Aufmerksames und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr bequeme Betten, gute Isolierung und insgesamt gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Der Pool könnte wärmer sein, dann würden ihn auch mehr Leute benutzen.

Hôtel de moyenne gamme mais très correct et bien placé dans Tel Aviv. L'accueil était très bien, le réceptionniste parlait toutes les langues, bravo à lui! La propreté des chambres laissait bcp à désirer, vraiment le ménage très mal fait, le papier toilettes était limite rationné. Le lit était très moi et peu confortable, pour moi. Le petit déjeuner était correct, pas extraordinaire et même un peu décevant. La piscine est un gros gros plus, pas très grande, un peu fraîche mais très agréable.

My son and I stayed at the Metropolitan for 7 nights and were generally very happy with our stay. It's ideally located for the beach and all the bars and restaurants you could possibly want, plus it makes a great base for sightseeing. The room was small but comfortable and we generally slept well. The room cleaning left a bit to be desired, however, when I mentioned it to the reception staff, they made every effort to quickly rectify the situation, even leaving us a lovely fruit platter by way of an apology that evening. There's a nice, clean rooftop pool with a sundeck, which we made good use of, as well as a small gym with basic equipment. The staff work really hard to keep guests happy and are generally polite and friendly. Valentin was particularly helpful and lovely, as was Avi. The hotel tends to be used for teenage tour groups, so expect to see them arriving and departing en masse during the summer months. However, this did not disturb us or cause a problem. The breakfast buffet is superb! So much choice, along with certain dishes I have never tried before and have since tried to replicate at home. All in all, we were very happy with our choice and felt the Metropolitan provided good value for money. Even though it's not the most opulent of hotels, we felt very 'at home' there. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Tel Aviv.

Que dire : j'ai réservé un hotel à Tel Aviv avec Piscine, salle de sport. J'arrive à l'hotel, la piscine est fermée pour cause de travaux (au moins deux mois de travaux vu l'état du chantier...), la salle de sport est également hors d'usage. Personnel peu aimable m'expliquant d'abord que c'était à cause de la guerre (qui n'a durée que 12 jours et vu l'état des travaux à effectuer, ce n'est pas ce retard qui explique cela), ensuite, on me dit que c'est écrit sur le site de l'hotel (très drôle lorsque l'on sait que la réservation a été faite il y a plusieurs mois et donc, je ne me rends pas sur le site de l'hotel tous les jours suivants pour voir s'il y a des nouveautés). Bref, on se moque de moi car il suffisait d'envoyer un message pour prévenir de la fermeture de l'ensemble des services de l'hotel (j'ai au contraire recu des messages m'indiquant que la piscine était ouverte en juillet... encore très drôle). Evidemment, aucune réduction n'a été proposée sur le prix payé. Et je ne parle pas de l'état de la chambre avec un vieux rideau de douche dans la salle de bain qui colle à la peau, un rideau occultant dans la chambre qui est percé à plusieurs endroits laissant passer la lumière (réveil assuré vers 5H00 du matin...). Bref, à fuir !!!!

You'd be hard-pressed to find better value accommodation in Tel Aviv. The location is fantastic, especially for a beach holiday, but it is an easy walk to the Dizengoff Centre and Carmel markets. The reception staff were all helpful and patient, the buffet breakfast is good value in an expensive and the pool is a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

This was my third time staying at the Metropolitan Hotel. It’s a wonderful place! Ronit—at the front desk—was so incredibly warm and helpful for all parts of my stay and I really appreciated having the chance to stay at this fantastic hotel again. I hadn’t been to the pool during my prior stays, but used it this time and really enjoyed it! The breakfast was fantastic too!

The pool area is small & not somewhere you’d want to lounge for a long time, but nice for a dip in the pool. Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly & helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

La moquette n a pas ete nettoyee pendant nos 5 j : bouts de papier blancs presents a l arrivee et au depart bien que sur le passage central de la chambre. Une renovation des chambres serait bienvenue

Hôtel très vieillissant méritant une vraie rénovation.. Pour le minimum ça va. En revanche, ce qui reste excusable, c’est la propreté. Moquette, tachée, et ce dans une suite.

It is an older property. But, rooms well kept. Clean. No smell. Excellent service. The breakfast is VERY good. Lots of options. Would go back.

This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. It took over 3 hours to check us in, we were sitting in the lobby with two little kids tired, hungry, just wanting to go to our room. Just PLEASE save yourself the trouble and never stay here. Rooms are outdated, beds are uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom stunk so bad from the pipes, we had to cover it in perfume to be able to even use the restrooms. I had to call hotels.com and complain, they had to call the hotel and speak to the manager for us to check in. It was overall such a horrible experience. This hotel is not family friendly, it is so dirty, the room we stayed in had dirty cups, floors, beds, pillows stunk like I can’t even explain. I will never book again, and I recommend everyone avoid booking to save yourself a headache. I never leave horrid reviews because I understand things happen, it’s impossible for things to be perfect. But the way my family and I were disrespected it was insane. Please, I’m begging you guys CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. This hotel was horrible, the smell was so bad I think I got sick because of it. Please stay away at all costs. Please. I’m really trying to save you guys from a horrendous stay. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else, this hotel was insane. Horrible service, rude staff, overall if I could give zero starts I would!!!!!

You could not be closer to everything than this. The food is excellent. The staff is excellent. The rooms have enough space, are well organized and clean. Exactly what we wanted.

Good value for money. Very good staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are not wow...but have all you need (hot water in the shower, great aircondition, comfortable bed, clean quiet room). You have so many things to do in the area...you are hardly in the room anyway...

Great location for beach , market , restaurants and shops. Enjoyed days split pool and beach. Great breakfast choice. The large noisy tour groups were annoying at times - most kids pleasant but not all ! Rooms beach side have great views - windows spoit it slightly as filthy. Fab aircon in hotel and rooms. Will be back.

Rooms are tiny! You can get a different hotel with larger rooms for this price. When we wanted to add a dinner for the 2 nights we were staying the price was outrageous! It was better to go out and find a place with food that you like and pay less! Overall I would not recommend this place!

I have stayed in different hotels during my travels to Asia, Europe , Mexico and the USA. Metropolitan Hotel surpassed most of the ones I stayed at. The Customer Care is Exceptional.Valentin’s professionalism and organizational skills is top of the line. He accurately guided us on how to have a great experience in touring the areas of interests and where to safely get to the places of necessity. Ronit was very welcoming and even offered us a free meal upon arrival from a very long flight. Zebulon, the Restaurant Manager was so gracious and invited us for lunch, we experienced the true meaning of Shabath Shalom. Ahmed made sure we took something to snack on for our whole day tour just in case we’ll have a late lunch. The staff at this hotel are the prime example of Excellent Customer Service. they just don’t do business. They really emulate that they care for the guests. They all made sure our stay is comfortable, enjoyable and all our needs and expectations are met. I highly recommend stay in this hotel. Special thanks to Valentin. Awesome service! We had booked a Superior room with sea view, look at your web-site, when we got there we were told we had a standard room and we paid for an upgrade with sea view. we told her if we can get an upgrade as it was my wife birthday she gave her a small candy bar for it, (she think we are little kids). when we got the room it was very small, so we had to pay gain to upgrade to a better room. we paid an extra of 300 NIS per night. the front lady Yanita who had served us the night we got in, offer some else a free upgrade the night another without the person even asking. we even told the Yanita that we were looking to come back in the spring time for our grandchild Bar Mitzvah with 50 people, but she did mot care. also some of the food was being used the day after and that should not be. we were not happy at lot with this hotel.

Very well placed, 2 minutes walk to the beach frontage. Easy walk to the main centre for bars and restaurants. Good breakfast selection. Poor bar area. Nice lounge/lobby

I loved Rona the service manager. The hotel itself is old and tired. I thought it was over priced for tge quality of the hotel. Good selection at breakfast. And Rona is great. No parking available at the hotel which was a major headache for us. We will not return to this establishment.
