Esta bien en muchos sentidos. Lo unico malo es el elevador que uno no sirve y los demas tardan demasiado. Lo malo es el servicio de meseros en el club de playa porque nunca nos atendieron y mejor nos cambiamos a las mesas de los lugareños

I am very disappointed with this hotel. It was definitely not worth the price, and I will most likely not stay here again. A few main issues: The Room & View: I paid for a "Full Ocean View" room, but I only got a partial view. When I asked the front desk, they just made excuses and said it only looked that way because the building is round. Also, it was over 100 degrees outside and there was no mini-fridge to keep water cold. Room Maintenance: In one room, the TV channels did not work. The AC vent was also closed the whole time, and we only realized why the room was so hot on our last day. In the other room, the handset on the phone did not work, so we could only use speakerphone. Parking & Amenities: They list "self-parking," but that is not true. It is valet-only and costs 150 pesos per night. When we went to the pool, it was small and crowded with people.
