The hotel interior and exterior are simewhat tired and need redecorating. Main lift was not working so had to use a service elevator. Insufficient staff at breakfast, although the 2 waitresses were rushed off their feet!

Excellently situated. Our room (420) had a view of both the harbour and the beach. The down side of that was a drill or boat engine started up at 7am, so the windows could do with an extra layer of glazing to keep the noise out! Easy walk to the Swansea Arena. The beds were comfortable and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Excellent power shower. Every member of staff from housekeeping to restaurant/bar to reception was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast, with poached eggs and omelette made to order.

Nice modern clean hotel close to city centre, and also the promenade and beach. Walking distance to all amenities, including Marina.
