Nice hotel in good location. Large room and bathroom, Very comfortable bed and I had a great night sleep. Good breakfast, only negative was terribly slow internet connection which was basically unusable. Parking outside hotel at 6 Euro for 24hrs and you can come and go as often as you like. Would certainly stop again.

Wir waren auf einem Konzert in der Historischen Stadthalle gleich nebenan! Insgesamt sehr praktisch - Parkplatz direkt vor derTür .. Tiefgarage direkt vom Hotel aus zu erreichen! Kleines Manko ..... es gibt "nur" Frühstück, das aber gut und ausreichend! Wir waren sehr zu frieden, immer wieder gerne ....

The hotel was situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance from the city centre, with excellent parking facilities. Alles in einem alles gut. Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück...allerdings sollte man schon dazu schreiben, das im Hotel selber kein Pool und Wellness Bereich ist...sondern, dass man gegenüber liegenden Schwimmbad kostenlos mitbenutzen kann!!!

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft sehr gut (Sauberkeit, Größe des Zimmers, Frühstück) bis gut. Lediglich die Toilette hat zu stark gerochen.

Wir buchten eine Suite für vier Personen, leider war die Matratze welche auf dem Klapp-Sofa auflag komplett durchgelegen. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden und die Belüftungsanlage kannte nur ein Einstellung, Vollgas Warm. Im Bad klaffte eine zerbrochene Fließe direkt unter dem Waschbecken und der schwarze Schimmel im Dusch/Badewannen Bereich war auch nicht wirklich einladend. An den Wänden zur Außenwand blühte der Putz von der Wand und die Wände waren sichtlich feucht. Der Teppichboden auch mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Abhilfe war wohl im unsere Check in Zeit ca. 19:00 nicht mehr möglich. Auf Emails wird auch nicht Reagiert. Schade eigentlich, da das Hotel doch sehr viel verspricht anhand der Bilder

Erst um 18 Uhr eingecheckt, drei Stunden gewartet.., Das Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht sauber, Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken und eine Zigarettenkippe lag dm Boden…,unfassbar.., das Frühstück war auch keine vier Sterne. Sehr enttäuscht!

Musste beim Einchecken eine Viertelstunde warten, weil der einzige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption einen anderen Gast per Telefon zur Parkgarage lenkte. Und sonst: Leider ziemlich laut vom Wupper-Tal gelegen und vom Bau her sehr hellhörig. Ich habe in der Nacht den Zimmernachbarn allen Ernstes schnarchen gehört. Das Frühstück war okay, nichts Besonderes.

Four of us stayed in one room and they gave us “separate” bedrooms since there was a door. Very comfortable. Nice location and easy to walk into the city and the AC works great. You can pay for breakfast in the morning and I recommend it because the fresh spread they provide is amazing.

We worked with Dave at the front desk and he was really helpful. I had two separate bookings and he easily combined to one, was helpful with tips and info on the area. In fact all of the staff were very nice. Parking was directly below and there was a terrific Italian restaurant a block away, and the concert hall was only steps away. The train station is right down the street and a tram line runs out back. Highly recommend.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer roch bei unserer Ankunft muffig, der Zimmerwechsel wurde dann aber schnell und unkompliziert veranlasst und wir hatten sogar eine schönere Aussicht. Matratzen bequem, nur das Kissen war für mich persönlich viel zu weich. Man wacht nachts auf, weil der Kopf komplett durchgesunken ist. Leider war der Seifenspender in der Dusche leer. Gott sei Dank habe ich immer Shampoo & Duschgel dabei, aber das darf so nicht sein. Es war bei unserer Ankunft auch nur jeweils ein Hand- und Badetuch im Bad.. Uns wurden dann netterweise direkt frische Tücher gebracht. Lobby klein und gemütlich. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel mit tollem Personal!

The hotel is just enough out of the city center. Easy short walk down but nice and quiet neighbourhood next to the old city hall. Staff is friendly, breakfast is really good, more than enough options. Rooms are roomy and clean. Door locks work a bit different the we are used to, you also need the card to lock your door, that way you won’t forget your keycard.

The hotel was situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance from the city centre, with excellent parking facilities. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good, catering to everyone’s taste. Next time we come to Wuppertal we know where to stay.

Really liked this hotel, I’m so glad I picked it as the alternatives I had looked at in Wuppertal would have been nowhere near as nice or convenient as this one. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

We worked with Dave at the front desk and he was really helpful. I had two separate bookings and he easily combined to one, was helpful with tips and info on the area. In fact all of the staff were very nice. Parking was directly below and there was a terrific Italian restaurant a block away, and the concert hall was only steps away. The train station is right down the street and a tram line runs out back. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel in good location. Large room and bathroom, Very comfortable bed and I had a great night sleep. Good breakfast, only negative was terribly slow internet connection which was basically unusable. Parking outside hotel at 6 Euro for 24hrs and you can come and go as often as you like. Would certainly stop again.

Very nice and friendly hotel staff. The hotel is suitable for family with children. Rooms where spacious and the breakfast buffet had everything we – a family of five – could wish for. Sehr freundliches Personal ! Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel und Teil der Stadthalle und Schwimmbad. Hotel neu und schöne große Zimmer. Restaurant mit kleiner Karte. Frühstück reichlich und inclusive. Mit frischen Zutaten wie z.B. echtes Rührei. Schöne große Bäckerbrötchen in unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, haben gefrühstückt. Es gab sogar Milch-Alternativen. Und das Frühstück konnte bis 12 Uhr eingenommen werden. Hervorragend.

The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining/restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were not made aware there would be no restaurant facility on the evening of the Ascension Day holiday. We were disappointed that we had two single beds when we booked a double. We were disappointed that we had to climb into a bath to use the shower - a walk-in shower is a lot safer. The standard of wall decoration in our room (Room 213) was poor with areas of the walls having been touched up with a different colour paint. The material on the bed frame adjacent the window was torn in several places.
