My elderly parents stayed at this hotel after a long drive and were extremely disappointed by the experience. The room was dirty, smelled unpleasant, had stained furniture, dirty windows, and an overall unclean and poorly maintained appearance. The outside view and surrounding area were also very unpleasant. When they went to the front desk to politely explain the issues and ask for assistance, they felt dismissed and treated disrespectfully by staff. Rather than showing concern or attempting to resolve the problem professionally, their concerns were not taken seriously, which made the situation even more upsetting. As senior citizens, they were simply looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest for the night, but instead left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and disrespected. The overall experience did not reflect the level of cleanliness, professionalism, or hospitality expected from a Holiday Inn property. Management should take guest concerns more seriously, especially when it comes to room cleanliness and respectful customer service. Very disappointing experience overall.

Its money waist don't come age washroom is dirty.

Man at the check-in counter was reluctantly helpful and projected an arrogant attitude. Overall, not an impressive representation of the staff at the hotel. Further, the hotel is only maintaining minimal aesthetic repairs. In my opinion, they’re 20% above the actual value of the room for a night. This should be a last resort stop and only if you’re staying briefly for one night.

The room was fantastic and the staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in was absolutely fabulous. The only thing I would say is it was disappointing that the hot tub was not open, and the restaurant is no longer open, just for theirs breakfast. Other than that, great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

Came for 2 nights stay for a wedding. The property is clean and staff was very nice.
