Gutes Hotel für den Kongress. Angenehmes Frühstück. Die Parkgarage ist leider ein affront. Sehr schmal und sehr niedrig. Nachdem ich in meine Parklücke stand, konnte ich die Heckklappe nicht mehr öffnen weil die Decke zu niedrig war. Man muss bis in den 3. UG herunter um wieder herauszugeraten. Dabei gibt es einige Sackgassen zu beachten wo man durch einen schmalen Durchgang hineingerät, aber nicht so einfach wieder hinaus. Wenn man die Reise ins 3. UG unbeschadet überstanden hat, was nach den Beschädigungen an den Wänden und Pfeiler zu urteilen nur wenigen gelingt, weil die Gänge zwischen den Geschossen sehr schmal sind, dann muss man noch eine Spirale überstehen - wiederum schmal mit an der linken Seite eine mindestens 20 cm hohe, völlig unnütze Bordsteinkante, die die Fahrbahn trennt und an der rechten Seite die Mauer. Glücklicherweise habe ich rundum Kameras, so dass ich die benutzt habe um langsam herauszufahren. Fazit: Super Parkgarage wenn du einen Smart oder Mini hast, weil sie wohl auf den Autos der 70er Jahre gemünzt ist. Wenn du aber etwas größeres fährst, suche lieber eine andere Bleibe für dein Auto.

Good stay, nice and clean hotel. Superb breakfast. Comfy rooms and beds. Few steps from the maincity centre, can be reached on foot in less than 5mins. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Only downside was parking, the charge is more than stated on website which is 16€ for 24hours bur qe paid 33€ for two nights therefore rate is for every 12hours. Suggest the parking prices are made mlre clearer and displaced near entrance.

I had an amazing time at the Dorint Hotel and will def come back again. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet is ten out of ten! They have a wellness area.Unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of it because I was so busy roaming around in Mannheim. Parking garage leads directly to the hotel

Clean renovated rooms. The neighboring rooms were 2 families that felt it was ok to leave their trash outside their door, leave their doors open even when they were in their sleepwear. Getting an actual invoice only possible if you don't pay in advance since the Dorint reservation person said that Expedia already sent me a receipt(but not invoice) Every other hotel with Expedia gave me an invoice. So this week I did not pay and got an invoice. Annoying that Dorint has not figured a way to accommodate its repeat business clients.

전반적으로 깨끗했고 화장실 변기통에 물때가 껴있어서 의아함을 느낀 것 말고는 불편한 점이 없었어요. 위치는 시내에서 아주아주 살짝 벗어난 곳이였고 충분히 시내까지 걸어갈만한 위치였어요. 바로 앞에 트램정거장이 있었고 트램 소리로 인해 시끄럽진 않았어요. 밤에도 돌아다녔는데 주변이 위험하다고 전혀 느끼지 못했어요. 반홉과는 두정거장 정도 떨어져 있습니다. 체크인도 친절하고 빨랐습니다. 하지만 다른 방에서 담배를 폈는지 아니면 흡연구역에서 냄새가 퍼졌는지는 모르겠지만 복도에 담배냄새가 났을 때가 있었어요. 그러나 방 안에서는 전혀 느끼지 못 했습니다.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt durch das nette und zuvorkommende Personal angenehm. Leider war die Matratze sehr hart, wodurch das schlafen kaum möglich war. Zudem spllte das Frühstück, welches bis 12 uhr angeboten wird, auch um 11:30 uhr noch vollständig verfügbar sein und nicht halb leer.

Grosse Parkgarage und liebe Mitarbeiter. Einfach das Zimmer ist nicht gut isoliert. Weder zum Gang noch nach draussen. Wer also nicht mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen will/kann, sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suche. Ansonsten super Lage zum guten Preis.

Schönes, großes Zimmer. Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt den ich hatte war das Spaltmaß der Zimmertür zum Boden. Ich musste ein Handtuch vor die Zimmertür legen, da ich sonst die ganze Nacht das Licht im Flur gesehen hätte, dass sich im Zimmerspiegel spiegelte.

Zuerst wurde unser Zimmer falsch vergeben. Das war mit langer Wartezeit verbunden, was mit Baby nach langer Autofahrt alles andere als angenehm ist. Anschließend gab man uns dann ein Zimmer. Gebucht und bezahlt haben wir ein Superior Doppel-Zimmer. Bekommen haben wir ein Einzelzimmer mit einem 1,40m Bett, was zu dritt unzumutbar ist. Als Entschädigung haben wir dazu 2 Getränkegutscheine für die Bar bekommen. Inkludiert waren nur Softgetränke, Wein und Bier. Wir haben uns eine Fanta und ein Bier geholt, jeweils in ein sehr kleinem und halb vollem Glas. Eine bodenlose Frechheit, als ob man uns verspotten würde. Erst nach immer lauterer Beschwerde gab man uns ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Das Zimmer war allerdings sehr klein und sah gar nicht aus nach einem Superior-Zimmer. Wenn’s eins war, dann ist es dem Namen definitiv nicht würdig. Auf Anfrage, ob wir als Entschädigung Frühstück dazubekämen, gab man uns die Antwort, das Frühstück sei zu teuer als Entschädigung. Das Personal war stets nett und freundlich, allerdings sollte sowas bei 4 Sterne S niemals passieren. Und wenn doch, dann gehört es sich das anständig zu entschädigen.

Das Hotel ist vom Hauptbahnhof aus mit der Straßenbahn oder auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten recht einfach und direkt erreichbar. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle für mehrere Linien liegt direkt vor der Haustür, einfacher geht es nicht. Das Hotel in modernem Baustil erweckt einen angenehmen Eindruck und freundlichen Empfang. Das nette Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant wirkt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Komfortzimmer mit Bad ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man unter dieser Bezeichnung erwartet, Sauberkeit ist überall vorhanden. Da das Zimmer direkt neben dem Treppenraum und Aufzug lag, war jedoch das Geräusch der Aufzugtechnik zu hören, was jedoch keine Störung darstellte. Insgesamt war es im Haus ruhig. Der Tag beginnt jeweils mit einem Frühstücksbuffet mit reichhaltiger Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Der mehrtägige Aufenthalt im Dorint Hotel war insgesamt komfortabel und entspannend. Das Hotel kann daher empfohlen werden für private und berufliche Aufenthalte in Mannheim.

Great location downtown Manheim, nice cozy clean room with air-conditioning plus we were offered a fan. They allow pets which was great with plenty of places to go potty and the breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we’ve had. ask for an omelette and they will cook it for you perfectly

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt durch das nette und zuvorkommende Personal angenehm. Leider war die Matratze sehr hart, wodurch das schlafen kaum möglich war. Zudem spllte das Frühstück, welches bis 12 uhr angeboten wird, auch um 11:30 uhr noch vollständig verfügbar sein und nicht halb leer.

Rene rom. Litt harde senger. Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Badstuen var bare åpen fra 18-21. det som trekker ned skåren var at det var mus i frokostsalen første dagen og at vi i tillegg ikke hadde vann nest siste dagen fra 9-16, veldig kjedelig å være på ferie og måtte stå opp tidlig for å ha mulighet til å gå på wc

We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants. Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine.
