We booked a suite for 2 nights due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was simply amazing. Very spacious, elegant, modern, fully equipped and luxurious. Sauna and Hamam inside the room! The whole facility is very well preserved, excellent decorated and sparkling clean. The staff is always there to assist, polite and always smiling and asking if we are satisfied. A very safe environment; our kids had twice a small accident and lifeguard and doctor were there in seconds to evaluate the situation and assist. Pricey but totally worth it and will definitely visit it again. The only thing I would recommend is to create a kids club to occupy little kids during the day. Highly recommended!

This is a stunning hotel, the staff make it be so good. Nothing is ever an issue, even when I had a couple of minor little issues, they got rectified straight away. Everywhere was nice and clean and fresh looking. The breakfast itself was lovely, a good selection, but would have been nice if it was a bit more varied each day, but what was on offer was well cooked. Yes, you are not very close to many restaurants, even though the one in the restaurant for an evening meal was amazing and delicious food was had. The shuttle into town was perfect for us, dropped us in town and then we had 3hrs before we came back, plenty of time for a drink and a meal. The pool is a good size and kept nice and clean

Looking a for a hotel close to the airport, then this is for you. Luxury encapsulated. We stayed for two nights, once on our way to our holiday destination, and once on the way back. On our outward journey we were given an upgrade to a suite, very nice! On the return not so much luck but still a very nice room. Travelling with a 16 year-old teenager maybe it's time for separate rooms. The concierge arranged both a pick-up and drop-off at the airport, and it worked like clockwork - first class service . The facilities in the hotel were second to none, and we were wishing we had stayed a bit longer to enjoy the full experience. My only gripe was the limited choice on the menu, but as my son has an "egg" allergy he expects to have fewer options than most. Overall, we will definitely be back.

Great stay! Extremely comfortable, clean, spacious resort. Great pool and spacious sun loungers area makes it not feel busy. Spa services were fab, great gym. Had a wonderful massage and a mani/pedi. They even have a “12-free” nail polish brand. Complimentary shuttle to/from airport. Great breakfast, and the food at the main restaurant is wonderful. Only suggestion would be to improve the room service dinner menu, as was a bit limited with not many vegetables with the dishes.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, kompetenten Personal. Eignet sich zum abschalten und verwöhnen lassen. Leider etwas weit von der Stadt Thessaloniki - mit einem Mietwagen aber kein Problem. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden - kostenlos. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet wie auch das Restaurant. Die Anlage allgemein ist sehr ansprechend. Fitness und Indoor Pool inklusive.

Although we were there for only 1 night, and although this property was a bit more expensive than we usually pay, it was totally worth it! The place is huge and immaculate with lots to do. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, and for the price (12 euros), quite a bargain! We also took advantage of their sleek, modern fitness center, which included a heated indoor pool! The staff was very attentive, especially the concierge, Marios, who took care of our rental car situation with ease (many thanks, sir!). In sum, you won't go wrong staying here if you're in town.

Great and clean hotel with nice pool area and fantastic service. The location is maybe not the best if you want to explore Thessaloniki city which is a 15-20 min drive away but on the other hand, if you have a car you are in a very good spot to go visit all the cultural sites of the area and the beaches of Halkidiki. If you do not hsve a car they have shuttle buses several time a day though to the city center but also a beach club at the sea. We stayed one night for our last day of our Halkidiki vacation to be close to airport which was perfect for us. We will definitely come back for a longer stay since there are many activities we didn’t have time to explore and for a relaxing resort break we absolutely recommend this hotel.

Well run superior hotel. We had a ground level suite with a patio that opened out into a nice garden. The shuttle to the airport can be reserved when you check in. We took a taxi to the hotel the night before - 15EU.

C’est le plus bel hôtel que nous avons réservé sur le continent durant notre voyage de 2 semaines. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits. Excellent service, très confortable, hôtel de style resort avec grande piscine, palmiers et magnifique aménagement paysager. La nourriture est excellente. Stationnement disponible. Le seul petit bémol était le système d’air climatisé qui était un peu bruyant dans notre chambre. Le personnel est vraiment très avenant. Je recommande cet hôtel pour la région de Thessalonique.

This place was GREAT! I wish I stayed there earlier in my trip. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE!! The service was great and the front desk people helped me out a lot with getting taxis, etc. The grounds were gorgeous. Will definitely stay there again.

Although we were there for only 1 night, and although this property was a bit more expensive than we usually pay, it was totally worth it! The place is huge and immaculate with lots to do. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, and for the price (12 euros), quite a bargain! We also took advantage of their sleek, modern fitness center, which included a heated indoor pool! The staff was very attentive, especially the concierge, Marios, who took care of our rental car situation with ease (many thanks, sir!). In sum, you won't go wrong staying here if you're in town.

We booked a suite for 2 nights due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was simply amazing. Very spacious, elegant, modern, fully equipped and luxurious. Sauna and Hamam inside the room! The whole facility is very well preserved, excellent decorated and sparkling clean. A very safe environment; our kids had twice a small accident and lifeguard and doctor were there in seconds to evaluate the situation and assist. This is a stunning hotel, the staff make it be so good. Nothing is ever an issue, even when I had a couple of minor little issues, they got rectified straight away. Everywhere was nice and clean and fresh looking. The breakfast itself was lovely, a good selection, but would have been nice if it was a bit more varied each day, but what was on offer was well cooked. Yes, you are not very close to many restaurants, even though the one in the restaurant for an evening meal was amazing and delicious food was had. The shuttle into town was perfect for us, dropped us in town and then we had 3hrs before we came back, plenty of time for a drink and a meal. The pool is a good size and kept nice and clean

This place was GREAT! I wish I stayed there earlier in my trip. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE!! The service was great and the front desk people helped me out a lot with getting taxis, etc. The grounds were gorgeous. Will definitely stay there again.

The scheduled airport shuttle didn’t arrive, but the issue was resolved quickly. The shuttle from the beach arrived earlier than planned and left without us, despite our booking a specific time - again, this was sorted out promptly. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and service-minded, especially during breakfast. In the evening, however, service at the lobby restaurant was quite inconsistent, and on a few occasions, the beer served was noticeably less than it should have been. What I found most disappointing were the activities. Those listed (aqua gym, wellness) were practically non-existent, mainly, in my opinion, because none of the guests were informed about them. Staff mentioned they had regular members who usually attend, but they made no effort to involve others, which meant there were not enough participants for the classes. I tried the yoga session - it was in Greek, but if you’ve practiced yoga before it’s still easy to follow. It cost an extra €10, which I found reasonable. The tennis, on the other hand, was excellent - equipment was available, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered extra bottled water for free. No extra privilege för Hyatt members.

Wir kommen immer wieder gern in dieses Hotel, weil wir die Atmosphäre und Lage sehr schätzen. Umso bedauerlicher war es, dass unser Zimmer bei später Anreise nicht vorbereitet war und wir über eine Stunde auf das Beistellbett sowie zusätzliche Decken und Handtücher warten mussten. Auch der Empfang war diesmal leider nicht so hilfsbereit wie gewohnt. Wir hoffen, dass es sich um eine Ausnahme gehandelt hat – wir kommen trotzdem gern wieder.

Great and clean hotel with nice pool area and fantastic service. The location is maybe not the best if you want to explore Thessaloniki city which is a 15-20 min drive away but on the other hand, if you have a car you are in a very good spot to go visit all the cultural sites of the area and the beaches of Halkidiki. If you do not hsve a car they have shuttle buses several time a day though to the city center but also a beach club at the sea. We stayed one night for our last day of our Halkidiki vacation to be close to airport which was perfect for us. We will definitely come back for a longer stay since there are many activities we didn’t have time to explore and for a relaxing resort break we absolutely recommend this hotel.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, kompetenten Personal. Eignet sich zum abschalten und verwöhnen lassen. Leider etwas weit von der Stadt Thessaloniki - mit einem Mietwagen aber kein Problem. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden - kostenlos. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet wie auch das Restaurant. Die Anlage allgemein ist sehr ansprechend. Fitness und Indoor Pool inklusive.

C’est le plus bel hôtel que nous avons réservé sur le continent durant notre voyage de 2 semaines. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits. Excellent service, très confortable, hôtel de style resort avec grande piscine, palmiers et magnifique aménagement paysager. La nourriture est excellente. Stationnement disponible. Le seul petit bémol était le système d’air climatisé qui était un peu bruyant dans notre chambre. Le personnel est vraiment très avenant. Je recommande cet hôtel pour la région de Thessalonique.

Great stay! Extremely comfortable, clean, spacious resort. Great pool and spacious sun loungers area makes it not feel busy. Spa services were fab, great gym. Had a wonderful massage and a mani/pedi. They even have a “12-free” nail polish brand. Complimentary shuttle to/from airport. Great breakfast, and the food at the main restaurant is wonderful. Only suggestion would be to improve the room service dinner menu, as was a bit limited with not many vegetables with the dishes.

Although we were there for only 1 night, and although this property was a bit more expensive than we usually pay, it was totally worth it! The place is huge and immaculate with lots to do. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous, and for the price (12 euros), quite a bargain! We also took advantage of their sleek, modern fitness center, which included a heated indoor pool! The staff was very attentive, especially the concierge, Marios, who took care of our rental car situation with ease (many thanks, sir!). In sum, you won't go wrong staying here if you're in town.

We had a great recent stay at the Hyatt in Thessaloniki. It is a very well-run hotel with an excellent restaurant, beautiful pool, and great service. The gym and tennis courts are also excellent. It's also very close to the airport.
