Room was clean and all the pictures are accurate. The entire staff was very helpful. Gloria made us great breakfasts every morning from scratch! While it did not bother us, this property does not offer an elevator for people in need of one.

Nice, newly built hotel just a couple of blocks from the Malecon area. The rooftop deck is a great spot for catching the sunset and people watching! They also have a grill in the rooftop area for guests to use that would be ideal for anyone in town for a fishing trip. The room was clean and well put together, with firm but comfortable mattresses and a mini split for air conditioning. We arrived around 5pm and there was ample parking on site, with plenty of overflow space on the street out front. Breakfast was excellent - definitely recommend getting in early if possible as it seemed like it could get busy quickly. Only issue we had was finding the office to check in, there is no sign on the door and the windows were heavily tinted which made us think it was a storage room at first. Overall a great stay that I would happily book again!

Breakfast was amazing, made to order and beautifully presented. Coffee was hot and tasty. Rooftop terrace has a wonderful view. The sunsets are beautiful. Cornhole and giant Connect Four were fun, too. Easy and secure parking. Location is convenient, much is within very short walking distance.

Wow! This place is a real treat for the price! Right at the top of the Melicon neighborhood, where all the action happens, in Rocky Point, it has the best views of anything in this price range, from an awesome rooftop patio. Rooms are delux, with super comfy beds, high ceilings, and a mini-split to keep you as cool as you want to be. Parking is very concealed, and is gated at night, for the best security, in this entire neighborhood! I even left my kayak on my truck, for an entire week, with no issues. Well lighted, and typically with a night watchmen, nearby. One huge plus, is the breakfast service. You will have a breakfast host in the dining area, from 7:00 - 10:00 a.m., that will cook you eggs, omelettes, or pancakes, TO ORDER! All included in the price (please remember to tip your host/hostess)!! Bacon, ham, chorizo, onions, and peppers are available for omelettes, and sandwiches. Also have fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Coffee is also included. The staff are all very friendly, and helpful, although most speak limited English. If the owners are around, you will likely meet them, have breakfast with them, or catch them on the rooftop patio, relaxing and overlooking all of Rocky Point. Plenty of room for Cornhole, a grilling area, and bathrooms, are also available to use, on the patio. Hotel is walking distance to all the hotspots, and I felt safe walking alone, at any time. The room was clean, the staff was terrific, the parking was covered and secure, although the spaces were better suited for smaller vehicles. The breakfast and coffee were better than expected. Ten rooms altogether and it was empty during the week. Great value for the money but you’d better be able to climb stairs!

Great hotel to stay at if you want to be near boardwalk with all the restaurants and bars BUT the downside is it's noisy most nights with downtown city vibes. But hotel was clean, staff was all helpful and nice and rooftop terrace was fantastic to sit and enjoy the sunset or stars at night. Also complementary breakfast and covered parking.

Room was modern and clean, a/c worked well and was quiet. I had a room with an ocean view. Staff was friendly. Hotel provides a free made to order breakfast which was very good and unexpected. I wrote a positive review with pictures on Google maps. Would definitely recommend. Thanks very much!

We liked the location of the property, it’s so close to the Malecón and the breakfast was delicious. We also liked the rooftop view of the ocean. What we sadly didn’t enjoy, was the poor WiFi connection without internet, it wasn’t working on the weekend thru Tuesday of our stay and we were told that everyone complained about no Internet. The front desk gave out the number to the owners, but they unfortunately didn’t answer no one or fixed the internet.

We stayed in room 7 on the 3rd floor, beautiful views from the window in the morning. Out room was clean. This was the first time I've ever had a free breakfast made to order right in my face! I loved it. The top floor has the most amazing relaxing view of the waterfront city. This hotel is a great stay. It's walking distance to food, entanglement, night life is Poppin! And the people are great. I will definitely stay here again.

The chef was also amazing, and you could tell the food was made with care. We liked the location of the property, it’s so close to the Malecón and the breakfast was delicious. We also liked the rooftop view of the ocean. What we sadly didn’t enjoy, was the poor WiFi connection without internet, it wasn’t working on the weekend thru Tuesday of our stay and we were told that everyone complained about no Internet. The front desk gave out the number to the owners, but they unfortunately didn’t answer no one or fixed the internet.

Rooms were comfy… view was nice… staff was excellent … night security guard introduced himself as soon as he saw us and was friendly… breakfast was amazing! Loved the roof top lounging area!

The lady at the front desk was super nice and accommodating, she recommended places to visit and places to eat at, as well as activities to do so our stay was awesome. We definitely look forward to staying at this hotel again.

The owners were amazing, very attentive to everything! One night we had got home late, one of the men who owns the place, came out because he heard a noise and was checking in making sure cars were safe, and that everything was well. Very clean place, a/c works perfectly! If you’re in RP, you know the humidity! Amazing service! Will definitely stay here again!!

The chef's attention was horrible, he never showed up at breakfast time that was included and when he did, it took 30 minutes to make some scrambled eggs, the air conditioning broke down and began to throw water as if it were raining, the parking is not enough for all rooms and it becomes difficult to maneuver because of the narrow. If you mentioned that Gloria the manager is an excellent person, thank you for your attention

I recently stayed at Cuatro Palmas Hotel and had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay feel very welcoming. Nice, newly built hotel just a couple of blocks from the Malecon area. The rooftop deck is a great spot for catching the sunset and people watching! They also have a grill in the rooftop area for guests to use that would be ideal for anyone in town for a fishing trip. The room was clean and well put together, with firm but comfortable mattresses and a mini split for air conditioning. We arrived around 5pm and there was ample parking on site, with plenty of overflow space on the street out front. Breakfast was excellent - definitely recommend getting in early if possible as it seemed like it could get busy quickly. Only issue we had was finding the office to check in, there is no sign on the door and the windows were heavily tinted which made us think it was a storage room at first. Overall a great stay that I would happily book again!

Breakfast was amazing, made to order and beautifully presented. Coffee was hot and tasty. Rooftop terrace has a wonderful view. The sunsets are beautiful. Cornhole and giant Connect Four were fun, too. Easy and secure parking. Location is convenient, much is within very short walking distance.

This was a great location to stay. They have secure parking and it is only 4 or so blocks from the old port. The service was nice & it comes with a delicious breakfast. The room was clean. My favorite part was aitting on the rooftop watching the beach.

Great hotel to stay at if you want to be near boardwalk with all the restaurants and bars BUT the downside is it's noisy most nights with downtown city vibes. But hotel was clean, staff was all helpful and nice and rooftop terrace was fantastic to sit and enjoy the sunset or stars at night. Also complementary breakfast and covered parking.

Room was modern and clean, a/c worked well and was quiet. I had a room with an ocean view. Staff was friendly. Hotel provides a free made to order breakfast which was very good and unexpected. I wrote a positive review with pictures on Google maps. Would definitely recommend. Thanks very much!

Our stay was great.The terrace great place for morning coffee with a view or a night cap. Rooms were clean and looked new. Staff was helpful and attentive.The continental breakfast seemed like a full on breakfast.They have someone there making the eggs and the Chorizo omelette was just as it was on other reviews,highly recommended.We are coming back soon with our family and will be staying here for our future trips.they are walking distance to Malecón. Security is present so no worries there either. Overall I would rate more stats if I could,hadn’t had such a great experience in a long time.

Staff was great.. the couple that works breakfast area was so sweet nice and welcoming. Security nice gentleman watch are cars all night. Room was good ac cold and I enjoyed the ocean view. 10/10

12/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Comfortable, quiet, well kept property with THE BEST breakfast in Pto. Peñasco. They entire staff is friendly and accommodating and also help out at the new Bugambilias Steak House in Centro that’s also a MUST when in town.
