The pool wasn't open which was very disappointing for our children who had been looking forward to using it all day! We choose the hotel because it had a pool!

Hotel und Zimmer war sehr gut. Parkplatz in der eigenen Tiefgarage sehr enge Zu-und Abfahrt. Der Preis dafür (24,-€) ist Wucher! Steht in keinem Verhältnis!

We liked the price and the hotel quality. The center city was maybe 10 minutes; a nice walk. The underground parking was very convenient ( but a bit tight by USA standards).

A very nice hotel located only a few minutes walk from the center of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and definitely worth buying or adding on as an option when you book. Parking was easy and spacious. The hotel was very clean (apart from the shower head that had a lot of mineral build up which I cleaned off myself to improve the water pressure in the shower). Located right across the road from a school but we didn't experience any noise problems at all. It's centrally located in a safe area and withing easy walking distance to the main town square. Would we stay here again? Most definitely yes! A very nice hotel providing every amenity we needed.

Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Hier wird auf Minute gearbeitet und sich erst bewegt wenn es sein muss. Während wir auf unser Zimmer gewartet haben, war niemand da, bei dem man etwas auf der Terrasse hätte zu trinken bestellen können. Weil das Personal der Bar / Restaurant 20 Minuten eher Feierabend gemacht hat und die Rezeption sich nicht kooperativ gezeigt hat. Daher saßen 10 Leute wartend auf dem Trockenen. Saubertkeit: Unser Zimmer war um 15 Uhr noch als "nicht sauber" gemeldet. Nach interner Rückfrage war es dann "sauber" und im Zimmer angekommen hatten wir dann ein halb geputztes Bad (viele lange Haare in der Dusche). Das wurde bis abends behoben und gereinigt. Dann hatten wir morgens nur eiskaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Dafür wurde uns das Parken erlassen. Lage ist echt gut. Aber von dem Hotel hätte ich mit mehr erwartet.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und für eine größere Stadt ruhig gelegen. Parken ist sehr teuer. In der Umgebung kann man von 19:00 bis 07:00 Uhr kostenlos parken, wenn man einen Parkplatz findet. Auch zwischen dieser Zeit ist das Parken außerhalb des Hotels günstiger. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte extrem schräge Wände, an denen man sich den Kopf leicht stoßen konnte. War besonders für die zweite Person schwierig, wenn sie sich nachts zum Toilettengang an den schrägen Wänden vorbeizwängen musste. Unser Zimmer lag im 4 Stock. Für eine Nacht konnte man das aber verschmerzen. Dafür konnte man die Fenster öffnen, was für uns Frischluft-Schläfer ein echtes Plus war. Frühstück war super. Wie immer viel zu viel;-)

Das Hotel liegt zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und verwinkelt, die Ausfahrt zum Glück wesentlich einfacher. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Betten gut. Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen, nur Kaffee im Zimmer getrunken. Keine Minibar vorhanden!

Sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt, Zimmer, Lobby und Frühstücksraum sehr schön. Das einzige was ich störend empfand, war das Zimmer mit Durchgangstür zum Nebenzimmer, welches auch belegt war und die Tür war nicht gut schall isolierend

POSITIVE ÜBERRASCHUNG! DANK DES TEAMS! DORINT? Ist doch „Kette“, das kann höchstens durchschnittlich sein. Denkt man, bedient Vorurteile. Weit daneben, denn DAS war mal eine absolute Ausnahme. Ja, das Haus steht wohl schon ein paar Tage, und hier und da könnte mal ein Pinsel geschwungen werden. Was dort jedoch an Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, Blick auf den Gast gelebt wird, ist eben NICHT „Kette“, das ist hochprofessionell, das ist unerwartet, und im Ergebnis einfach mal erfreulich. Danke! Komme ich wieder nach WÜ, bin ich bei Ihnen!

Unfortunately, during our stay construction was happening right outside our room, this lead to an incredibly noisy morning, work started at 7:00 am. Also one end of the street was blocked off due to construction so we had to walk around the block to get to the front entrance of the hotel. The staff did not mention this or warn us or compensate us in any other way. The breakfast however was great and they were kind enough to store our luggage until we caught a train to our next city.

이른 체크인도 가능했구요 다락방이 불편해서 방 변경요청했는데 흔쾌히 변경해주었어요 조식도 너무 훌륭했구요 호텔위치도 시내를 둘러보고 기차를 이용하기어 좋았습니다

Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Hier wird auf Minute gearbeitet und sich erst bewegt wenn es sein muss. Während wir auf unser Zimmer gewartet haben, war niemand da, bei dem man etwas auf der Terrasse hätte zu trinken bestellen können. Weil das Personal der Bar / Restaurant 20 Minuten eher Feierabend gemacht hat und die Rezeption sich nicht kooperativ gezeigt hat. Daher saßen 10 Leute wartend auf dem Trockenen. Saubertkeit: Unser Zimmer war um 15 Uhr noch als "nicht sauber" gemeldet. Nach interner Rückfrage war es dann "sauber" und im Zimmer angekommen hatten wir dann ein halb geputztes Bad (viele lange Haare in der Dusche). Das wurde bis abends behoben und gereinigt. Dann hatten wir morgens nur eiskaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Dafür wurde uns das Parken erlassen. Lage ist echt gut. Aber von dem Hotel hätte ich mit mehr erwartet.

Wir sind anlässlich einer Hochzeit früher angereist. Obwohl es für einen Early Check-in noch zu früh war, wurden wir an der Rezeption wunderbar unterstützt. Uns wurde ein Tagungsraum zum Umziehen zur Verfügung gestellt, und wir konnten unser Gepäck problemlos am Empfang deponieren. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür!

I do not recommend this hotel if you come by car! The parking garage for 24 EUR is insanely small and narrow, we almost did not have place to park our car. According the information the hotel has given was that it had free parking nearby. This is false information! Also one elevator did not work, so we had to go up down with one elevator to pick up other guests, I think we went on every floor up down until we got to the correct floor.. Not so friendly staff, very nonchalant. I truly recommend that you look for another hotel in Wurzburg.

En recepción son muy amables, te reciben con bebida y un mapa turístico de la ciudad en varios idiomas que sirve bastante, la habitación es amplia, camas cómodas y buena limpieza. También tienen la opción de almacenar tu equipaje aún después de hacer el check-out.

Das Zimmer war supergroß und sauber. Es gab eine Regendusche und man konnte das Fenster ganz öffnen. Gepäckaufbewahrung war problemlos möglich und alle waren sehr nett. Lage ist nah an Innenstadt und Hbf. Würde hier wieder übernachten!

Mooie, ruime en schone kamer met een comfortabel bed en een fijne badkamer met douche. Het ontbijt in het hotel was top: heerlijk en gevarieerd. De omgeving van het hotel was rommelig en onhandig, omdat de straat was opgebroken. Hierdoor was keten erg lastig. Wel was er een parkeergarage onder het hotel.

Rent och fint rum. Bra design i rummet. Fint badrum. Bra TV. Ligger en perfekt lagom promenad från centrum. Mycket tyst. Trångt garage och dyr frukost (hur kan det kosta 25 euro för övernattande gäster?!) är väl de enda negativa sakerna.

I have to change rooms because there was a holon one side of the wall where the AC unit supposed to be. Breakfast was not included on the price. It cost 25 dollars a day. There are other hotels around where the prices are better.

We stayed in one of the very charming characteristics rooms! Everything was great and staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good. We travelled with our baby and we're given a good cot for her. Unfortunately we weren't able to park in the garage, as it was full. There was also an old fridge in the room that didn't work - it would have been really useful to have one that did.

It was a generic hotel. Parking was expensive. The room was fine, albeit that it's Chromecast didn't work. The a/c was limited so the room was quite warm on a hot day/night.
