The service in the reception was very nice with friendly staff. Cleaning was nice and the perk of free mini bar was great although we didnt really use it. The restaurant was close to awful. We were promised 10% discount if we used the restaurant which we didnt receive and i only noticed when my recept was e-mailed to me. Thats one thing. But the staff in the restaurant really seemed to be tired of customers which was quite a Big surprise as the restaurant was by far the least populated on the sea side. On both occasions we wanted to buy more but our patience with the non-showing staff simply was ridiculous.

The hotel it is excellent, great location in front of the sea, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Historical sites are also nearby. Parking is very limited although the hotel takes your vehicle and park it for you for a minimal fee… you might not need a vehicle at all.

Great service team and a great building! The restaurant downstairs is great as is their morning buffet and dinner menu which offers a creative departure from standard Greek fare. We plan to stay here again. Next time, we plan to drive right up to the front door and temporarily park for the hotel staff to park the car in their garage. I don’t ever want to look for parking in the downtown core ever again.

Room was clean, but we had the “courtyard view” which felt claustrophobic because the other buildings were an arms’ length away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Reception desk service was a disaster. At check out, when we asked for our car from the parking lot they told us the car elevator was broken and they would call us to our room when the car was available. Over an hour passed, we went to reception to ask and they told us they were bringing cars up in order of priority, even though we had mentioned we were in a hurry to leave from the moment we asked for our car. Not only did they not comp us for at least one night parking fee but they did not even apologize for the whole situation. This was supposed to be way a VIP hotel, which offered a free bottle of wine with our stay. We did not get it until we asked for it on the second day of our stay. At check in the receptionist was more interested in knowing about our life than making sure we had everything on our reservation taken care of.

In una posizione centralissima, sul lungomare. Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente. Car vallet per il parcheggio privato disponibile a qualsiasi ora. Indispensabile se si arriva con mezzi propri: parcheggiare a Salonicco è difficoltoso (peccato il costo, ma non si può fare a meno). Colazione a buffet fresca, varia e con scelte per tutti i gusti. Ogni giorno variavano la cottura delle uova strapazzate e la scelta delle torte. Consigliatissmo!

Cozy, modern and well-maintained property in prime location of Thessaloniki. Staff strike a good balance between being friendly, professional and at the same time courteous. No gym, pool, sauna etc, but the ambient atmosphere and access to the promenade by the sea, more than make up for that. Personally, I felt really safe and looked after by the staff on site.

Excellent hotel. I highly recommend you stay here. It is close to everything. The hotel has a water front view. From the moment you arrive until you depart, the staff is there to serve you. The porter met us at the door to help with luggage. Check in was fast. The receptionist is knowledgeable with sightseeing. Breakfast is amazing. You will receive a 10% discount at the onsite restaurant.

It was clean and luxurious, the room was spacious and there was a shower and a bath. The service was good and accommodating for my wishes. Breakfast was good, tasty food, a lot of variety, service was excellent. Two disadvantages - the air-conditioning had some problems, it kept shutting off and I had to open it again and again. I couldn't sleep well because it was too warm. The staff tried to fix it on my first day but it didn't work, and since my stay was short and very busy I didn't ask them to come again. Another thing was that the shampoo and soap complimentary bottles were already used, it was pretty disgusting (without going into details). There were two sets, and only one was used, but it definitely something the hotel should check after each guest.

Nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, ausreichendes Frühstückangebot und Rabatt, wenn man als Gast im Restaurant isst. Hotellage ist sehr gut, da man fast alles zu Fuß erreichen kann, in direkter Nähe des weißen Turms und den Anlageplätzen für das Wassertaxi etc. Vor dem Hotel ist eine stark befahrene Hauptstr., dann kommt die breite Promenade und das Wasser. Im Zimmer auf der ersten Etage ist es dann nicht ganz so ruhig. also ggfs. besser ab der 2. Etage. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Genau gegenüber, Blick vom Balkon oder der Promenade sieht man morgens sehr schön beim Sonnenaufgang den Berg Olympus.

Et flott hotell med serviceinnstilte og gode ansatte! Booket deluxe med utsikt mot byen, men vil absolutt si at utsikten var mye mer enn det. Med den store balkongen vi hadde med rommet fikk vi god utsikt også mot sjøen, veldig mye mer enn det mange hotell ville skrevet som "sjøutsikt" så det ble en positiv overraskelse. Rommet ble vasket hver morgen, og med en enkel rydding på kveldstid. Hotellet og dets ansatte har kvalitet på øverste nivå, og jeg vil anbefale å bruke litt ekstra kroner for opplevelsen det er.

Lovely hotel and well located. Had to remind them of our VIP gift which did arrive eventually. Very small room which was quite dark as it looked out over a small courtyard. Suitable for this basically using the hotel as somewhere just to sleep. Lovely breakfast and staff were very helpful.

Everything was very good except for one very important item. You do not have control of the temperature in your room. Without that I just can't recommend this place. We had them shut the heat off and we opened the balcony door just so it was cool enough to sleep. It was very hard to regulate the temperature. Not really acceptable at this level.

Ett fint och trivsamt hotell med vänlig personal. Rummet vi bokade var ett "excecutive" rum med havsutsikt på 35 kvm, men vi bedömde att det inte var större än 18-20 kvm. Enligt receptionen beror skillnaden troligen på att ytan av balkongen har räknats in. Bäddsoffa skulle finnas men den återfanns inte. Sängarna var alldeles för hårda, åtminstone för oss. En mycket trafikerad gata mellan hotellet och havet vilket var störande vid vistelsen på balkongen men stördes inte pga bra isolering. Förstklassig restaurang på hotellet och härlig frukostbuffé.

Not sure why the hotel is described as ‘Luxury Living’ as nothing stands out. It’s good but not great. Our city view room had an unattractive view of an apartment block opposite. Bathroom is very well equipped. Bed and pillows rather hard. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Good base for exploring the city. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked into the lobby, the hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The entire family loved the spacious rooms, and we especially enjoyed the cute outdoor deck area, where you can take in views of both the local surroundings and the ocean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as well, with a wide variety of options that suited everyone in the family. The hotel's location is unbeatable -- just a 3-minute walk to the White Tower, and within walking distance to many of the city's attractions. There are many restaurants nearby as well. The staff also helped us secure discounted family tickets for the hop-on, hop-off tour bus -- the closest stop is right next to the White Tower.

We found this property to serve us above and beyond our expectations! The breakfast buffet was incredible, as was the food in the restaurant located there. (Try the chicken!). We will return to this property!!!

The hotel was beautiful and has a great location that is convenient to many restaurants, shops and more. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also good but did take a few minutes to get coffee especially when it was busier. Although we did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel, the menu sounded delicious. I wish we stayed longer!
