Staff were excellent and very helpful. We had a leak in our room and the staff organised our moving to a new room with great efficiency (and the new room was even better!) Had a great meal at Juliana’s and our waitress was friendly and fun (not sure of her name though). Loved the pop art in the restaurant too!

Location was great for us. Required upgrading in bathroom , required detailed cleaning such as corners and edges, an electric outlet not working. I cleaned areas to my own standard. BUT will go back again in March, may upgrade when booking. In all fairness i note most places over time lack detail in their cleaning.

Great big room, mostly very clean (toilet roll holders were very caked with dust but everything else was spotless). Great location close to the beach and city. Quiet and nice views at the rear of the hotel although there was a lot of passing traffic but I think that was probably due to it being so close to Christmas. The rear rooms are very close to the road but I expect usually it's quiet as it's just a little cul-de-sac. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit tired but they're in the process of renovating. Very happy with this accommodation.

Always stay here handy, price well. Price reflects the few annoying things not fair to mention. Im born and bread new plymouth lad i would recommend for all the things you need. Balcony, great smat tv. Heat pump, the ocean , walkways, awesome food experiences a stroll away. Bath. Pet friendly

Rooms are great, I stayed with 2 of my kids for 3 nights, great space. Pool is good, changing rooms are dire - change elsewhere!! Very busy motel, heaps of parks but may not get one next to your room by the evening. Very comfortable beds, but was woken up 2 nights at 3/4am by people having very long chats outside the rooms, there is not much soundproofing for outside noises. Would definitely come back

I liked the facilities, it had an excellent bar and Restaurant area. The staff were excellent and Helpful. The only minus was a rather tired bathroom with no fan to deal with the steam which fogged up the mirrors for quite some time. Otherwise couldn’t fault the place and would stay there again.

I like the facilities. It has a good location close to everything. It has a great Bar and Restaurant. The staff were excellent, very helpful. The only little problem was the bathroom didn't have a fun to deal with the steam.

This is a really nice place but let down badly by the initial bedroom temp.. it was freezing! Hotel supplied a 2 bar fan heater… it took 4 hrs to bring room up to a comfortable temp. Mussel entree was a dried up mess. Beer battered main not much better. Breakfast was excellent
