children snuggled up for quiet time. Summer is excellent to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We drove in at night and were stunned at the beauty of the view. A number of people took advantage of the hot tub, which capitalized on the view.

Every year, my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren find a house to rent and spend several days. This house did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and the house were very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was very clean. There were three family room areas, so plenty of places for people to relax, visit, and play. There was a children's game closet stocked full of stuff for my grandkids. With a ping pong table, a pool table, and a movie theater, there was plenty of things to keep us occupied. We visited, we laughed, and many wonderful memories were made. We would definitely stay in this beautiful house again:) could possibly need.

We had a wonderful stay. The house had all the amenities we could have wanted and we were able to serve our multi family group easily out of the kitchen. It was great having two fridges, two dishwashers, two washing machines and two dryers! The rooms were all as described and the bathrooms were plentiful. The kids/teens had a great place to hang out in the basement and there was plenty of room for us all to hang out and enjoy meals together in the main area each morning and evening. This property is ideal - we loved it! Thank you for a great stay.

We had such a good experience at Big Piney Place. It was exactly what our family was looking for in a family reunion. There were about 20 of us and the place was big enough for everyone so that we didn't step on each other's toes and the common areas were large enough that we were able to hang out easily. We also really liked the double kitchen and the two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer's home was amazing. Beautiful views from every floor. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space for the adults and teens to spread out but plenty to do together when we came together for game night, movie night, etc. We had 3 families (total of 6 adults and 7 teens) and their was plenty of extra rooms, bathrooms and overall space than we actually needed. Ogden, Powder Mountain and Snow Basin were easy drives within 15-30 minutes from the place, the streets are well maintained and plowed often in the winter. Summer was very communicative, friendly and personable. We will definitely rebook!

Beautiful house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It was everything we thought it would be. If anything, the photos on the site don't do it justice. Summer was excellent to work with. We have stayed at other units in the same housing complex. They are all very large with many bedrooms and more than one kitchen in each house. This particular house was very nice and well equipped. Very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Big Piney did not disappoint! PLENTY of room. We were only a group of 7 but I can see how this place would be perfect for a family reunion or large group. We enjoyed the many amenities as well as the stunning views and wildlife in the neighborhood. It was in a convenient location to town and the ski slopes. We would definitely consider it again for a future trip!

Large, beautiful home with fantastic view. Location convenient to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and amenities in Eden. We were very comfortable here and would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It was everything we thought it would be. If anything, the photos on the site don't do it justice. Summer was excellent to work with. Beautiful mountains, close to so many things, just an awesome place. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend this house. Mitch from Kansas

House was perfect for a large group of friends for an annual ski week. 13 friends in total. Plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. House is huge and has everything you would need - from big kitchen with more than enough pots, pans, service wear etc, ping pong and pool table, hot tub etc etc. The movie room was an added bonus! This house has it all. Easy check-in and out, communication very easy, prompt and helpful with owner. Perfect location for skiing Powder Mountain and Snow Basin, and striking distance to Park City and other resorts. Highly recommend this house! We will be back.

Wonderful huge home, we had 18 family and friends, everything you need, close (15) minutes to Powder Mountain ski area, tubing and snowmobiling, kitchens had everything you need, we cooked every night. This neighborhood has 30-50 deer and turkeys everywhere, we even had 2 moose 25’ from back door. I am booking this property for next February this week 👍

Lots of space. Great location. Quiet and lovely. Everyone at our family reunion wants to come back. Loved the spa, pool, bike trails. The deer and the turkeys were an added bonus.

The house was perfect for our large family to come out and stay for our sons wedding at Snowbasin! The variety of bedrooms, the abundance of bathrooms, and the location and view could not be beat! This home had plenty of room for our family get away.Decorated nice, plenty of things for the grandkids to do. We loved seeing the turkeys and deer.Enjoyed eating at The Mad Moose in Eden and the local grocery store had everything we needed.
