Excellent resort with one potential deal-breaker. Firstly, the rooms are nice, the cleaning staff excellent, and the food is fantastic. The nightly entertainment is better than many resorts I’ve been to, and I like that it ends at a reasonable hour. The one issue is the lack of drinks service around the pool. Two to three times a day someone comes around with a tray of mostly non-alcoholic drinks, but if you want to avoid dehydration you need to get up and walk to a bar. If you go to the quiet, heated pool, this can be a long way to walk. So if you drink a lot, alcoholic or otherwise, I’d recommend committing to the noisier main pool

Lovely staff, nice and comfortable room. Buffet food all day, but buffet food is buffet food (what can be said). The pools are amazing, there’s one heated and one cooled.

Hotel is new and they are very generous and helpful. Food is great and available all the time. Pool is amazing in size so you can't feel when the hotel is fully booked. The only drawback is that the hotel is not looking directly to the sea however they are providing a shuttle bus to transport you to another location every half an hour

Friendly attentive staff, part of hotel under construction but noise and mess was very minimal. Excellent food, great selection all inclusive package was great. Had to take a short bus ride to the beach.

We stayed here for 9 days end of November. The place just opened a few weeks earlier. This was noticeable because there were still a lot of people working on finishing parts of the hotel. My room was really good. Clean and fresh however one might wonder why some of the finishing of the room(basically everywhere) was so poorly done considering it is all brand new. Food was great and tasteful. Really liked the a la carte restaurants. They serve soda and beers from cans which is a huge plus compared to the standard postmix in other resorts. Also good coffee available and a nice icecream joint. Staff is really, really nice. Helpful and very friendly. The big pool is very cold and salt water. The small pool is heated and has fresh water. The gym is okay but the equipment is pretty cheap. Animation team tries to involve everyone and is really keen on getting everyone to move and connect. Nice service is the bus to the beach. Basically they have a small strip of beach reserved at the Pyramisa resort. Also a bar and some food is available there but the quality is pretty poor compared to the main restaurant in the hotel. At night they have some entertainment with a singer and dancers which is just that, entertaining. They also have a club service which takes you to a club in Hurghada city and brings you back. Overall this is a great hotel where the only downside is the fact that it has no beachview. Considering the really good price (50€ per night) I recommend

Just arrived back after spending a week at this hotel. Even though this is a new hotel you wouldn't know they were still completing works to it. There were no disruptions and the hotel has everything you want to have a great holiday. Food was amazing, huge rooms which are all new, good choice on T. V which isn't always offered in Egypt, mini bar was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything else. Entertainment was varied and there was something on every night.huge pool alongside a smaller more child friendly one and plenty of sunbeds so no need to get up early fora bed. Only poor thing is the WiFi as only available in the reception area so definitely worth buying Egyptian sim at airport on arrival.

I’ve stayed at this hotel four times — once solo, once with a couple, and once with a male friend — and every stay was truly amazing. From the warm welcome at the modern reception to the professional, friendly staff, everything is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have super comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping everything spotless and fresh. The pools are large, clean, and great for all ages. Although the hotel isn’t directly on the beach, it has its own private beach reachable by a free shuttle bus every hour — and it’s worth it! The beach is beautiful, clean, and offers excellent snorkeling with colorful fish and coral reefs. The food is excellent — high quality and varied. The chefs, bartenders, and waiters are all friendly, attentive, and professional. There’s a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants you can visit without reservation, plus an ice cream bar and several spots for drinks or snacks. The beach bar also serves tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day. The minibar in the room is generously refilled daily, and sweet touches like fruit or desserts are delivered to the room. Many luxury hotels don’t offer this kind of service. Finally, a big thank-you to Mr. Hamada, the hotel manager — he’s present from early morning until late evening, checking every area personally. His dedication really shows and makes a difference. This hotel always feels like a second home. I will definitely be back.

We went to this hotel to try it, its very clean, rooms are large, 4 restaurants, coffee shop, icecream shop. 2 pools one heated, a good gym, a lovely spa i had a good massage. loads of seating areas, all the staff are very nice and helpful, reception fast check - in we were early but they gave us our rooms, our friends had a free upgrade, mini bar first day free, water and kettles in room. We enjoyed it and will return.

Amazing Hotel , we went their for our honeymoon, and the experience we had here will last on our memory for ever , every member was caring about us from The Hotel manager who welcomed us and his follow on the hotel , since we arrived we got fast and quick check in ,we received Fresh welcome drink ,They Free upgraded our room to pool view , our room was large and clean , we loved our room much it has wonderful view of the big pool , around the pool in the morning they was free cleaning our sunglasses that is a wonderful experience , regarding the Food and service was Tiptop , The Food and beverage manager Mr. Ismael was making sure that we receive Excellent service , the food was tasty , they have good cocktails , good sushi , varied restaurants and food , Thanks chef Nasser , the spa service was excellent too , good massage , good shuttle service to the beach , they provide us with free late check out till 14:00 upon check out , All staff was very friendly and welcoming, we will be back sure , Thank you all

I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5. The location is poor, and cleanliness was average. The food was the biggest letdown—served cold and tasted bad. Considering the price of around 100 euros, it wasn’t worth it

Die Zimmer sind 0,00000 schalldicht. Man hört ALLES!! ALLES was sich im Flur abspielt und vom Pool auch. 3. Das Essen ist auch super!! Salzig!! Alles ist salzig. Das Essen an sich schmeckt nicht super schlecht, aber nichts schmeckt wirklich gut(was vielleicht auch Salz liegen könnte). Wer super salzig mag wird es lieben. Wir würden es nicht weiterempfehlen

The room was wonderful clean large comfy bed very spacious room was kept impeccably clean by very nice staff who other than seeing in the corridor didnt invade your space 😀 they did leave some beautiful towel sculptures decorated with i think hibiscus flowers absoulutly lovely , I only used the spa once as not my usual thing had a wonderful massage my husband also had a massge but went back for his beard to be tidied up . All the staff from reception ,reception porters barstaff , dinning area staff and of course the entertainment crew where are very pleasant helpful annd extremely polite

In a years time this probably will be a fabulous Resort to stay. When we arrived, Flow Spectrum Resort had just opened it’s doors. Unfortunately that meant that the hotel was, and probably still is for quite some time, under construction. This was something we weren’t made aware off before booking, resulting in early wake-ups. Other than that the room we first stayed in was not jet cleaned to proper standards resulting in our clothes becoming filthy after being put in the wardrobe. Other than that the hotel was very dusty in all areas. Also there was no WIFI acces in the hotel. We made the customer relations manager aware of our complaints and were offered another room and a WiFi mobile hotspot. That made all the difference to our holiday experience at Flow Spectrum Resort. The service in this hotel was absolutely fabulous from the beginning. All staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The food was also very good with lots of choice. For us the entertainment team was a bit overwhelming as we we weren’t keen on joying in. We didn’t feel like we were able to get that across to them. They kept hassling us to join. There was a possibility to go to the nearby beach with a shuttle bus. The only problem there was that the service was not of the same standard as offered at the hotel itself. Another thing was that area of Sahl Hasheesh is being developed so there is not a lot to do in the area if you are keen on seeing some sights, shops or other amenities.

Please take the reviews serious! Considering you pay for an all inclusive, because you plan on staying in the hotel for the entirety of your stay, you’ll understand why some ppl left early. The pictures of the property, the restaurants, lobbies and rooms are true BUT: The place is not even CLOSE to ready to receive guests. The WiFi doesn’t work in your room, in the restaurants, at the pool, ONLY in the lobby… European mobile data does not work there. The elevator is so poorly made and dirty, you fear for your safety every time you get in there. The water in the bathroom has a stink scent to it, which over time takes over the bathroom and the bedroom. On one day the water stopped running for five minutes and after turning it back on the next day it was running slightly brown for like two seconds. It looks like the room doesn’t get cleaned for new guests: The towels and the bed may be fresh but there were small cakes on one side of a large plate covered with a clear foil. This had definitely been there for ever! Also when they clean your room during your stay, you don’t get new towels. They leave the ones you’ve been using but fold them in fancy ways which makes you not want to use them anymore. They basically just put new toilet paper for “cleaning”. Half of the staff speaks no English and some are a little “too friendly” which is uncomfortable. The majority of the buffet food didn’t seem fresh at all and some foods had already small flies on them.

Die Toiletten im gesamten Hotel waren weder sauber noch abschließbar, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Die Essensauswahl ließ ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig: Egal in welches der Restaurants man ging, jeden Tag wurde dasselbe serviert, ohne Abwechslung. Ein weiterer, sehr unangenehmer Punkt war, dass wir als Gruppe von Frauen vom Personal ständig extrem angestarrt wurden. Das Verhalten war respektlos und hat dazu geführt, dass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts extrem unwohl gefühlt haben. Das Schlimmste war jedoch der Hotelmanager. Dieser bot uns tatsächlich über seinen privaten Expedia-Account ein weiteres Zimmer an, was völlig unseriös wirkte, und zeigte keinerlei Interesse an unseren Fragen oder Wünschen. Ich kann ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen, wie dieses Hotel an seine positiven Bewertungen kommt, da ich von vielen anderen Gästen während unseres Aufenthalts gehört habe, dass sie ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Dieses Hotel verdient nicht die guten Bewertungen und ist definitiv keine Empfehlung wert.

The room was a good size and the staff were nice but compared to all the other hotels around, it was really basic but not much cheaper. Access to the beach was disappointing - it was fine, you can walk to the beach easily but everywhere else is beach front and lush whereas here you walk down a path, across a road, down another path, over a bit of rough land and there you get the beach. The food was shockingly bad, especially the a la carte restaurants. Breakfast was okay and the buffet was okayish. Coffee was weak, wine was watered down, bread was dry. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again. The favourite part was going for a walk (outside the hotel) along the sea front to Makardi Bay (10km walk).

There are a lot of small things that should have been taken care of before guests were put into our room. The door needed cleaning. There was scraped grout on the floor and grout that had been applied very messy. BUT, it is an amazing Hotel and the pool is very impressive.

We spent one night then moved to another nearby hotel. The food was not good and the a/c didnt work. There was too many nicer places nearby to eat such very low quality food all week. The place is beautiful. Service nuce. Resort small. But watered down wine and samey low quality food isn't the one.

Amazing hotel , great service staff , Excellent reception staff , fast and quick check in , good welcome drink , large pool and clean swimming area , excellent spa treatment , excellent variety of food and beverages, good breakfast, good cocktails, tasty food , excellent non alcoholic drinks , good shuttle bus , they provide us with free late check out till 13:00

The hotel is beautiful and clean and some of the staff are great! It’s good if you just want to go and chill for cheap. However, same food ever night, wifi doesn’t work. Constantly asking for it to be fixed. People who sell extensions and massages in the hotel overcharge massively. To point where they offed less then half the next day to get you to come! Constant being asked about excursions and treatments so you couldn’t relax. Some staff over friendly asking initiate questions. I wouldn’t go again.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the staff was very nice everyone was so kind and friendly. We had an excursion on the day we had to leave so we didn’t check out on time but Mohamed Yousry was so kind to us . So yeah I would definitely recommend this hotel 😁

This place had the potential to be amazing, but the front desk staff was very disorganized. They didn't have my reservation ready, and it took an hour to locate it, even though the hotel wasn't busy. During the wait, they didn't offer me anything. The hotel itself is nice and has great amenities, but the atmosphere felt a bit dull. I thought the location by the Red Sea would be excellent, but no taxis are willing to take you there unless you pay double the quoted Uber fare. I paid for an all-inclusive package, but my minibar was never restocked, despite my repeated reminders. I would have given this place a one-star rating, but I had a great experience with a server named Ahmed and a bartender named Omar, who provided excellent customer service.

Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping everything spotless and fresh. The pools are large, clean, and great for all ages. Although the hotel isn’t directly on the beach, it has its own private beach reachable by a free shuttle bus every hour — and it’s worth it! The beach is beautiful, clean, and offers excellent snorkeling with colorful fish and coral reefs. The food is excellent — high quality and varied. The chefs, bartenders, and waiters are all friendly, attentive, and professional. There’s a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants you can visit without reservation, plus an ice cream bar and several spots for drinks or snacks. The beach bar also serves tasty snacks and drinks throughout the day. The minibar in the room is generously refilled daily, and sweet touches like fruit or desserts are delivered to the room. Many luxury hotels don’t offer this kind of service. Finally, a big thank-you to Mr. Hamada, the hotel manager — he’s present from early morning until late evening, checking every area personally. His dedication really shows and makes a difference. This hotel always feels like a second home. I will definitely be back.

Génial ! Le personnel est hyper sympas mais c’est dommage qu’il y a un manque de personnel pour vraiment prendre soin des clients surtout dans les restaurants avec le service à l’assiette. Très propre! Hôtel tout neuf mais déjà des choses à réparer & rien aux alentours puisque tout est en construction. Cependant ce n’est pas un hôtel avec un gros volume au niveau clients donc parfait 😁

The property was so far away from everything and the transportation they offered at the hotel was too expensive and slow. The all inclusive you paid its the worst I’ve ever had, dry food, same menu everyday even with all restaurants they had. You don’t have internet at your room or at pool areas only at the lobby. We inquired about scuba diving at the hotel bc was convenient due to the distance and at the end we decide for another place and the people from the same hotel was gossiping about why we didn’t choose their place instead and questioning about our decisions at the lobby. Also they had 2 beaches, 1 it’s shared with other hotels they offered buffet as well terrible and poor but the worst it’s the transportation times they shared they don’t respect the times and you need to catch whenever you see that. So for that and too many other things this is the worst hotel.

This place had the potential to be amazing, but the front desk staff was very disorganized. They didn't have my reservation ready, and it took an hour to locate it, even though the hotel wasn't busy. During the wait, they didn't offer me anything. The hotel itself is nice and has great amenities, but the atmosphere felt a bit dull. I thought the location by the Red Sea would be excellent, but no taxis are willing to take you there unless you pay double the quoted Uber fare. I paid for an all-inclusive package, but my minibar was never restocked, despite my repeated reminders. I would have given this place a one-star rating, but I had a great experience with a server named Ahmed and a bartender named Omar, who provided excellent customer service.

Wer einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Preis-Leistung hat für uns definitiv gestimmt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Essensauswahl war auch gut, nach einer Woche hat sich jedoch eher wiederholt, trotzdem wurden wir immer gut fündig. Der Privatstrand ist ungefähr 7-10min Fahrt vom Hotel entfernt, was für uns aber gar kein Problem war.

The room was a good size and the staff were nice but compared to all the other hotels around, it was really basic but not much cheaper. Access to the beach was disappointing - it was fine, you can walk to the beach easily but everywhere else is beach front and lush whereas here you walk down a path, across a road, down another path, over a bit of rough land and there you get the beach. The food was shockingly bad, especially the a la carte restaurants. Breakfast was okay and the buffet was okayish. Coffee was weak, wine was watered down, bread was dry. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay again. The favourite part was going for a walk (outside the hotel) along the sea front to Makardi Bay (10km walk).

Hotel is new and they are very generous and helpful. Food is great and available all the time. Pool is amazing in size so you can't feel when the hotel is fully booked. The only drawback is that the hotel is not looking directly to the sea however they are providing a shuttle bus to transport you to another location every half an hour

We stayed here for 9 days end of November. The place just opened a few weeks earlier. This was noticeable because there were still a lot of people working on finishing parts of the hotel. My room was really good. Clean and fresh however one might wonder why some of the finishing of the room(basically everywhere) was so poorly done considering it is all brand new. Food was great and tasteful. Really liked the a la carte restaurants. They serve soda and beers from cans which is a huge plus compared to the standard postmix in other resorts. Also good coffee available and a nice icecream joint. Staff is really, really nice. Helpful and very friendly. The big pool is very cold and salt water. The small pool is heated and has fresh water. The gym is okay but the equipment is pretty cheap. Animation team tries to involve everyone and is really keen on getting everyone to move and connect. Nice service is the bus to the beach. Basically they have a small strip of beach reserved at the Pyramisa resort. Also a bar and some food is available there but the quality is pretty poor compared to the main restaurant in the hotel. At night they have some entertainment with a singer and dancers which is just that, entertaining. They also have a club service which takes you to a club in Hurghada city and brings you back. Overall this is a great hotel where the only downside is the fact that it has no beachview. Considering the really good price (50€ per night) I recommend

Hallo, wir waren 4 Nächte dort. Hier sind unsere Eindrücke: 1. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, vor allem für 4 Sterne. Die Pools sind aber sauber. 2. Die Zimmer sind 0,00000 schalldicht. Man hört ALLES!! ALLES was sich im Flur abspielt und vom Pool auch. 3. Das Essen ist auch super!! Salzig!! Alles ist salzig. Das Essen an sich schmeckt nicht super schlecht, aber nichts schmeckt wirklich gut(was vielleicht auch Salz liegen könnte). Wer super salzig mag wird es lieben. Wir würden es nicht weiterempfehlen

Food, cocktails so poor, hotel modern inside but weird set up no proper bar area and waiters have to leave restaurant to get your drink. Wouldn’t return or recommend

We had a lovely week at this new hotel, the service was exceptional from all members of staff, the food was varied and delicious with several restaurants to choose from, the animation team worked really hard to keep everyone entertained and involved, if they wanted to be, I particularly enjoyed the morning stretch classes, the sunset yoga and the dance classes. Snorkelling at the beach was incredible, as was the transfer service provided to and from the beach. The staff really couldn’t do anymore to ensure our holiday was perfect…..we will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Flow Spectrum in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding.
