Chambre très spacieuse et propre pour 2 adultes 2 enfants. Lits confortables. Clim bien réglée et pas bruyante. Parking souterrain gratuit. Petit dej buffet très complet. Seule objection: les équipements de la salle de bain sont d'une autre époque.

In den 70zigern ist die Ausstattung angeschafft worden und nicht erneuert worden. Risse in der Tapete und Löcher. Dusche 50x50. Wasserspühlung hatte ein Hintergrundgeräusch generiert. Das Hotal ist wie ein Atrium gebaut und hat eine völlig vernachlässigte Dachterasse. Hotelessen Abends im Restaurant sehr gut. Frühstücks Buffet hat viel im Angebot aber 2 Brotsorten nur. 5 bis 10 Minuten zu den Bushaltestellen. Je nachdem wohin(Stadt Zentrum oder großer Strand). Busfahrt 1,30 pro Person für 90 Minuten sehr günstig. Im Umkreis von 15 Minuten 2 Eisdielen und minestens 5 Pizzerien. Wobei die kleine beim Konad die beste Pizza hatte. Achja, nicht die Fenster öffnen, man braucht einen Handwerker zum schließen. Unser Aufenthalt war zum reinen Strand Urlaub geplant und waren mit dem Bus auch in der Innenstadt und Botanischen Garten.

L'hotel è in un quartiere residenziale, a pochissimi km dal centro di Cagliari e dal Poetto. Per spostarsi con facilità è necessario avere una vettura. L'hotel è un poco datato ed ha bisogno di lavori di ristrutturazione, ma le camere sono confortevoli e spaziose. La nostra, al secondo piano aveva due letti singoli e vasca con idromassaggio. Il ristorante (citato sulla guida Michelin nel 2019) è da sogno, abbiamo cenato all'aperto gustando ottimi piatti di pesce freschissimo. La colazione è inimitabile, soprattutto le torte, da sogno, ed i biscotti preparati dal ristorante dell'hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The outlets to charge your phone were in odd places, but not a terrible inconvenience. The bathrooms were a little dated, but very clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful! The breakfast had so many options and the espresso was fabulous! The parking was free, covered and safe.

6 nights, great location to either travel to beaches or short bus ride into the city. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly (especially Alberto). Good facilities, and the restaurant is amazing, we ate there 3 of the 6 nights it was so good.

Struttura molto vecchia e tenuta male il bagno è atroce , il personale è gentilissimo e cordiale ma purtroppo l hotel andrebbe ristrutturato . Ottima la colazione

Struttura moderna ma bisognosa di manutenzione esterna. Camera singola n. 109 non confortevole per dustrubuzione degli spazi e arredi rovinati e datati. Bagno scomodo da rinnovare. Colazione ottima.

I got the Junior suite room for my 4 day stay. The room was very big and spacious. It had a nice TV, sofa, working table and chairs, a Jacuzzi. The room amenities and the breakfast was also good. However, being a 4 star hotel I would expect more. For example, the wifi signal was extremely poor and not coming from the bed. The room was very dusty. Especially curtains, sofa, the table tops seems to be very dusty. There were stain marks on the lamp shades. Some of the lights were not working. The taps in the bathroom were very odd. The flush and even the jacuzzi switch was odd and difficult to use. The bathtub was odd as well by design. In general it was a good stay, but it could have been much much better. Two major improvements which the hotel should do: (1) much better wifi connection, especially from the bed room (2) should clean everything thoroughly to remove the dusts. It was too dusty. Also, the breakfast place should keep a coffee machine, everytime I had to request to get coffee

Positiv: Sehr gutes Frühstück, Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz, unverhofftes Upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer, wer gut zu Fuß ist, läuft problemlos in die Altstadt von Cagliari Negativ: Steckdosen-Adapter auf keinen Fall vergessen, wenn man einen Laptop nutzen möchte, Wifi quasi nicht verfügbar, Duschen war eine Kletterpartie in eine Badewanne mit extra hohem Rand, Oberflächlich war das Zimmer gereinigt, aber eben nicht sauber äußerste Vorsicht ist beim Ein- und Ausfahren aus der Tiefgarage

El desayuno, excelente. Alessia, un 10 en recepción. El personal del restaurante , perfecto. El hotel esta a 40 minutos del centro y de la playa. Pero hay autobuses a 7 minutos. Muy limpio, aire acondicionado y cama muy cómoda. Lastima que falla la wifi

Mi estancia de dos noches ha superado las expectativas que tenía a la vista de algunas críticas que había visto publicadas por otros huéspedes. El hotel está a mí parecer en un estado mucho mejor de lo esperado. La habitación, amplia y sin ruidos. La cama, confortable. La limpieza, muy adecuada. El personal muy amable y el desayuno fantástico tanto en variedad como en calidad. La única pega es que está alejado del centro y a unos 5 minutos andando de la parada de bus más próxima. En mi próxima visita a Cagliari volveré sin dudarlo.

Stayed for five nights, room was clean and kept clean to a good standard during my stay and the hotel receptionist was really helpful when I needed taxis etc booking. I also turned up quite early for check in and the hotel staff were really accommodating in getting my room ready early. Hotel doesnt have any bars or restaurants close by but is in good walking distance of public transport into the city and to the beach which is very reliable and easy to use. Although hotel staff were friendly and helpful, same cant be said for the restaurant who ignored me on two occasions when I went to sit in the outside area and wanted to order some drinks. I gave up in the end and went elsewhere. Breakfast options quite limitted but what they did have was good. Room itself was quite comfortable but very dated and in need of some work, particularly in the bathroom.

The hotel might have been a 4-star hotel in the distant past, but this is not the case anymore. The condition of the room wasn't great: torn wallpapers, broken flooring, most of the power sockets weren't working, mold in the bathtub and bathroom in general, you get the idea. Considering the location, which is not very central, and the price, it's definitely not a great deal.

Hotel confortável. Cama macia e bem limpo. O rstaurante do hotel serve pratos deliciosos, especialmente os risotos. Café da manhã completíssimo: frutas, iogurtes, variedade de frios e queijos, cereais. Peça um café machiatto.

Positives: If you're truly a budget traveler, this hotel is a perfectly fine option. If you're young and just need a budget-friendly place to shower, this is it! Everything worked, the shower was warm, the bed was fine, there was a breakfast, there was wifi. If you're from a country with a Motel 6 franchise, this is basically a Motel 6. Negatives: Basically, the facilities need some refurbishment, especially the flooring and the bathroom. The flooring in the room was probably clean enough, but it was so old that it was hard to be sure it was clean. But they did provide slippers, so that was fine. The strangest part was the bathtub/shower area. It was a typical setup, where the shower flows into the bathtub, which is fine. However, the bathtub was not set flush against the wall, so there was a gap between the bathtub and the wall, and I don't know how they could possibly clean that area. For the record, I assume they do clean that, and there was no odor or anything. It was just very dark and odd. The reason I mention it is because there was no shower curtain, door, or any other barrier to prevent the water from the shower from going everywhere, including into that odd crevice between the bathtub and the shower. Instead of a door or shower curtain, they seemed to have installed a very tall bathtub that was so tall it was difficult to step into and out of. It was just very odd and mildly dangerous. Not great for short people or anyone with injuries.

The breakfast was amazing. Well worth the stay alone. Room had AC, which is always a plus in Europe. Bed was comfortable and shower had nice hot water pressure.

Slitt hotel. Sikkert vært fint på 90 tallet, men hotellet er utdatert. Rommet luktet gammelt og innrøykt. Vanskelig å få kjøpt drikke fra restauranten, da de tydelig kun var opptatt av spisende gjester i restauranten. Ikke verdt prisen. Bildene ser veldig fin ut, men virkeligheten er en annen. Rikt utvalg på frokosten, og hyggelig personale i resepsjonen

Enjoyed my stay staff was very helpful

Overall a good stay, breakfast was amazing, the room was ok, I had no electricity on one morning but after that it was ok. I wasn’t very impressed at check out when I was presented with a 34 euro dinner from the on site restaurant, considering I ate out every night. Luckily I didn’t get forced to pay it as the staff agreed it was a mistake with the room number.

We booked from 17 th July to 27th .Many comments here did not do the hotel justice. They criticised the hotel for being outdated whilst this is the theme of the hotel(70’s), it reminds you of beautiful memories. The location is great, you have underground free parking, most hotels in Europe now charge you a daily rate of €14 euros per night. The staff are amazing, from the reception , great lady who did our room, the staff at breakfast, always have a smile, the breakfast is great especially the coffee. Always 2 cappuccinos first then 2 espresso’s. The restaurant is also great. Great holiday, if I do come back to Sardinia, I will book at this hotel without hesitation. Grazie mille. Tarik

Hotel ben posizionato con mezzi pubblici vicini per raggiungere centro e Poetto. La struttura, seppur non modernissima, offre tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottima la colazione, che prevede anche un'ampia scelta di "superfood". Ma quello che fa la differenza, e lo dico da viaggiatore esperto, è la cortesia, la disponibilità, l'attenzione del personale. Eccellente la reception, bel oltre le aspettative, e cosi anche il resto del personale (sala colazione, bar, pulizie). Trattamento da 5 stelle Superior. Bravi !

The hotel is not near absolutely anything. No resultants or even corner shops for small bits to buy with 15 mins. I don’t know how it’s a 4 star to be honest, the rooms are incredibly old and I’m never fussed with that kind of stuff. It’s just an incredibly inconvenient hotel that needs refurbishing.
