Great room and friendly staff and breakfast. They have their rooftop bar closed on Sundays and Mondays all year around which is really bad. We looked forward to a drink on the top floor during the vacation period.

Velholdt klassisk kæde-hotel, med gode faciliteter for familier og venligt personale. Rigtig fint og rummeligt familieværelse, selvom indretningen godt kunne være lidt mere børnevenligt. God morgenmad og især et plus med den lille børne-buffet. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold som kan anbefales.

Velholdt klassisk kæde-hotel, med gode faciliteter for familier og venligt personale. Rigtig fint og rummeligt familieværelse, selvom indretningen godt kunne være lidt mere børnevenligt. God morgenmad og især et plus med den lille børne-buffet. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold som kan anbefales.

Kanonfint hotell som varmt kan rekommenderas. Har faktiskt inget alls att klaga på. Det enda lite tråkiga var att skybaren var stängd den veckodag vi var där. Vill man inte ut på stan för att äta så var hotellets restaurang både trevlig och bra.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im radisson blu und waren im grossen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Es liegt super zentral, die zimmer sind schön groß und modern eingerichtet. Die sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht überragend. Das Frühstück war auch gut, allerdings würde etwas Abwechslung gut tun.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im radisson blu und waren im grossen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Es liegt super zentral, die zimmer sind schön groß und modern eingerichtet. Die sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht überragend. Das Frühstück war auch gut, allerdings würde etwas Abwechslung gut tun.

Wir waren schon oft zu Gast und kommen auch jetzt definitiv wieder, wenn wir in Rostock sind. Das Hotel bietet einfach alles. Es ist wie immer sehr modern und sauber. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter fällt in diesem Hotel immer wieder zufrieden auf.

Leider war der Zimmerservice nicht sauber und gründlich, Zimmer- und Bad Ecken waren staubig/ schmutzig.Waschbecken und Toilette 2x bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Trotz Hinweis, dass unter dem Bett Müll liegt - wurde dieser nicht entsorgt. Kommunikationsbarriere mit Reinigungskräften, unsere Erwartung von jeglichem Personal vernünftig begrüßt zu werden, einfachste Verständigung z.B. Bitte Folge zu leisten das Zimmer später zu reinigen. Diese Hinweise zur Weiterentwicklung sind zwischendurch sowie bei Abreise unsererseits angesprochen worden.

Great location near the ocean and many restaurants. Modern and very well maintained. Parking is convenient with ramp parking under the hotel. Only complaint is that the air conditioning does not get very cold but this is fairly normal in Europe.

Rent och fint med hjälpsam personal. Tysta rum. Nära shoppingstråk. 25 min promenad t tågststationen och 20 min i taxi till färjehamnen. Gångare åker sedan buss till båten efter man hämtat biljett.

Alles TOP, bis auf die Bar -DISLIKE-. 4 Kolleg*innen stehen mit dem Rücken zum Gast und diskreditieren andere nicht anwesende Kolleg*innen. Das der Gast mithören kann, wird völlig ignoriert. Nachservice? Nö! Lieber noch ein bischen intrigieren. Aktive Kundenansprache? Niemals. Gläser aus der Spülmaschine räumen ist wichtiger. Lächeln? Wo geht es hier in den Keller? Stattdessen wird das lange- und offene Haar ständig nach hinten geworfen. Tipp: Haargummis gibt es an der Rezeption. Und Lächeln gibt es bei Starbucks nebenan geschenkt. If you want a carefree stay, don't book at this hotel. At checkout, they say you still have to pay for the night, even though you indicate you had already done so when booking. The receptionist said that due to the takeover, all their information is incorrect and if the payment is double, they will refund it to the customer. Don't hand over your credit card, because they'll just charge all the unexplained amounts to you. After eight phone calls, four emails and two weeks later we finally got our money back. No apology or compensation for the time we spent sorting out their paperwork. Again, don't book this hotel if you want a carefree stay, because you'll have plenty of hassles after staying at this hotel.

Leider beharrt Radisson Blu offenbar ziemlich strickt auf dem Eincheck-Zeitpunkt von 15 Uhr. Wir wurden um 13:15 von einem arroganten Herrn echt unfreundlich abgewiesen mit dem Hinweis: "Sie müssen halt um 15 Uhr nochmals kommen". Behandelt man so Gäste?!? Bei zweiten Versuch bei einer Dame hat es dann problemlos geklappt.

Dejligt hotel med rigtig god, venlig og vidende service i receptionen. Dejligt rummeligt værelse og stort udvalg på morgenbuffetten. Vi har kun to "minus" oplevelser under vort 4 dages ophold, nemlig: 2. dagen opdagede vi at den ene stander med sprit ved buffetten var tom. Det gjorde vi opmærksom på. Men den var stadig tom 3. og 4. dag. Første aften spiste vi i restauranten. Maden fejlede ikke noget, men betjeningen var meget uprofessionel. Vi blev betjent af mindst 4 forskellige. Personen der tog imod bestillingen kendte ikke menukortet eller dagens pasta. Vi fik serveret hovedretter mens der stadig var forretstallerkener på bordet, og to af os fik ikke kniv og gaffel før vi bad om det. Senere fik vi te og måtte vente til vi kunne få personalets opmærksomhed før vi kunne bede om manglende kop. Vi havde helt sikkert spist på hotellet sidste aften, hvis oplevelsen havde været bedre.

Meget lækkert hotel, ligger helt centralt med ca 100 m. til gågade/center og det samme til sporvognen. Flot udsigt over havnen fra vores ret store familieværelse. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Great location near the ocean and many restaurants. Modern and very well maintained. Parking is convenient with ramp parking under the hotel. Only complaint is that the air conditioning does not get very cold but this is fairly normal in Europe.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Atmosphäre und die Zimmer sind großzügig. Die Lage ist nicht ganz so toll, weil es an den Hauptverkehrsadern von Rostock liegt, Vorteil ist allerdings die Erreichbarkeit.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Frühstücksbüffet hervorragend, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Roomservice aus dem Restaurant schnell und sehr lecker, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, lediglich am Empfang geht es noch ein wenig zuvorkommender. Ansonsten: Topp!

Hotellet var totalt sätt mycket bra och servicen i receptionen mycket bra. Rummet var stort och fint. Bra luftkonditionering. Bra utsikt! Läget på hotellet var perfekt för oss. Jag rekommenderar inte att äta i restaurangen på kvällen. Det tog mer än 45 min för oss att få vår mat och de glömde en del av beställningen. Det var inte bra. Frukosten var dock mycket god! Det blev fel vid betalningen och efter utcheckning och betalning så reserverade Radisson hela beloppet ytterligare en gång på mitt kreditkort.

If you want a carefree stay, don't book at this hotel. At checkout, they say you still have to pay for the night, even though you indicate you had already done so when booking. The receptionist said that due to the takeover, all their information is incorrect and if the payment is double, they will refund it to the customer. Don't hand over your credit card, because they'll just charge all the unexplained amounts to you. After eight phone calls, four emails and two weeks later we finally got our money back. No apology or compensation for the time we spent sorting out their paperwork. Again, don't book this hotel if you want a carefree stay, because you'll have plenty of hassles after staying at this hotel.
