All good. Only thing i could complain about was the parking, you can't prebook parking and there were no spaces when we arrived. We had to wait about half an hour for a space to become available, and then it cost £13

Just an overnight stay to pick someone up from the airport. Room was fine - a little basic but I wasn't missing anything. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast was a little underwhelming - I could only see small plates and the food wasn't great - but all edible and enough to keep me fed. Parking was a nightmare. There are works going on taking up spaces and those that are available are tight - you have to wait. I made a point to call the hotel before to check about parking and go their call centre who said there is "Plenty of parking, you'll be fine" (paraphrasing) - there wasn't plenty of parking an it was a pain. I had to park in a non-blocking, non-parking space while I waited for spaces to open up - in the end I checked in and let the desk in case I was blocking someone - after about 45 mins I was able to get a space but it was tight. Also - call centre told me spaces would be £22 PER NIGHT - £13 on "just park"... I'd still probably stay again if I needed to do a similar early morning pickup.

The hotel was excellent for access to the airport. There is a bus that goes from just outside or a 15min walk. The bar serves food untill quite late and I found the curry very nice. The hotel was quiet except for the planes taking off. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I need to go from the airport again.

We booked this hotel as it was next to the airport and have stayed with ibis previously in other locations. This hotel was in need of a deep clean and some repair work. Stains on carpet, dirty tea tray, paint flaking on bathroom ceiling and shower screen was leaking water onto the floor, cracked tiles. However staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived the early hours of the morning. Check in was very quick. Room was basic with only one towel each and only one teabag each. The carpet was very stained and room quite dated and room very small. Price reflected this. Disappointed would have to pay £15 to check out one hour later than normal especially as we did not arrive until 2am… the hotel did not seem busy at all. would not stay again

Checked in late and went to bed straight away. Room was old, tired and grubby. It needs a refurbish. Bed not comfortable. Shower room is one of those prefabricated plastic boxes they install to save on costs… In the morning when getting ready for work I realised that there was hair left in the sink from previous guest or cleaning staff… and worse I noticed a large glob of dried mucous (snot) on the wall above the TV. Hadn’t noticed the these the night before as too tired to check… if I had I would not have stayed there. Messages the hotel via hotels.com app. Hotel never responded to me. Contacted hotels.com customer service who tried to contact hotel also, but hotel wasn’t interested in discussing problem it seems. Poor service from hotel. But good service from hotels.com

Hotel very close to Airport car park and terminal, convenient location for an early flight. Room small, tiny tv, could hear everything from rooms around. Absolute chaos on check-in, queues everywhere. People with wrong rooms, keys not working. Apparently a new system being introduced. They didn't know which rooms were available, had to go and physically check them and come back. Staff were doing their absolute best in a really difficult situation, but check-in took about an hour and a half in total

One sentence to describe this place: “The hotel that couldn’t care less”. No care for the comfort or safety of its residents. The staff are demotivated and disinterested. Checking in at 1:00am (with a reservation) took over half an hour as the receptionist decided to serve a walk-in customer who was arguing about the rate. Then, the receptionist transformed into bar tender, also to serve the walk-in customer a soft drink; all the while, we were exhausted, waiting desperately to be given a key to the room. Meanwhile the person who was in front of me, returned to the desk after he was issued a key to room that hadn’t been serviced. He took photos! So he had to be issued with a different key. We were checking in during a stormy and snowy night. The car park had not been cleared. Cars were slipping on the ice. No one cared even though there is a grit box on site. The real misery started when I got to my room. The heating has to be turned on manually. It fusent work (although the fan made the right noises). The duvet is fit for a cool summer evening. I flipped it on itself to get more warmth. There are no additional blankets. The shower and the bath tap work simultaneously… the bath is being filled while you shower!! They had run out of basic amenities at reception. And they couldn’t care less. All I can say that I was glad to get out of that awful hotel as soon as daylight broke. Never again in Ibis!!

This hotel was clean and comfortable and perfectly located for my purposes, namely catching a very early flight from the Airport. Special mention must be made of the staff, all of whom were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. There was nothing not to like!

I very excited to my visite to Hotel Ibis.I have a problem in my leg ,and receptionist change my room and give me room whit shower.As i check out, a receptionist book from me taxi.And one of the team workek gave me a walking stick.Thank you from very helpfull team.

After a delayed flight all we wanted is to get ourself to bed. However we turned up at the hotel to be messed around. We were given a room that it seems is common with doors not being able to be opened. Despite going back and forth to the room and back when the door wasn’t opened. Then they said to give us another room which wasn’t of the type we booked. Terrible experience. The hotel is tired and dated and looks like it hasn’t been shown any love for a long time.

After much searching we chose this hotel for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. We found it very good, comfortable, and even quiet at night. The brisk walk to the airport takes 10 minutes (with suitcase). Easy check out (leave keys in the box). Happy to use it again and it’s literally almost on the runaway. Ps this is a hilly town and the hotel is half way, so you are walking up to go to the airport. Not too steep but be prepared if you are pushing a wheelchair or have mobility issues. The shuttle to the airport costs £2 and stops at the nearby Holiday Inn, but not at the Ibis, so if you want to get a lift to the airport you need to walk back to the other hotel.

The hotel was excellent for access to the airport. There is a bus that goes from just outside or a 15min walk. The bar serves food untill quite late and I found the curry very nice. The hotel was quiet except for the planes taking off. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I need to go from the airport again.

Convenient location for airport and short bus ride from train station. Evening meal choice limited but good value. Breakfast very good. Room comfortable, bathroom very small and a step entry which was a bit of a trip hazard.

I stayed here for one night as was flying out of Luton the next day. Perfectly good and comfertable airport hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice bar/food area and an outside terrace which was great as it was a sunny warm evening. Food was good too - was surprised by how good the pizza was! Will stay again next time I find myself flying out of Luton.

If you depart early in the morning, do not pay for the breakfast, you won't get anything. They will promise you to have something available from 4:00, however this is not true. I asked for the breakfast package to take away while checking in, not possible. Next time avoid this place.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several small issues that added up. The biggest concern was that one day into our stay, our room had been allocated to another guest due to a system error. We only discovered this because our key card had stopped working and we encountered the other guests trying to access the room. Thankfully nothing was missing, but it was concerning that someone could have had access to our belongings. We also had to have our key cards reprogrammed again the following evening as they stopped working a second time. The toilet didn't flush properly throughout our stay. Housekeeping made the beds and changed the towels, but the used cups, mugs and rubbish we had left on the table were not cleared away when the room was serviced. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, although some items took a while to be replenished. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, so this isn't a criticism of them. However, we were never advised about the parking charges on arrival, meaning I'll most likely receive a parking charge notice despite paying afterwards. I'll be appealing it. None of these issues alone would have been a major problem, but together they made the stay less enjoyable than expected

I stayed only for one night for my early flight. It was comfortable and pretty clean. I would stay for a night because of the distance from the airport. Which is only 10 minutes walk.
