Hotel avec un bon accueil. Mention particulière pour la très bonne restauration à un prix correct.

Great facilities. Refurb on whilst we were staying but staff didn't really go the extra mile to mitigate the changes lots of hassle on check in. Asked for an invoice for business expenses as need VAT one. Hotel said they can't provide this despite the fact I have one from another Holiday Inn I stayed at 3 days ago on the same trip (also booked through Hotels.com). Asked for a credit card for room security expenses in case of damage - again the earlier Holiday Inn from the same trip didn't need this so seems to be different protocols between hotels in the chain? Hotel were also complicated about using pool. Can't use it after check out and this wasn't communicated on check in so worth being aware of this limitation. They did extend check out to allow this so resolved in the end but worth being aware of.

Very bad experience: - Major building works blocking the main entrance - Paint and carpet work on my floor - Strong paint fumes affecting my asthma - Spa/Jacuzzi closed without prior notice and dust everywhere - Lift access not working properly - Accessibility barriers despite my visual impairment being noted on the booking - Very rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic reception staff

The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean but the bed was a bit small and hard.
