Hotel is sparkling clean. By staying here having an all inclusive wine tasting and free tour of their bodega was great. Also access to the Sheraton's spa which is connected to the hotel. They were very helpful accommodating my elderly mother. Great location!

We have stayed at the Huentala twice now, and find it to be an excellent value. It is well located and shares some nice amenities with it's co-owned neighbors - the Hilton Curio and Sheraton. The included breakfast is nice, the room was big enough with the slightly smaller bathroom the only minor negative.

Excelente atención del personal de recepción y en el gym, spa, piscina! para destacar. Buena variedad y cantidad de máquinas y elementos en el Gym. Con pantallas que funcionan! The Huentala Hotel was excellent in many ways. Fist, it’s location is excellent and close to many sights in Mendoza. Second, the staff is super friendly and willing to help with everything related to your stay in Mendoza: print materials, suggest where to go, restaurants, etc. I want to single out Aracelli in the front desk, she helped all the way through, from the beginning of my stay until the end. My room was spacious, very clean and with a beautiful view. Breakfast is excellent with many options: eggs, vegetables, fruits, cereals, breads, coffee, tea, pastries, yogurt, and many other goodies. At the hotel there is always someone willing to help you out with suitcases and excursions. This hotel shares facilities with two connecting hotels and you can enjoy the gym, pool, and discount in the restaurants. Finally, if I visit Mendoza again, I would certainly stay at the Huentala.

The breakfast offerings were incredible and the room was clean and decent size. My only complaint would be when we checked in the first night there was a dirty plate that was left on a console table outside our hotel room and after a full day it was still there even though our room had been cleaned. Other than this, the hotel itself was in a great location where the restaurants were within walking distance.

This is a lovely small older hotel next to the Sheraton. We had a suite room and it was quite spacious. However we did not receive a room upgrade and the room we were in was quite noisy with elevators and guests next door easily heard through the walls. The maid service was great and there were some incredible staff. These were Stefania at the front desk who was exceptional in every way, and Enzo in the restaurant who was also exceptional. When the winery is offering us a complimentary drink as part of our VIP experience it should be more than a mouthful.

We have stayed at the Huentala twice now, and find it to be an excellent value. It is well located and shares some nice amenities with it's co-owned neighbors - the Hilton Curio and Sheraton. A/c did not work for two nights in a row and it was very hot in the room. Got a room change by day 3 but it unpleasant. Other than that, I would highly recommend

Although the accommodations and service were excellent, I have two negative points to highlight: 1. The room and bathroom, even with all the lamps turned on, are very dark. 2. The shower stall, with the shower head above the toilet, is very slippery. This is especially true for people with larger feet who tend to step on the curved sides of the tub. A non-slip flooring is necessary.

Well attended to firstly by the hotel staff and the associated tour operation. The hotel is downtown with shops and malls close by. It is associated with the Isabella vineyard which also has barrels and vats with fermentation going on in the cellar. There is a large vineyard worth a visit which produces epic Malbec and other wines.

It’s a very good hotel, very well located. Be cautious when checking out, they very casually asked me to swipe my card to pay for the stay BUT with a simple issue, they were about to charge me double tariff. Know your Argentinian pesos conversion prior to paying nothing.

The room cleaning left something to be desired due to inattention to detail, such as replenishing items. Regarding the staff, I have no complaints. Booked Huentala with Expedia put into Hualta hotel - it seems Hualta, Huentala and Sheraton part of same group. Had nice room but don’t know if other hotel would have been better - pool in Halta was not heated - allowed to use Sheraton Pool very good - good choice of restaurants. Loved the BBQ off. Breakfast ok - unusually it was continental- they changed for cooked- location good and travel company was very helpful - expensive but worth it - their driver Marcello was excellent.
