Limited parking due to construction materials to refurbish some rooms

The hotel was nice, but it was under construction and I could not use the pool for that.

Hotel is being renovated so the was dusty hallways and a strong smell of paint. Te room were clean and comfortable. Will visit sgain after renovations complete.

Pool was disgustingly dirty

Close to the airport. Offered cheaper parking than the airport for our week out of town.

Foyer needed maintenance, leaks in air, ceiling tiles exposed, pool full of leaves, dirty, not circulating, few chairs there were broken. Great breakfast good location for air travel. Could use a shuttle.

No shuttle running, which was a big reason for picking this site. So that’s a stroke against them. Waffle House next door makes up for that a little.

The property is under renovation which would have been nice to know before booking. The workers started drilling in the room adjoined to ours by 7:30 each morning replacing bathroom fixtures. The halls were filled with paint fumes and caused me to have a migraine. It was awful. Breakfast had no waffles, oatmeal, or even coffee - again all things advertised and park of why we chose this hotel. The front lobby was dirty and smell musty. Entire experience was terrible and we won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Property was clean. Pool was not open. Also THEY DO NOT OFFER AIRPORT SHUTTLE.Staff was very friendly and helpful

When we checked in we had to get our key programmed 4 times. There were body hairs in our shower and what looked like dried vomit on the bathroom wall. When told to the front desk, we were asked if we wanted an extra towel to clean the hairs out of the shower and for them to spray something on the wall. All I can say is WOW!

Found Cockroaches on my pillow, blood stain on fitted sheet,very bad mattress,and heating/A/C unit blower fan extremely extremely loud.i reported it to front desk next morning. They offer me another room to move to and the other room had cockroches in bathroom and very bad mattress.

The rooms had a bad smell and mold we had to leave we dint stay and find another hotel

The hotel is very rundown. Wallpaper missing or hanging off the wall or missing paint. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Terrible breakfast options and not enough seating.

It was close to the airport quick check in. Not clean dirty appearance dirty old beds and cheap bed coverings. Dirty carpet and elevator. Dirty shower

The room was not clean upon arrival. When I called the front desk to request shower gel they asked me to go downstairs and the only option was small facial bar soaps. The elevators were always dirty with food. The area was extremely noisy. Could not get any sleep.

There were roaches crawling everywhere room had a bad smell.

It was full of cockroaches

Roach was crawling in my hotel room wall. Staff was abhorrently rude. I will never stay here again.

Property was under construction lobby missing many ceiling tiles, hall way with many rough in dry wall patch's and plastic laying on the hall ways to walk on, multiples room doors open because of construction black mold on my bathroom

Appears to be recently renovated. Room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the clean shower/tub as I normally hate hotel showers.

The tub has rust spots the door handle had paint on it. The door stop was to low and was hitting the wall. The tub was running water constantly. Had a smell and was dated. A/c wasn’t working all that well. The chair in the room was broken. For the price it worked but definitely lacks upkeep breakfast also ran out at 8 and they had to keep coming out and only putting a little bit out at a time.

I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. It’s very close to the airport. Some things that I wish were better; the rooms are a bit small. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I wish there were more channels to the tv. The place was clean but a bit outdated. The staff was nice and friendly.

For the price, it wasn't that bad. It does take a minute or two for the water to get good and hot for a shower, and the outlet next to the coffee maker was already taken up by the lamp and the TV and clearly needed to be replaced. They were undergoing renovations during my stay, so that might get addressed. Otherwise, it made my stay good without destroying my bank account.

Key cards for first room didn’t work so we were given a new room. The AC didn’t work well in it and the hot water was limited in the evening.

The staff Corey was really great, and helpful. The only thing to improve on is their WiFi connection. It was very bad.

The mattress was maybe the best I’ve slept on in a hotel. The Waffle House next store was PHENOMENAL. The staff was great. The breakfast was alright. The hotel itself is dilapidated and literally falling apart. The baseboards in our room were falling off the wall. The lobby had missing ceiling tiles. The renovated spaces felt shoddy at best. The hallways were super dark. Overall the room itself was nice. It was fine for a 1 night stay. Would I stay for more than 1 night? No. Also, the guests were all very rude at breakfast. We regretting not going to Waffle House again!

I love that for a 3 star hotel, it has a gym and pool to use. Good location as it’s close to the airport with a comfortable and spacious room.

The room was visually beautiful and looked recently renovated. However, the shower wouldn't stop running and the sink only ran hot water. No cold water for brushing teeth. Bed not very comfortable.

The property is going through renovations at the moment, we would have never noticed unless walking into the floor that is being renovated. Emile was our front desk manager, he was super friendly and helpful.

Absolute nightmare experience. Arrived at 8pm after flight was late getting in to Orlando. Had reserved a King suite. Checked in and saw the front desk clerk scribble out the 4th floor room number on our keys and changed it to a 2nd floor room number. Didn’t give reasoning and I didn’t know why - YET. Went up to the room and the keycards didn’t work. Went back to the desk, got two new keycards and finally got into the room. A standard double bed room, which is a far leap from what we had reserved and already paid for. Thinking this was just a mistake, I called the front desk and politely informed them that we had been given the wrong room and let them know we hadn’t started unpacking. I was quickly told that they had “sold out” of the king suites and this was the only room left available. I was flabbergasted. No refund offer, no real apology. I contacted Expedia who was amazing. They contacted the hotel and stated this is not how they do business. The hotel even denied we had ever reserved the king suite, and Expedia told them that we booked it through them, so they know that we did. Expedia kindly offered to pay for and arrange transport and cover a room comparable to what we were supposed to have, and that they would cover it. My husband was so exhausted by this point that he did not want to uproot ourselves again. (We had been traveling all day, so we decided to just deal with it and stay.) On top of this, we saw 2 cockroaches - one in our bathroom and 1 in the lobby.

The manager was very accommodating to my questions.. very friendly and professional, the girls they attended front desk at night were very nice and outgoing.. I paid extra for a late check out, and there was no problem with this. I tried to accommodate my flight time… thank you to the manager and the friendly staff during my three nights stay I would definitely stay again when I take another cruise..

The property was convient to the airport. The check in process was not so good, the room assigned was not ready (check in time is 3:00 and this was 4:30). We were assigned another room, that had someone still in it. The third room was fine, but the electronic keys were difficult to operate. One didn't work at all, and the other one took several turns to get it to work.

Not ready on time for check in. Front counter person was testy, pool was closed, room was very basic, fridge didn't work, constant banging noise from pipes. Shower pressure was a dribble.

Given a room and when we went to unlock it there was another guest already asleep and it was double assigned. Felt uncomfortable after that

The hotel was overbooked weeks prior to our arrival but we were never notified nor was Expedia. This would have prevented us and other travelers from booking with this hotel. The vendor decided this wasn't important enough to share. We drove three hours to get there to be greeted by the manager who said it wasn't his problem now that we needed to contact Expedia. Expedia did go above and beyond to find us a new reservation. I was shocked by manager's attitude. I would expect Expedia cancel thier contract with this vendor. The very next morning I reviewed my bank account to find out the hotel charged us for the stay they denied us due to thier overbooking. It took over an hour on the phone to fix it. The best part of this hotel is not booking it. The customer service displayed by the Indian Manager was disgusting, and dismissive. No respect to customers and irresponsible.

Horrendous check in experience...hotel was overbooked and computer system went down twice. Took 40 minutes to check in. I called to confirm 2 days prior that both book rooms be near each other and on first or second floor. Finally got one room on second floor and other on fifth floor.

Great place to stay, offered early check in which was great for us since we missed our flight and needed a hotel last minute. Loved the option to check in earlier since we didn't have to wait for 4 hours to get a room. Friendly staff

We made our reservations through Expedia in August 2024 for February vacation and confirmed 3 times. Arrived at midnight due to flight delays only to that when we arrived the entire hotel was OVERBOOKED! My husband and I slept by the pool!! OMG I never experienced that!!

Not bad at all. Close to a lot of attractions

The hotel was fine, walking distance to some fast food places, next door to Waffle House...not very scenic or pretty, but decent. Our stay was very short.

Lovely reception assistance 24-7 Interior is cool and quiet Elevator to 4-5floors Rooms clean, neat with all the usual fridge, safe, coffee/tea proviso, air con/heating. Large 5ft shower, WC, wide countertop with a large sloped handbasin, hairdryer and fresh towels. Overall a really comfortable airport hotel - 15min drive to Orlando International - USD14-19 with Uber as no airport transfers anymore. Pool: Unfortunately the pool needed a major clean, the bottom looked grubby. We may have swum but by 3.30pm approx (March), the entire pool area was in the shade - the water is not heated. Breakfast: 6.30-9.30am included with a nice variety of foods to choose from. Dining: Waffel House next door and nearby Indian Turkish Restuarants. Uber Eats deliver too. Easy check in and check out Rebook x1 night: Yes, I would as the price, service, quality and locale to airport is good and convenient.

Great place for the price. Close to airport. Very friedly staff. Free breakfast.

Close to the train station. Close to the airport. Very large room. Only downside is no airport shuttle.

The property was undergoing renovations, the water was turned off periodically. The rooms were nice and clean. The property is close to the freeway. The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was disappointing. I showed up to eat at 8:45am and there were no eggs and bacon left. They declined to make anymore that they close at 9am. There was no milk left for my children cereal. The coffee is a machine and is difficult to make for the amount of people they are trying to serve. Overall good.

It met our needs, was close to airport and was very reasonable thru a third party site. The pool was not usable, dirty and there was a dumpster next to it. The website indicates it has a pool. The website says breakfast daily 6:30-9:30, we arrived a bit after 9:05 and there was barely anything left. We asked the staff working and she was short and curt, stating " it is only until 930 on weekends" . She was annoyed when we asked for condiments for bagel, or if more eggs would be made and other things replenished. She did provide hard boiled eggs and cream cheese. The next day, she was more pleasant. There is much room for improvement overall.

We had a great stay for two nights before our cruise and plan to stay one night before we fly out after the cruise. Great breakfast (too bad there wasn’t any sausages) but great scrambled eggs and bacon along with other things. The coffee was the deal maker. An actual espresso machine. Fantastic

We stayed 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Breakfast was limited and they were out of 1/2 the options on Sunday.

Front staff tayla I think her name was is amazing… elevator was filthy the complete week halls had big floor stains , breakfast was not good at all no butter for toast , cereal was stale:( had no internet in the room beds are very small , shower was a drizzle the whole week no pressure.

Not an upscale hotel but nonetheless everything was nice and good. No complaints. Hotel breakfast includes a variety of items (and is included!): cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, juice, water, coffee, etc. Parking seemed almost full at one point but we were still able to find a spot for the car. Located on a very busy street btw.

Quick, easy, professional and clean. The breakfast was meh but sustainable. Very close to the airport.
