Hotel saturado y desorganizado. Tiempo para asignar habitación de horas. De 3 elevadores somo 1 funcionó siempre, otro a veces y el otro jamás. Filas de 40 min para desayunar. Por la saturacion las segunda noche no dejaron agua en la habitación. Su valet de estacionamiento saturado. Iba a relajarme y todo un estrés su servicio

Está muy bien aunque hay puntos a mejorar. Los bufetts son buenos y principalmente el de la comida se me hizo muy bueno y a buen precio. El bufette del desayuno es amplio aunque el pan no es tan bueno. El servicio es bueno. Supongo que hay demasiada gente para unas albercas pequeñas por lo que las vi algo sucias. Las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias, las camas y almohadas muy comodas.

Anyone expecting anything other than a basic hotel will be disappointed. For a place that offers all inclusive option, this hotel has limited food and drink options. Most rooms don’t even have a fridge, or microwave. There’s only one restaurant and the buffet is disgusting. Cut up hot dogs and watery eggs are about as good as it gets. Waiting for an elevator is the most exciting activity this place has. The elevators are disgustingly dirty. Spend a couple of hundred more and go to a decent place in the Caribbean.

Hotel is clean and very nice, service was ok. The phone in the room did not work, we reported the problem to the front desk. After reporting it for the 4th time and getting angry at the Supervisor at the front desk, they finally sent someone to look at it. We were traveling with our parents and needed to communicate with them, not having a working phone in the room made things difficult.

since the time we arrived, the line to check in was super long, and people coming in to check in and seeing the long line, where hanging out in the front "to ask a quick question" but it was actually to check in. When it was my turn after 2 hours of waiting in line, I told the young lady that they need it to put some type of control in the line, because it was not fair for people waiting and others just walking up and cutting the line. To take the elevators, we had to wait at least ½ an hour. Hour sink was leaking, I reported to the cleaning lady and she reported it right away, but she forgot to leave us towels, when they came to fix the sink I told the 2 men about not having any towels, one of them radio to report it and the towels never came, I called about 50 times at the front desk and was never picked up, the answer machine would pick up after several rings, instructing to leave a message, but was unable because it was full. The next morning I tried again and after the 10th time someone picked up and I told her I felt as if I had won the lottery because she picked up, I continue by telling her that I could of went to get the towels myself but that I didn't want to wait for an hour to get back to my room. The towels showed 45 minutes after, one thing for sure is that I will never stay at this hotel. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

This was our first time in the Amares. The food was good, the service at the pool was bad, the service in the restaurant was very good, friendly and attentive. When its possible we will come back. A bad thing is that you can not go by elevator to the pool level where you can get your meals.

This was our first time in the Amares. The food was good, the service at the pool was bad, the service in the restaurant was very good, friendly and attentive. When its possible we will come back. A bad thing is that you can not go by elevator to the pool level where you can get your meals.

Anyone expecting anything other than a basic hotel will be disappointed. For a place that offers all inclusive option, this hotel has limited food and drink options. Most rooms don’t even have a fridge, or microwave. There’s only one restaurant and the buffet is disgusting. Cut up hot dogs and watery eggs are about as good as it gets. Waiting for an elevator is the most exciting activity this place has. The elevators are disgustingly dirty. Spend a couple of hundred more and go to a decent place in the Caribbean.

Está muy bien aunque hay puntos a mejorar. Los bufetts son buenos y principalmente el de la comida se me hizo muy bueno y a buen precio. El bufette del desayuno es amplio aunque el pan no es tan bueno. El servicio es bueno. Supongo que hay demasiada gente para unas albercas pequeñas por lo que las vi algo sucias. Las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias, las camas y almohadas muy comodas.

A few main issues: The Room & View: I paid for a "Full Ocean View" room, but I only got a partial view. When I asked the front desk, they just made excuses and said it only looked that way because the building is round. Also, it was over 100 degrees outside and there was no mini-fridge to keep water cold. Room Maintenance: In one room, the TV channels did not work. The AC vent was also closed the whole time, and we only realized why the room was so hot on our last day. In the other room, the handset on the phone did not work, so we could only use speakerphone. Parking & Amenities: They list "self-parking," but that is not true. It is valet-only and costs 150 pesos per night. When we went to the pool, it was small and crowded with people.
