Wonderful place. Would give five stars but the only elevator was out of order on our last day and we were on the fourth (tech 5th, they start at zero), with luggage.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff were one of many reasons I would return here. The hotel is located close to many attractions, yet is on quiet streets close to many bars and restaurants. I had a room on the top floor which was maintained daily, with a small seating area away from the main room, great bathroom facilities and a free minibar that was restocked. The spa was quiet and a pleasant end to a busy day of sight-seeing. I ended each day with a glass of wine from the bar and these were always good quality wines.

The hotel is within short walking distance to all the attractions. The receptionists are friendly. We enjoyed the swimming pool—although it’s quite small, the water is warm and clean. The sauna and steam room are lovely, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast is continental and sufficient. We would recommend adding some fresh, sliced local tomatoes like the ones we saw at the nearby market. The cappuccino is very excellent. We also enjoyed our Piedmont dinner at the restaurant across the road, which was recommended by the hotel.

En famille à 4, nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre, la suite est grande et bien décorée. Néanmoins, le sol n'était pas toujours nickel, mais la propreté de l'ensemble de la chambre était correct. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely delightful. We loved the design, and the entire place looked brand new with many modern amenities. The staff was gentle and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The drinks and snacks in the fridge were complimentary, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options, including gluten-free choices, and was served in a charming restaurant that also offers delicious fish dishes for lunch and dinner. Across the street, there's another fantastic restaurant that specializes in traditional dishes from Torino and Piemonte. Our room was comfortable and featured a small balcony that we enjoyed. La habitación estaba impecable, y la ubicación está perfecta, a una cuadra de la calle Garibaldi. Esta cerca del movimiento pero alejado para pasar una noche tranquila. El servicio está perfecto y el desayuno muy completo. Les recomiendo revisar su horario de llegada, ya que la recepción cierra a las 11:30 pm, nosotros casi no llegamos por un retraso en el vuelo.

Vi havde 3 overnatninger. Beliggenheden er fantastisk, i gåafstand til de bedste restauranter, caféer, museer, shopping, osv. i den gamle bydel/Centro. Hotellet er lille og smukt indrettet. Meget lækker morgenmad. Minibaren er inkl. i prisen og fyldes op dagligt. Glæd jer til aftenerne på de små torve 2 minutters gang fra hotellet. Stor suite og min mand på 2 meter nød, at der er meget højt til loftet. Det negative er, at døren til balkonen ikke var lydtæt og selvom de forsøgte at lukke den helt til, måtte vi købe ørepropper for at falde i søvn og for at kunne sove, når der var trafik om morgenen. Der er ikke en dør til badeværelset, så man kan ikke liste i bad uden at vække sin partner. Der manglede knager til håndklæderne og der var en parfumestank på toilettet, som var meget ubehagelig. Sengen var utrolig smuk, men madrassen var alt for hård til os og vi var helt ødelagte i ryggen hver morgen. Dette er en smagssag. Kvinderne i receptionen var søde og hjælpsomme. Deres manager kunne godt lære noget af dem (han mente, at det ikke var hans problem, at døren ikke var korrekt installeret… men det er jo heller ikke vores). Spaen er helt ny, men vi gik ikke derned. Hvis madrassen ikke var så hård og døren lukket tæt, så vi ikke blev generet af trafikken, ville vi have givet 5 stjerner. Ps jeg har boet og arbejdet i Torino for 20 år siden, og I finder ikke en bedre beliggenhed :-)

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location was perfect.. the staff was friendly and helpful.. the room was clean spacious and quiet… the breakfast buffet was amazing. Top notch! Highly recommend!

A very good sized suite .just be careful as when showering, the tray has a tendency to overflow and wet all the floor. Breakfast was very nice. This hotel is within walking distance of a lot of the fantastic sights. There is a hotel restaurant opposite which was very good and some fantastic local bars and eating places all around.

Palazzo Bellezia is a charming boutique hotel conveniently located near all the attractions in Turin. The building has four floors, and we stayed in a room on the top floor, nestled in the attic. While the attic design presented some unique challenges with the layout and space, the unusual design added character and worked well for us. The service at Palazzo Bellezia is warm and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the complimentary minibar.

Torino is a beautiful city, and Palazzo Bellezia is a beautiful small hotel in an excellent location. The spacious suite was very comfortable, quiet and tastefully decorated. Reception staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Max, who put up with our very limited Italian (he speaks English) and gave us terrific recommendations. He made our stay special, and we will happily return the next time we visit Torino.

We felt that we got great value for money with this accomodation, it really was a luxury/boutique hotel, room was spacious, balcony was great and the added bonus the mini bar was included and the spa too! The location was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel - just be aware need to arrive before 11pm to check in 😁 we were delayed and just made it in the nick of the time.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff were one of many reasons I would return here. The hotel is located close to many attractions, yet is on quiet streets close to many bars and restaurants. I had a room on the top floor which was maintained daily, with a small seating area away from the main room, great bathroom facilities and a free minibar that was restocked. The spa was quiet and a pleasant end to a busy day of sight-seeing. I ended each day with a glass of wine from the bar and these were always good quality wines.

The staff members "Agusto" and "Max" Were very helpful, in recommending the best places to visit, best restaurants, and getting the right type of Cab\'s to travel. I had a great stay at Palazzo Bellezia Luxury Suites. They accommodated a late check in and made sure I was set up properly. Breakfast was great and the rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again.

Cet établissement est superbe avec une déco magnifique que ce soit dans les chambres ou au restaurant pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Hôtel très propre et très bien situé. Nous sommes tombés sur Augusto, le réceptionniste de l’hôtel qui est une personne extraordinaire et qui n’hésite pas à se plier en quatre pour rendre service !!! Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés !!!

Breakfast was great. Restaurant also did dinner in evening which was also good and handy to have as the weather was cool and rainy. Room was very spacious and quiet. Overall pretty darn good.

Excellent stay!!! Wayyy better than expected! Very kind & helpful personnel. Excellent location. Fantastic & spacious room AND bathroom!!! Couldn’t find any drawback. Just to propose a “touch” towards perfection / improvement, I would suggest a bigger variety in the breakfast. Will definitely stay at the same hotel next time I visit Torino

Excellent room and facilities, bed comfy, contrary to some comments online it was easy to find. Convenient for all main tourist options. Breakfast was plentiful.Hotel connected to (mostly) seafood restaurant - not big seafood fans so we didn't try it. Would recommend to any visitor to Turin

Perfect gelegen in de oude stad nabij alle bezienswaardigheden. Prachtige kamer met alle voorzieningen. Als de spa af zal zijn zal het zeker een meerwaarde zijn. Ontbijt is basic als je het vergelijkt met de kamer. Geen vers fruitsap en zalm, te weinig keuzes. De restaurants die bij het hotel horen waren teleurstellend. We aten bij Osteria Tagliere en er werden zaken extra aangerekend die we niet hadden gevraagd (andere duurdere fles omdat degene die we vroegen er niet meer was maar ons beloofd werd dat ze aan dezelfde prijs zou aangeboden worden… niet dus/ ook digestiefje op tafel gezet zonder te vragen en dan aanrekenen). Jammer want het hotel op zich verdient 5 sterren maar de randgebeurtenissen doen het een ster verliezen.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The room was lovely and spacious. The only downside was the bidet toilet; we don't use it at all, but it caused the bathroom to constantly smell like urine. At breakfast, it was clear the staff were trying hard to keep things running smoothly. However, the scrambled eggs frequently ran out, as did the bread, spoons, mugs, or other small items; we had to ask for them specifically. Still, this wasn't a major issue for us. One downside was that only coffee was available—there was no hot chocolate for me or the girls—so our breakfast ended up consisting of yogurt and orange juice. We would have liked a better selection of vegetables and fruit, but the effort was certainly good, and the space itself was beautiful. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we were able to park our rental car in a nearby parking garage for the week. It cost 140 euros. We really enjoyed the spa, especially the young girls; the pool water was warm. There were some minor shortcomings, but overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.
