Ubicación inmejorable. Personal amable y profesional. El aparcamiento algo caro (15€/día) y el hotel algo ruidoso por las mañanas cuando hacen las habitaciones y tú aún estás en la cama pero en general es un hotel muy recomendable para visitar Teruel

The location is perfect, centrally located in the historic part of the city. Parking is available, but you probably shouldn't have too big a car and/or nervous tendencies to use it. And avoid the lift, it's certainly not for the faint of heart, we thought we were stuck, and no one cared about the alarm bell (it finally started again...). A somewhat laborious check-in, but the rooms were good, with ample space and a good bathroom. Decent breakfast.

Estuvimos en una habitación cuádruple en el ático con terraza y vistas a la torre del Salvador. El parking un poco difícil de acceder porque tienes que girar en calles estrechas y las plazas no son muy grandes. La estancia estupenda. Para repetir.

First stay and glad to be met by a friendly and efficient chap on reception. Not the easiest hotel to find due to the narrow streets and parking could have been an issue but luckily our arrival coincided with overnight free parking until 9 am. Clean, great beds and friendly staff. Would stay again

No le doy mas puntuación porque estaría bien que la habitación se fregase, ya que la suela de las zapatillas de casa no engañan. Por todo lo demás muy contento y el personal del hotel de 10.

Good area, really nice people, clean rooms. I’d suggest bringing your own towels. Im of average build for an American 6,0 210 pounds and the towel barely fit around me. The walls are paper thin, I wouldn’t trust doing any funny business. Overall very good place I enjoyed the stay.

Me gusto la ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. También estaba limpio. Pero ha sido muy incómodo estar solicitando que pudiera regular la temperatura de la habitación yo misma, y no se haya hecho nada. Los radiadores apagados,el termostato sin pila y la bomba de calor sin funcionar. Nos dieron dos mantas por si teníamos frío. En un hotel de 3*. 3 días pidiendo en recepción solución. Hoy nos marchamos sin respuesta del porqué, solo diciendo que la calefacción estaba encendida, mentira porque el primer día nos dijeron que la tenían apagada por ahorro de energía, los radiadores estaban fríos en mi habitación y nunca se calentaron, y tb los del pasillo, y que la pila del termostato se cambió, y directamente no había, después nos dicen que si estuviera encendida habríamos pasado calor. Y luego nos dicen que la encienden a demanda del cliente. Todo contradicciones. El primer recepcionista nos dice que había avisado al compañero. La limpiadora que quita las pilas del termostato. La solución que nos dan al marchar, que nos invitan a un café. Hemos dicho que no y la sensación de que nos estaban troleando no me la quita nadie.

Le prix de la chambre est très très cher pour ce que c est... La chambre est propre et spacieuse, très bien située et la literie est plutôt confortable, mais l'insonorisation entre les chambres est laborieuse (on entendait la voisine tousser). La clim n est pas entièrement réglable et ce qui est dans le frigo est payant. La salle de bain est spacieuse. Par contre ne vous meprenez pas, la façade de l hôtel n est pas celle qui est coloré en bleu dans les photos...

Todo en cuanto al hotel fue perfecto.pero tubimos la mala suerte que por un motivo familiar tuvimos que regresar un dia de antes y pedi en recepcion wue se me tenga en cuenta para cuando pudiera retomar el viage tener ya la habitacion pagada por un dia que fue el que no pude disfrutar. A dia de hoy no se han puesto en contacto conmigo. Despues de tres dias.

Personal muy amable, instalaciones amplias, la categoria es de 3 estrellas pero mejor que muchos de 4. Muy recomendable. Unico defecto el acceso en coche, al tratarse de un hotel muy centrico es un poco lio llegar, calles estrechas.

Staff extremely helpful. We appreciated that they allocated us side by side rooms with a private small lobby. Ideal location, close to all tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. Very good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation centrally located. Last minute booking made, so very fortunate to have chosen this hotel All of the staff we had contact were polite and friendly. Staff extremely helpful. We appreciated that they allocated us side by side rooms with a private small lobby. Ideal location, close to all tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. Very good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

The location is perfect, centrally located in the historic part of the city. Parking is available, but you probably shouldn't have too big a car and/or nervous tendencies to use it. And avoid the lift, it's certainly not for the faint of heart, we thought we were stuck, and no one cared about the alarm bell (it finally started again...). A somewhat laborious check-in, but the rooms were good, with ample space and a good bathroom. Decent breakfast.

Good area, really nice people, clean rooms. I’d suggest bringing your own towels. Im of average build for an American 6,0 210 pounds and the towel barely fit around me. The walls are paper thin, I wouldn’t trust doing any funny business. Overall very good place I enjoyed the stay.
