We ski at White Pass during week days and usually stay 1 night in Yakima. Two days of skiing and no long drive home. We've stayed at a few mid-budget hotels during the past few years - our stay last week was the best we've had in 2 years. The indoor pool and hot tub were actually working!

Property under construction and created poor facilities. Pool water was cloudy and disgusting, like it was not properly maintained. Desk staff courtesy, manager rude and unprofessional.

The staff was great and welcoming! The rooms were renovated and really nice! We enjoyed the breakfast! The scrambled eggs were surprisingly good! The pool was pretty standard, but we loved that it was 24hrs. The hot tub was a little disappointing as it had a bit of a foul odor. Smelled like it needed a shock. Make sure to bring ear plugs. The hotel is undergoing renovations. We stayed for the weekend (which was quiet) and construction started Monday morning at 7am. I'm sure this is temporary. Great value!

For those that book based on fitness center like me, theirs is closed indefinitely. There’s a planet fitness less than a mile. Otherwise clean rooms friendly staff decent breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of the pool, hot tub, work out room, and breakfast. Would stay there again next time we are coming through. Plenty of shopping and dining close by.

Property and staff were okay. Nothing to be excited about, but nothing to complain about. Pool was really warm, which was nice to a point, but it was as warm as the hot tub, so you don't really get the refreshing feeling like a typical pool. There was a lot of sand (or something similar) in the pool, mainly around the steps. Breakfast was average. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were pretty firm and the room heater was loud, and would wake me up whenever it turned on over night.

The room was spacious and with the fan on kept a good temperature. The staff were pleasant. Access to hot water and coffee was great. The eggs were pretty inedible which is surprising for me because I’ve had a lot of powdered eggs at hotels. I also had some food shells under the bed so vacuuming isn’t super thorough.

Went to our room and there were bugs on the counter. We told the front desk and she said that wasn’t uncommon because of the trees outside. We were able to get another room on a higher floor. Hotel feels unsafe and very dirty. I would definitely not stay here again.

Clean room, mostly quiet area-it’s a city so normal noise but not bad. Safe parking. Room had all the amenities, just grab plasticware if you need it for coffee or other things.

We found a baby roach in 223. In the sink. Perhaps spray. Or see if other units have any issues. The eggs tasted like powder. Maybe mix better. And the front desk staff should be more engaging and customer friendly

New hotel in excellent condition. The usual breakfast. OK part of town. Nice pool and hot tub. Water pressure fir the shower was weak. Will be difficult for women with thick hair to rinse out shampoo and conditioner. Overall a very good hotel

Hotel is updated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Has blackout shades. Room has mini froge, microwave and lots of towels. Check in was ok...asked for a room not next to an elevator or ice maker and was put right next to an ice maker. The room has lots of built in mini lights we had to cover to be able to sleep, as well as a towel at the foor due to the gap at the bottom lettin in a lot of light. Breakfast was a 3 star. The fruit wasnt very ripe-bowl of ornages and apples. The potatoes were breaded in a wheat, so i couldnt have them being gluten free, so I was bummed. There was waffles, eggs, and sausage patties, oatmeal in packets, etc. The lobby has awesome furniture! Couches,lounge chairs and a huge community table. Pool area was decent sized. Floor was very slippery as our kiddos slipped a few times.

The building, exterior and interior, looks great. The room is beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room was close to the elevator, stairs, and ice machine. It was very noisy all night. Voices in the hallway were not even muffled. I awoke to the ding of the elevator and the rumble of the ice machine multiple times. Guests that actually want to sleep should get a room at the end of the hall, away from the busy spots.

Our room was great, clean. The bed was rock hard, there is zero soundproofing, we could hear everything from the hallway to the people walking on the floor above all night. Pool being open 24 hours is great, hot tub needed some attention, the tiling on the edges were pretty gross, the pool itself was great. The woman who checked us in was so unbelievably rude, it almost made us leave the hotel to go check in somewhere else, but we had just driven for 6 hours and was exhausted. The breakfast was absolutely terrible, never had such a bad hotel breakfast, (eggs were so dry and crunchy, hasbrowns were ice cold and mushy). I think the negatives outweighed the positives, which made us decide we won’t be booking here again.

Beautiful hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable, but service was terrible. Front desk staff was incredibly rude and wouldn't even bother to look up from their computer when talking with you. Answered questions only in one word responses and never once told us to have a nice stay or ask us how things were. The pool and hot tub were nice but definitely not kept very clean and the free breakfast was not good at all. Watery eggs and sausage patties that were floating in an inch of water, mushy potatoes. Overall, we were comfortable but will not return because the staff were so rude.

Nice property. Very convenient to the convention center. When asked, staff fixed a minor problem in my room and let me know it was fixed when I came in that evening. Breakfast was more than just a packaged muffin & carton of juice which was great because most breakfast options close by were fast food. I would definitely stay here again and consider other La Quintas.

Really enjoyed the stay & location! Was able to shop near by found some good stuff! Will be staying hear again during the summer months. Was a lot of people outside at the motel 6 across the street but felt safe because we parked by the cameras ramanda had.

Outstanding property! Clean, best breakfast and most comfortable bed I’ve had in the month we’ve been away from home. Breakfast options included cheese omelette and sausage patties, oh so good. Pillows on the bed and mattress were definitely a cut above. Only small negative is that it was kinda out of the way and the neighborhood surrounding wasn’t the best. Overall, I’d stay again anytime!

I was pleasantly surprised that most parts of the hotel look modern and freshly updated. I asked and was told that remodeling was just recently done in March of this year. I liked breakfast. Took some beautiful pictures of the lobby. A little far from my home, but if my travels lead me this way again , I certainly will stay here again. Thank you Yakima !
