very good. Pros : staff is friendly (especially Omar from Dinning room and Elsayed from room service), sandy beach, perfect food with variety, nice aqua park. Cons: most swimming pools are not heated in winter.

We've stayed at Pyramisa many times and we've always been very satisfied. The service is still very good and all the staff do their best to meet expectations of their customers. Ahmed at the reception is always happy to help. Taha at the beach bar makes many miles on foot to serve drinks at the beach. In lobby bar Mostafa always greets you with smile and makes lovely drinks. Guest relation lady was very helpful and efficient with booking Ala carte restaurants. Food was good and variable, with lots of fruits and tasty seafood every day. They've put new sunbeds on the beach, which is nice improvement. The Christmas dinner was amazing but it was badly organised. People didn't have any program of that evening and weren't aware that there was a life performance after dinner. It resulted in many people leaving the conference room after dinner, without having a chance to watch the performance. There was also a plan for the disco after the performance but only few people stayed after show and the disco was cancelled. The biggest issue that puts us off Pyramisa and may result that we won't return is the restricted access to the footpath between hotels. Two month ago we were able to walk in every direction and suddenly they say we can't walk past Pyramisa on the path next to the V. That's utterly stupid idea. That was one of the biggest advantages of Pyramisa that we could go for a long walk to watch the sunrise. Also the Aquapark is strictly for use of the V guests which is pointles

Évitez cet hôtel , noté 5 étoiles mais cela ne reflète pas la réalité. Il y qu'une seule piscine , or sur l'annonce Expedia il est notifié plusieurs bassin avec des toboggans or , les toboggans se trouvent a l'hôtelthe V luxury, et on a pas le droit d'y accéder, ma fille était très déçu et moi aussi , les photos sont fausses La nourriture horrible , tout les jours la même chose , les desserts ce sont des éponges horrible , et j'ai attrapé la tourista , des les lendemain de mon arrivée, heureusement j'ai pris antanil qui marche très bien pour calmer car sa rien les vacances. Les animations ce n'etais pas terrible aussi , des activités en pleins cagnard, une après midi avec un jet de savon mais en dehors de la piscine sur le sable , je n'ai pas compris le concept , avec des températures de 40, j'ai toujours vu ça dans une piscine , mais bon en tout cas c'est un hôtel a éviter , si vous êtes français, nourriture 0, animation 2, et équipement banal et photo sont fausses Le seul point positif la chambre , sauf qu'on y dort seulement, et le menage quie st fait correctement , les hommes de ménage le font toute la journée jusqu'à pas d'heure Je vous le déconseille et Expedia mettez a jour les photos il n'y a pas de tobogganset un seul grand bassin

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, la plage, la mer, les piscines magnifiques, mais le logement ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles peu de management visuel, pas de fiche explicative, rien en français. question restauration, c’est pas exceptionnel l’hôtel est un peu loin de Hurghada mais on a passé tout de même un très bon séjour

Booked the hotel because of the water park it advertised, when we arrived we were told we were not allowed to use it ???? False advertisement , im still waiting for a reply to my email which i sent about 6 days ago ? Room had a leak in ceiling , terrible sunbeds , beer & spirits were disgusting, wouldn't touch this hotel with a bargepole.

Positives: Good room, beds, AC, lovely beach sand and crystal water, excellent free drinks on beach, nice diving center with good activities, breakfast and diner are nice, lunch is acceptable, hotel staff are mostly friendly (except reception). Negatives: The reception staff not professional on check with random statements and actions, and not friendly all all at check out (one man show rude style), The main pool is for children with highest depth of 155cm at last spot (the back pool maybe better for adults but no nice view), the majority of rooms do not hv nice views, long distances walking without any golf car for any assistance to guests.

L'hôtel est bien placé en bord de mer mais ne correspond pas ou plus au descriptif et photos diffusés sur le site : salles de bains datées, état général en dégradation et nous n'avons pas obtenu les chambres supérieur vue mer comme réservées, malgré notre réclamation et notre tentative de négociation...la piscine extérieure est par contre très agréable, très pratique pour les enfants en bas âge et l'équipe d'animation est super.

Das Hotel war schön, aber etwas veraltet. Es wurden Reparaturen durchgeführt, die nicht fachmännisch durchgeführt wurden. Das Personal war erstklassig. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Die Neujahrsfeier war erstklassig. könnte etwas sauberer sein. Besonders empfehlenswert für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

J’ai réservé 7 jrs en arrivant je demande un lit supplémentaire chose et une chambre communicante vu notre conception familial 5 ont me répond ok et au moment de l’installation il y’a une chambre avec deux lits je redescends et je demande 5 lits ont me répond pas possible alors que j’ai payer 5 personnes ont de dit qu’il y’a pas de chambre communicante et que mes enfants de 5 et 6 devront dormir seul dans le couloir en face aucune solution trouver j’écourte mon voyage d’autant plus que c’est un hôtel où il y’a des bus entier de touristes russe qui arrive tt les jours une usine à touriste pas propre photo à l’appuie dommage d’avoir été énervée pendant deux jours je suis partie au final au mercure qui était top

Hotelet är helhet helt ok. Bra service väldigt hjälpsamma personal, bra läge i sahl hashesh, inte så långt till senzo mall och 25 minuter till hurghada. Bra pooler väldigt fin strand. Maten kan förbättras. Det som var mindre bra städningen. Väldigt dåligt och telefonen i rummen inte fungerande under hela min resa. Alla rum saknar internet, enda stället man kan surfa är i lobbyn. När man ber recptionen om något glömmer de anteckna det så får man tjafsa ett antal gånger Jag ger hotellet 2 av 5

Hotellet var fint og avslappende. Vi reiste i desember og tilbrakte julen her, noe som var helt greit. Helhetlig var hotellet fint og vakkert, men rensligheten kunne ha vært bedre. I tillegg var mattilbudet deres veldig mild. Dagene vi var her slet vi med å finne mat med smak i tillegg så innså vi at om man kommer sent til middagstidene så var mye av maten tomt. Helhetlig var oppholdet vårt her helt greit. De har utrolig fin utsikt og egen hvit strand med ulike vannaktiviteter og ‘mini’ restauranter rundt strendene.

Die gesamte Einrichtung entspricht einer Maroden und extrem ungepflegten Unterkunft die man in Europa bisher noch nicht so angetroffen hat. Haare, eingetrocknetes Duschgel, Speisereste und weiteres warten als kleine Überraschung gefehlt auf jedem Zimmer...von Renoviert war nichts zu sehen...demoliert trifft zu.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 10 Tage im Pyramisa Hotel und muss sagen es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht und ein großes danke an Hassan El Tabakh wenn man was brauchte hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert war ein wirlklich toller Urlaub das Essen war sehr gut es gab auch viele A la Cart Restaurants die sehr zum empfehlen sind. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Handtücher also im großen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a really bad start with the hotel because we had a power outage. The staff couldn’t answer us properly what the problem. They also didn’t say which advantages we had with the golden bracelet. We had to discover ourselves. The staff was friendly and kind and helped us if we needed. The hotel room had some problems like the shower door was broken. the door scraped the floor and was difficult to open. Food was sometimes okay sometimes bad. It varies day for day.

Das Hotel war schön, aber etwas veraltet. Es wurden Reparaturen durchgeführt, die nicht fachmännisch durchgeführt wurden. Das Personal war erstklassig. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Die Neujahrsfeier war erstklassig. könnte etwas sauberer sein. Besonders empfehlenswert für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Hotelet är helhet helt ok. Bra service väldigt hjälpsamma personal, bra läge i sahl hashesh, inte så långt till senzo mall och 25 minuter till hurghada. Bra pooler väldigt fin strand. Maten kan förbättras. Det som var mindre bra städningen. Väldigt dåligt och telefonen i rummen inte fungerande under hela min resa. Alla rum saknar internet, enda stället man kan surfa är i lobbyn. När man ber recptionen om något glömmer de anteckna det så får man tjafsa ett antal gånger Jag ger hotellet 2 av 5

My family and I enjoyed the modern rooms and the beautiful beach of the hotel. The reception were really friendly and kind. The food, however, needs major improvement. They had the same foods everyday and most did not taste good, which is a shame for a nice hotel. My family and I also did not appreciate when one of the security (I think he is the night security in the hotel who was wearing glasses) came to ask/ check my family and I for our hotel ‘bracelets’ whilst we were eating our dinner at the hotel restaurant. This was very unprofessional, rude and embarrassing in front of other guests. The next day, the same person stopped me and asked for my bracelet.

In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve.

L'hôtel est bien placé en bord de mer mais ne correspond pas ou plus au descriptif et photos diffusés sur le site : salles de bains datées, état général en dégradation et nous n'avons pas obtenu les chambres supérieur vue mer comme réservées, malgré notre réclamation et notre tentative de négociation...la piscine extérieure est par contre très agréable, très pratique pour les enfants en bas âge et l'équipe d'animation est super.

Awful property. Very rude staff. Rooms stink of smoke. Sales people around the pool are extremely aggressive. Food is abysmal. Drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic were not good. The two good things are the pool and the snorkeling!

Ich war mit meiner Freundin 10 Tage im Pyramisa Hotel und muss sagen es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht und ein großes danke an Hassan El Tabakh wenn man was brauchte hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert war ein wirlklich toller Urlaub das Essen war sehr gut es gab auch viele A la Cart Restaurants die sehr zum empfehlen sind. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Handtücher also im großen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The hotel is huge and the premises are nice, the receptionists are rude since checking in, we felt very unwelcome and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly except when they want to sell you something. It says “all inclusive “ but it’s not, since the breakfast they’re trying to sell you extras like smoothies for 2 dollars and you get ice cream only from 14:00 to 16:00 other hours is 2 dollars, like seriously??? The food is horrible, tasteless, old and overall no variety, the location is far from Hurghada and the beach is not nice, so don’t expect turquoise clear beaches on this location. Upon check out we were told that we had to wait 10 minutes because they needed to check if the room was ok and nothing missing, like seriously? At the end 40 minutes passed and the receptionist kept telling us that we had to wait but we just left cos we had a plane to catch. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would give 0 stars for international standards.

Positives: Good room, beds, AC, lovely beach sand and crystal water, excellent free drinks on beach, nice diving center with good activities, breakfast and diner are nice, lunch is acceptable, hotel staff are mostly friendly (except reception). Negatives: The reception staff not professional on check with random statements and actions, and not friendly all all at check out (one man show rude style), The main pool is for children with highest depth of 155cm at last spot (the back pool maybe better for adults but no nice view), the majority of rooms do not hv nice views, long distances walking without any golf car for any assistance to guests.

I tillegg var mattilbudet deres veldig mild. Dagene vi var her slet vi med å finne mat med smak i tillegg så innså vi at om man kommer sent til middagstidene så var mye av maten tomt. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, la plage, la mer, les piscines magnifiques, mais le logement ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles peu de management visuel, pas de fiche explicative, rien en français. question restauration, c’est pas exceptionnel l’hôtel est un peu loin de Hurghada mais on a passé tout de même un très bon séjour

The property is beautiful and pools were clean. Food quality was below average and the beer and alcohol selections were horrible, warm beer and the alcohol all tasted similar to rubbing alcohol. Everyone was getting sick and I believe it’s because the ice is made onsite and not properly filtered. I would avoid at all costs.

We've stayed at Pyramisa many times and we've always been very satisfied. The service is still very good and all the staff do their best to meet expectations of their customers. Ahmed at the reception is always happy to help. Taha at the beach bar makes many miles on foot to serve drinks at the beach. In lobby bar Mostafa always greets you with smile and makes lovely drinks. Guest relation lady was very helpful and efficient with booking Ala carte restaurants. Food was good and variable, with lots of fruits and tasty seafood every day. They've put new sunbeds on the beach, which is nice improvement. The Christmas dinner was amazing but it was badly organised. People didn't have any program of that evening and weren't aware that there was a life performance after dinner. It resulted in many people leaving the conference room after dinner, without having a chance to watch the performance. There was also a plan for the disco after the performance but only few people stayed after show and the disco was cancelled. The biggest issue that puts us off Pyramisa and may result that we won't return is the restricted access to the footpath between hotels. Two month ago we were able to walk in every direction and suddenly they say we can't walk past Pyramisa on the path next to the V. That's utterly stupid idea. We've stayed at Pyramisa many times and we've always been very satisfied. The service is still very good and all the staff do their best to meet expectations of their customers. Ahmed at the reception is always happy to help. Taha at the beach bar makes many miles on foot to serve drinks at the beach. In lobby bar Mostafa always greets you with smile and makes lovely drinks. Guest relation lady was very helpful and efficient with booking Ala carte restaurants. Food was good and variable, with lots of fruits and tasty seafood every day. They've put new sunbeds on the beach, which is nice improvement. The Christmas dinner was amazing but it was badly organised. People didn't have any program of that evening and weren't aware that there was a life performance after dinner. It resulted in many people leaving the conference room after dinner, without having a chance to watch the performance. There was also a plan for the disco after the performance but only few people stayed after show and the disco was cancelled. The biggest issue that puts us off Pyramisa and may result that we won't return is the restricted access to the footpath between hotels. Two month ago we were able to walk in every direction and suddenly they say we can't walk past Pyramisa on the path next to the V. That's utterly stupid idea. Ich war mit meiner Freundin 10 Tage im Pyramisa Hotel und muss sagen es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht und ein großes danke an Hassan El Tabakh wenn man was brauchte hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert war ein wirlklich toller Urlaub das Essen war sehr gut es gab auch viele A la Cart Restaurants die sehr zum empfehlen sind. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Handtücher also im großen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel sehr zum empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Évitez cet hôtel , noté 5 étoiles mais cela ne reflète pas la réalité. Il y qu'une seule piscine , or sur l'annonce Expedia il est notifié plusieurs bassin avec des toboggans or , les toboggans se trouvent a l'hôtelthe V luxury, et on a pas le droit d'y accéder, ma fille était très déçu et moi aussi , les photos sont fausses La nourriture horrible , tout les jours la même chose , les desserts ce sont des éponges horrible , et j'ai attrapé la tourista , des les lendemain de mon arrivée, heureusement j'ai pris antanil qui marche très bien pour calmer car sa rien les vacances. Les animations ce n'etais pas terrible aussi , des activités en pleins cagnard, une après midi avec un jet de savon mais en dehors de la piscine sur le sable , je n'ai pas compris le concept , avec des températures de 40, j'ai toujours vu ça dans une piscine , mais bon en tout cas c'est un hôtel a éviter , si vous êtes français, nourriture 0, animation 2, et équipement banal et photo sont fausses Le seul point positif la chambre , sauf qu'on y dort seulement, et le menage quie st fait correctement , les hommes de ménage le font toute la journée jusqu'à pas d'heure Je vous le déconseille et Expedia mettez a jour les photos il n'y a pas de tobogganset un seul grand bassin

Booked the hotel because of the water park it advertised, when we arrived we were told we were not allowed to use it ???? False advertisement , im still waiting for a reply to my email which i sent about 6 days ago ? Hotel is beautiful and it's having extensive work and once complete it will be amazing. Pro’s All staff was extremely polite and helpful. All inclusive breakfast was my favourite as had fresh eggs/omelette, waffles & pancakes. Plenty to choose from. Stayed by the heated pool as no work being done in this area, plenty of sunbeds available no matter what time of day. Pool person does your towels, but umbrella up. Bar man always brings your drinks to where you sitting, exceptional service. Plenty sunbeds around the beach area. Beach very clean. Rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable. Con’s All- inclusive during the evening wasn't to my taste and I struggled to find anything plain other than fries. Need to book a minimum of 4 nights to be eligible to use the speciality restaurant. (not advertised) Shower head wasn't able to tilt so proved difficult to shower properly. All inclusive information wasn't given at check-in and needed to go onto the app to read up on. In the room tea/coffee provided but no milk or packet creamer, however the restaurant quite happy to give you a glass of milk. There's a fridge in the room. The pro’s out way the con’s as con’s are very minor and I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel was amazing and the staff went out of the way to make you feel welcome, my only suggestion would be a better selection of snacks, the food was limited to the same thing and the food was like warm, other than that I was over the moon with the hotel
