Ganske udmærket hotel, stort dejlig værelse, men syntes det var noget kikset at puben ikke var åben hverken søndag eller mandag aften, det var masse af turister på hotellet og betjening var fraværende i Dante baren når der var servering i restauranterne, det burde være mulig, folk ville jo gerne sidde ude og nyde den fine udsigt. Men nej....

Der Sauna und schwimmbereich ist leider viel zu klein, es gibt einen Ruheraum mit 3 Liegen und ohne Tür. Das ist der einzige Bereich im hotel der die note 4 bekommt und für ein 5 Sterne Haus etwas untragbar ist

Amazing stay. Just like travelling 20-30 years back in time when hotels was a bit luxurious. Very good service, amazing breakfast and right next to the old toen. Would 100% stay there again if we go back to Lübeck. The pnly negative is there’s no gym. But I got a free trial workout at a local gym 5 minutes away. Also a super nice view from the ouside area of the bar/restaurant.

Helt utrolig at hele dette store hotellet er så rent og pent! Tepper på alle gulv. Ingen flekker og ingen støv på lampeskjermer noen steder. Nydelig spisesal og god stoler. Sentral beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale.

Dejligt hotel og værelse var fint , men sengene var forfærdelig det løse madrasser det var lagt op et mærkelig jern stel, og var så slidt af at gæster sad på kanten af sengen , vi havde følelsen af at falde ud af sengen, det lykkes også for min mand at falde ud på gulvet om natten , og kom til skade , så værelse nr 1094 skal man lige chekke , vi havde 3 overnatninger , men der blev kun gjort rent 1 gang ,

Das Radisson Blue hat mich leider nicht überzeugt. Ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs und denke, dass ich einen guten Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in dieser Sterne- und Preiskategorie ziehen kann. Das Radisson Blue Senator kann hier leider nicht mehr mithalten und ist nicht zeitgemäß. Folgende Kritikpunkte habe ich: 1. Teppich im Zimmer (und dann auch noch ein Hochflorteppich) - einfach nur unhygienisch 2. Die Fernbedienung wird hier extra separat eingepackt mit einem hygiene-siegel. Die Bedienung war aber alles andere als sauber, siehe Foto. War dann aber auch egal, denn... 3. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht 4. Das Duschwasser war zwar warm, ließ sich aber ab einem gewissen Punkt nicht wärmer einstellen 5. Die Nachttische hängen weit weg vom Bett, das ist unpraktisch 6. Mangelnde Sauberkeit: auf dem Schreibtisch lagen Krümel, schmierige Fingerabdrücke auf spiegel & tür, der Eiswürfelbehälter war vollgestaubt, absolut verdreckte Fenster (schade um die schöne Aussicht) 7. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen oder kippen, daher gibt es leider keine frische Luft 8. Internet zu langsam Positiv war die schöne Aussicht auf die Trave Mein Fazit ist: Ich kenne 2 wesentlich schönere Alternativen für einen Aufenthalt in Lübeck, eine davon ist deutlich preiswerter und erfüllt mit 3 Sternen meinen Erwartungen trotzdem deutlich besser als das Radisson. Hier ist dringend Nachhol- und Erneuerungsbedarf!

Perfectly located hotel for visiting the beautiful city of Lübeck. Easy to find and good parking. Large well furnished rooms. Ours had a lovely river and old town view. Good quality bed linens, soft, fluffy towels and, thankfully, no cushions on the bed! Excellent shower and bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was a lovely place to stay.

Room was clean, price very reasonable for a 5* and so close to city centre. My only gripe was the noise level given the room location - I was close to the inner hotel area, 1002, and bar music & chatter was on until midnight, also the location felt like a thoroughfare, either the staff was vacuuming outside or people walked past talking loudly, etc. All ok and normal but I do think the room door needs to be soundproofed or a second door, after the bathroom, needs to be added to close off the bedroom part. It was not as relaxing as I was hoping it to be. Overall though, very nice hotel and I'd come back (asking for a different room location).

Alle vi mødte på hotellet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme, og morgenmaden var fantastisk. Efter den første nat i et meget varmt værelse fordi aircondition ikke virkede, fik vi tildelt et nyt værelse og 2 drinks som kompensation. Desværre hjalp det ikke på temperaturen i det nye værelse. Aircondition kunne heller ikke her køle temperaturen ned.

Alle vi mødte på hotellet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme, og morgenmaden var fantastisk. Efter den første nat i et meget varmt værelse fordi aircondition ikke virkede, fik vi tildelt et nyt værelse og 2 drinks som kompensation. Desværre hjalp det ikke på temperaturen i det nye værelse. Aircondition kunne heller ikke her køle temperaturen ned.

Fint værelse, men lidt slidt. Meget venligt personale, god service og lækker morgenmad. Dog fredag aften en del larm fra baren og udenfor, hvor gæster stod og røg. Begge dele kunne høres tydeligt på vores værelse.

The biggest problem was the airconditioning in room 1111. Max temp outside was 25 deg. After 12 hrs with airconditioning on max temp in room was 25 degrees! Not good

We stayed at the Radisson Blu in Lübeck in mid-August. We booked the hotel for two main reasons: location & air conditioning. Fully satisfied on the first, totally unsatisfied on the second. The hotel amenities displayed online, specifically the A/C are totally misleading. After we checked-in, we turned the A/C on and noticed no cold air coming out of the vent despite placing the setting on lowest temperature. After 3 hours, the temperature in the room had remained unchanged. We called the front desk and we got an off-the-chart explanation: the A/C will drop the temperature by a maximum of 3C from the outside temperature (at check-out we were told it was 5C). Anyway, how can you be comfortable during hot days? During our stay the temperature was 31C. It is unacceptable for a brand name hotel to not allow guests to set there own room temperature. Saving the environment perhaps? In that case, need to ban all combustion engine mode of transportation! Saving money is a more plausible explanation. Other negative: shaggy carpet that has accumulated dust and mites and other allergens for probably over 15 years. Time to upgrade to hygienic hard surfaces. For EUR 180 / night, that Radisson is not at par with the hotel category it is claiming. We also filed a complaint with Radisson headquarters.

Stort hotell med mange rom og flotte fellesarealer. Vi fikk et deilig og stort rom i 2 etasje med utsikt til elven og gamlebyen og egen sittegruppe. Nydelig frokost med alt man kan ønske seg og deilig å kunne sitte ute med utsikt til gamlebyen. P-hus i kjelleren er veldig praktisk. Her bor vi neste gang også.

Men nej....

On attending hotel reception staff were smartly dressed and cheerful .We arrived early but were able to use their storage facilities for our luggage until the room was ready . Our room was spacious ,clean and with a view of the River and church Breakfast was excellent and much to choose from . On our request we asked a waiter Manfredolin to arrange a surprise birthday cake for our friend whilst we were at dinner which he did . On our return from the xmas market we used the pool and sauna facilities Great place to relax after the walk . All in all The Raddison was faultless and a great Hotel to consider The decor within the hotel was stylish and the Christmas decorations perfectv

Et hotel vi bruker årlig som en siste natt før Kilfergen hjem fra ferie. Supert hotel, glimrende parkering og beliggenhet. Elendig, eller rettere sakt ingen service i baren !! Synd da resten av hotellet holder en så bra standard.

Perfectly located hotel for visiting the beautiful city of Lübeck. Easy to find and good parking. Large well furnished rooms. Ours had a lovely river and old town view. Good quality bed linens, soft, fluffy towels and, thankfully, no cushions on the bed! Excellent shower and bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was a lovely place to stay.

Rummet var bra, personalen var trevlig och fick checka in redan vid ankomsten på förmiddagen eftersom rummet fanns redo. Allt var bra. Läget är perfekt med kort gångavstånd till gamla stan och till centralstationen.

Stort hotell med mange rom og flotte fellesarealer. Vi fikk et deilig og stort rom i 2 etasje med utsikt til elven og gamlebyen og egen sittegruppe. Nydelig frokost med alt man kan ønske seg og deilig å kunne sitte ute med utsikt til gamlebyen. P-hus i kjelleren er veldig praktisk. Her bor vi neste gang også.

Vi brukar besöka Lübeck nästan varje år men har då bott på deras syster hotell Park Inn eller Atlantic. Det var minst 5 år sedan vi bodde på Radisson Blue och sedan dess har de byggt om frukost restaurangen. Nu är den helt förfärlig, trång och ska efterlikna en ubåt. Vem vill njuta av sin härliga frukost inklämd i ett trångt rum eller på en varm och trång mezzanin våning som de byggt för att det numera finns för få bord? För att få tillgång till hela frukostbuffén var man tvungen att hämta den en trappa ned där även kocken tillagar äggrätter på beställning. Som tur är så är frukosten fortfarande av toppklass.

De 4 stjerner skyldes udelukkende, at vi spiste på hotellet første aften og det var en skuffelse….. tjeneren virkede sur og selv en lille forespørgsel var en problem (som køkkenet dog kunne løse). Morgenmaden er imponerende og beliggenheden perfekt.

Loved this place. The rooms were great - we had adjoining. The breakfast was AMAZING! The best I’ve ever had. The beautiful restaurant it is served in, the choices, good coffee, cheeses, eggs, salads meat, fish, juices……. I loved it. Good location to walk to Christmas markets. Parking onsite. Sauna available. A bar. I would recommend.
