It’s an airport hotel - but the gym is reasonably equipped and super clean. The food and drink are really expensive- and there’s no alternative as it’s in the middle of nowhere really. The staff are lovely and breakfast is great!

Slow check in, car parking spaces too small (it’s an airport hotel, even so the spaces were like a council-crammed centre of town special). I always go for something like a Hampton over some other ‘budget’ brands but the experience was far from premium. A shower with hair (top and tail) which I assume was because it didn’t drain properly and flooded our bathroom. Great after a 4 hour drive before escaping at 5am.

The shower drain was blocked so the shower tray filled up very quickly with water so had to keep switching the water off to shower. It was really annoying as we had a really busy day and we just wanted to get into the room and shower and get to bed. Did ring the reception which they were very helpful and said they will change the room but we had unpacked and didn’t have the energy to switch rooms. The staff was very very helpful and did everything they could.

I found although the room was clean attention to detail in the cleanliness of the bathroom around the shower screen and base was dirty with mould around the shower screen base. The room was convenient for me and safe with a breakfast included which could have been fresher I.e. scrambled egg cold and dry but hearty and good selection

We needed a hotel near the Luton Airport. The Hilton was close and convenient. Don’t expect a fancy Hilton, but it was comfortable. We left too early for the breakfast but they provided a good bag breakfast for us to take on our way out. The first room we were given had a moldy smell. The concierge was able to give us a new room with no bad smell. Overall good experience.

A good place to stay for Luton airport. Right next to the station and with good facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Despite this seeming to be a new hotel, our room felt a little tired in places, for example the bathroom door lock was broken so could not be locked shut from inside.

Stayed here to use the airport It is not on the airport site It’s a 20 minute walk (depending on pace) or you can pay for the dart. The beds are extremely uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a plank of wood. Shower head for size of the shower is terrible The sink in the room we stayed had a massive crack in it. Air conditioning is poor and windows do not open. Really not worth the money, i have paid less and had better stays and sleeps on hotels. For a hilton hotel its very poor

Stayed overnight for one night at the beginning of a two week holiday and one night at the end and left our car there for two weeks. Really comfortable beds, excellent staff, lovely quiet hotel. Really close to Luton Airport. Will definitely use again.

Aircon not working in the room so it was stifling and I couldn't sleep. Also no aircon in the breakfast area where hot food was being served, making a very warm day feel even worse. Was hard to enjoy the very good selection of food.

Stayed the night before catching a flight home early the next day. Check in went very quick. Had dinner in the restaurant which was good. Check out following morning two female staff were at the desk with a car hire man asking where he could drop the car off. One was helping him while the other was typing on the computer. No recognition of my presence - no good morning, just a moment or anything. Waited about 3 minutes then s young man arrived at the desk and both ladies left. The man asked if I was checking out and I replied yes while handing my key card. He checked me out and offered a receipt, but no one ever asked how my stay was. First time that has ever happened.

Tidy and clean hotel located right next to luton airport parkway mls and the dart shuttle service direct to the airport terminal. Didn't get to try the complimentary breakfast as had an early flight. Given its proximity to the airport and people taking early flights, it might be nice to at least offer an early morning coffee on the go to those airport bound before breakfast time?

This hotel portrays to be an airport hotel (the only reason we chose this tbh) and there are so many. The hotel is 10 mins away by car to the airport!! There isn't a shuttle bus and you have to rely upon the local bus (there aren't very many when you need one) or the local taxi firms who charge an extortionate amount...>Find a closer one!!!

The breakfast was a total waste. The sausages, ham and potatoes were inedible as they were overcooked and sat under the food warmers for too long. They were all dried up. We were at breakfast at 6.30 am, 30 minutes after breasfast begins.

Good hotel as a stop off before our flight the next day. The room itself was clean, tidy and comfortable but a little dated. It had everything we needed. The hotel itself could do with offering a little more in teh way of drinks / food selection at the bar as it was very minimal however staff were attentive and again it as very clean. The breakfast however, was totally inedible. The most edible thing on the breakfast menu is toast as you cook it yourself. It truly was so bad we pretty much went without. Although included in the room cost, this needs to be dramatically improved. It was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Hotel was fine but the food offered in the evening was disgusting. Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Just tried one fork and could not swallow any more than this.

Good location- bed was a bit hard and pillows were really uncomfortable. Gym was pretty old. Breakfast was ok there was enough choice. Rooms were clean, but parking is not free which it doesn’t tell you when you book.

The carpets on the way to the rooms had just been washed and the scent was fresh and clean. The room was of good size with a walking shower and plenty of soap and shampoo. It was very quiet even being surrounded by airplanes and the train station. A bit unfair to have to pay £12 extra for parking 24h, without stating this on the booking. I enquired twice about the situation for parking as needed to travel early in the day, leave the car and catch the metro to London for 8am. Nobody responded to my enquiry on the chat bot via a link on the email with the reserve. Upon arriving in the evening and after having to pay £25 to park '30 min from Wembley Stadium, the staff informed me that they do not operate or engage with customers via any chatbot. The parking charges or option were not explained anywhere on the website. Other than that, breakfast was reasonably good to be included in the price of the room, and the stay was comfortable and in a convenient location.
